Ebonie did such an amazing job. I was absolutely ready for a painful Brazilian waxing and expected it to be like other places where the wax is hot when they put it on your skin or it is absolutely painful when they remove it. However Ebonie did it with such perfection, I didn’t feel any pain. Thank you!

It was my first time here, the lady at the front desk was very nice, welcoming and accommodating. I had Gabrielle she was nice too but the job wasn’t done well. She kept saying she was doing cleaning strips and tbh when I got home to check there was still so much hair, she even left some of the hard wax on me. She said that she couldn’t get all of the hair which I understand the stubborn small ones or the ingrown hairs, but not a whole section of long ones come on now. I might not be experienced but for sure have had a better job done in the past. Probably won’t be going back, Not really satisfied.

The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because Selma did my first waxing and was amazing but my most recent visit with Tasia was garbage and I would honestly give her 0 stars if I could. Im not sure if its because I was the last appointment of the day but she did a terrible job. After attempting to wax my brows she offered to tweeze them because she didn't want to wax them again I guess .. ? They were horribly uneven and I actually had to go spend more money at a different place to get them fixed. I was highly disappointed spending that much money for such a pathetic job. Had a lovely experience with Hannah! As a plus size woman, it’s hard to find waxing technicians who are thorough, but she took her time and did an amazing job. Very clean facility, friendly receptionist. Definitely will return.

Gabby was amazing. I came in for my first brazilian at EWC after going to the same lady in my small hometown for almost a year. I was nervous to make a switch to a new place, but leaving today I was actually excited to go back (which is saying something, those waxes aren't painless!). Super clean, professional, great small talk and an incredibly fast but careful wax. Gabby went the extra mile by helping me with an ingrown and giving me advice on how to avoid them in the future. 11/10.

Every wax specialist I have been to knows what they are doing and are pros. I've been to other locations-they all are great. Nice student discount packages.

KC is the best!! I always book with her for my bikini/brazilian waxes. She keeps me distracted by talking to me the entire time so that the service goes by as quickly as possible. She is gentle and quick and knows what she's doing. I've had other waxing services that were just awkward and anxiety filled, but KC does her best to make everything as comfortable as possible! Definitely book an appointment with KC if you want a great waxing experience.

I’ve had Brazilians from several lovely ladies and all were great experiences. Always professional, and genuinely just such kind people. What inspired me to write this review is the great customer service getting my membership canceled. I am just looking to cut expenses right now, but was dreading cutting the red tape to get canceled because so many other companies make their memberships so difficult to cancel. This was not the case here. There was no red tape or hassle getting my membership canceled and they communicated with me so incredibly well and quickly and even called to confirm when complete. Really impressed!!!

Getting waxed for the first time is really scary, but KC at European Wax Center made it so much easier. She's very knowledgeable, and will answer your questions as well as give you answers to things you didn't even think to ask. She's also great at making you feel comfortable, which is no easy task when your naked from the waist down on a table in the butterfly position! Their products are also really nice. I have their body wash and I absolutely love it.

I had such a great experience with my Brazilian. After going to a different center in Minnetonka, it couldn’t compare. Stadium Village really knows how to work with curly and thick hair. I am definitely coming back for my next wax!

I have had various technicians and every one of them have been great. My favorite host at this location is Jennifer. She is always such a pleasure to talk to when waiting for an appointment. Before I decided to keep rebooking with her I saw a few different girls for Brazilians, just trying to find someone I liked, and none of them were as precise and efficient as she is. European Wax Center provides consistently provides fast, professional service. The services is a bit pricy but worth it; they use high quality wax and get the job done right quickly. The entrance to the building is warm and welcoming. The rooms and tables are sterile-looking like a doctor's office. The counters and supplies are well-kept. Each of these puts me at ease and makes it feel like the service and room is clean. Convenient location for students on campus but limited parking. Friendly staff.

Recently visited this location prior to going on vacation. I spoke to Callie on the phone who was able to schedule me last minuet, which was so helpful! Selma was very thorough with the wax process and very gentle. I highly recommend seeing her, especially if it is your first time waxing! Also, the serum is AMAZING! I have sensitive skin and it works wonders for me!

I thought the wax they use was way better than strip wax! The place is so clean and friendly staff. European Wax Center is AMAZING. I have been a customer for almost 4 years now – I had checked out a few different salons before being referred to EWC but never loved he service at any of them. After my first visit here, I never wanted to go anywhere else. The customer service and scheduling flexibility is amazing here, too. Very nice and clean, and everyone is friendly. But my favorite part about EWC is Simone!!!!! I was randomly scheduled with her a few years back, and I literally haven't wanted anyone to touch my eyebrows ever since. She's like my soul sister! She is attentive, understanding, professional, and SO good at what she does. She just gets it. This might sound silly but she helps me feel beautiful and confident, and I appreciate her so much! Go to EWC and be sure to ask for Simone – she'll change your life. :)

I recently traveled back to Minneapolis to visit family and decided I was finally going to get a wax while I was there off of a recommendation. I had probably way too many questions and the manager Mckenzie was really nice and answered them all for me. She was super helpful. I arrived to my appt on time and I was in and out very quickly and Hannah (my waxer) did a great job. She was quick and it didn’t hurt half as bad as I thought. I’ll definitely come back to this location again when I’m in town.

I hadn't been to this location in awhile and the staff had changed completely. I was a little nervous to have a new esthetician, but Carma changed that quickly. She was very welcoming and friendly. I brought a friend with for her first wax and she was more nervous than me (she had a different esthetician). When we were finished, my friend booked with Carma! She could hear us laughing in the other room during her wax and wasn't having the greatest of experiences, but I know she will be satisfied with Carma's service when she returns. She took her time, paid attention to my wants/needs, and made sure I was comfortable (which was the most important part). I'll be returning for sure!

i've been going to this EWC location for a couple years and have always had a good experience! i've moved about 20 minutes away and still make a point to come to this location. i always see Selma for my 3 wax services; she's professional, quick, and super easy to talk to! so much so, that i actually look forward to seeing her every 4 weeks instead of dreading getting my hair ripped out of my skin lol. i highly recommend Selma and this EWC location!!!

I have been getting waxed by Choua for about two years now, and she is the best! Getting waxed can be extremely awkward and painful depending on how sensitive you are but Choua always makes me feel comfortable! She talks to you the whole time to feel comfortable and distract you from the pain! I have followed Choua to her new location even though the drive is longer but I cant bring myself to get a new waxer. I have tried many different waxers but I will never see anyone but Choua anymore! She is the best! I would highly recommend to anyone to go with Choua! I have many co workers that have gone to she Choua, no complaints ever!

I had a wax with Abby last weekend, and she completely changed my previous opinion about European Wax Center’s hard wax (I didn’t like the wax I got in the DTLA location last year), PLUS she was a damn PRO! No sticky residue, She tweezed any stragglers, No ingrown hairs, little to no aftercare needed (rare for me), and she was quick, hilarious and fun to talk to. She was also thorough— which not all estheticians feel comfortable with. Hands down, I found my Brazilian wax spot in the twin cities. Abby mentioned that everyone at this location is efficient and thorough like her, so I don’t doubt you’ll be taken care of. Previously, I was a big fan of sugaring when I lived in LA, but couldn’t find a spot near my place here in Minneapolis... but after trying EWC our again, I won’t be going anywhere else.

Kasi and Nico have put together a STELLAR experience every time I walk in the door. Kasi, an awesome wax specialist pays attention to detail, is highly educated, and will give you the best wax experience possible!
