From staff to doctors the whole office is amazing. There’s no better place to get ur care. They all are patience and listen to me. They don’t rush. . And care about me. Highly recommend. They have been my dermatologist for years.

I was greeted at the door by a wonderful nurse who took me straight to my room , asked me some questions then went out to get the nurse practitioner I had my appt with. All this took about 15 min. Besides for being efficient, the people here are all so very nice. My provider, Kathleen Ludwick, was absolutely wonderful. was so kind, friendly and easy to talk to . I highly recommend them.

Once a patient is permitted to enter the building and arrives at the office, it is a pleasant enough atmosphere, and the wait to see the doctor is reasonably brief. The examination and treatment plan was routine for a recurring infection. However, I thought a twenty minute wait in my car before being allowed in was a bit lengthy, as I was not only on time, but even several minutes early. But more problematic is the parking situation. Parking spots are at a premium, and I had to park many aisles away from the entrance. Since I must use a cane and have a handicap placard (which did me no good), it was very difficult for me to navigate this distance. I am not hopeful that this problem has a solution.

First the bad, then the good. WHY must you send me an appointment call less than 2 hours after I left your office? Furthermore, it was while I was still in my car. The appointment is for next Tuesday. If you called me on Friday, over the weekend, or on Monday, that's fine. FIX YOUR ROBO SOFTWARE - THIS IS ANNOYING. I found the doctor and his assistant very professional, prompt, and the procedure started on time. It took less time than I anticipated and hopefully the result is ultimately positive.

Been worrying about this thing for MONTHS, well the doctor popped the dang thing and said it’s not a mole, it’s just a blood vessel 😅 she never made me feel silly though and told me she totally gets why I came in since it changed color over a short period of time. Less than perfect.. Long wait for an appointment, high prices, curcery diagnosis. A possible allergy to medication, or an obvious connection to sarcoptic mange that my dog is currently being treated for, all was dismissed in favor of dry skin. Condition that I have possibly had for years as I am in my 80s but never, NEVER have I experianced any related to that dryness itching. Disappointing results. Week later, after precisely following nurse-practioners instructions, severe itching persists. Also! Medicaid insurance is not accepted.

Called the office and had an appointment within a few days, then I inadvertently arrived an hour early and rather then send me home they checked with the physician to see if he could squeeze me in. He agreed and saw me in less than 5 minutes and was very kind, compassionate and explained everything to me in simple layman terminology. He suggested I schedule a procedure and the office was able to get me scheduled for the following week. Everyone in the office was very kind and accommodating. I would recommend this practice to anyone that was looking for a dermatologist. My 2nd review - 4-14-23 I went again for a skin checkup and had to amazing women take care of me. Paula the nurse was kind compassionate and very informative. I saw Kathleen Ledwick a PA for my screening and treatment and she as well was amazing. Kind gentle and explained every step of the way. I recommend this office to anyone that has any questions related to dermatology. Both the people at check-in and check out where also very friendly and helpful.
