The services at Pure Lux Medspa have been the best addition to my life in the past year! I am halfway done with my laser hair removal sessions and have received many Diamond Glow facials. I was nervous to start laser hair removal, but Vanessa always makes me feel so comfortable and is open to answering any questions I have. I am extremely happy with my results from laser hair removal and am so glad I went to Vanessa for this service! The Diamond Glow facial always leaves my skin brighter and clears out all my excess buildup. The staff at Pure Lux is top tier. Vanessa is absolutely the best! I've put off having laser done for two years because I'm such a scaredy cat and have the LOWEST pain threshold, but my experience was fantastic. I was super nervous but Vanessa helped me relax and answered all my questions without being irritated. Having my whole face done was, in fact, less painful than my eyebrow threading sessions. So I would 100% recommend this! And the machine blows cold air while zapping the hairs, so that was also great.

Every time I go to Pure Lux I feel absolutely amazing and refreshed. Pure Lux is my favorite place to go when I need to recover and relax! I've been receiving treatments for the past year. I receive the diamond glow facial and laser hair removal! My face is very dry especially during the winter time and the diamond glow removes all the dead skin from my face and leaves it silky smooth. Before I started getting laser hair removal I had problems with my skin being irritated after shaving and razor bumps appearing. Ever since I've been receiving laser treatments I've noticed a decrease in irritation and my skin feels smoother! I'm a big research nerd when I want to find a trusted business, and I look through the good and the bad to find the best; and for laser hair removal - PureLux is that business. I've been coming here for about 9 months and every appointment is very comfortable and I'm always put at ease (even at my most vulnerable.) And the results of the laser removal have been awesome! I have never done laser hair removal, but always wanted to get my upper lip done because i was tired of getting it waxed and wanted a more permanent solution. I was scared of how painful it would be, but decided to just suck it up and give it a go! I am currently on my 4th session and it is amazing on how little/thin the hair is growing back! Vanessa is super smart and knowledgeable and I had 100% confidence in her that by the end of my sessions it will fully be gone for GOOD! She prepared me on what to expect as far as pain level and what a laser would feel like. She was so quick and I was in and out in like 10 minutes! I received laser hair removal treatment which was effortless and minimal pain due to their high-end laser. While many laser-hair removal places use a laser that touches the skin, Vanessa Brooks, my aesthetician, uses a laser that DOES NOT touch your skin AND blows cold air, reducing chance of burns and the sting of the laser. From a customer service perspective, Vanessa has outstanding listening skills and supreme knowledge on all-things-skin-care.
