This was my first visit to Totally Smooth Skin. They were able to accommodate me with a same day appointment which was awesome. I was greeted upon entry and immediately felt the professional but laid back vibe. This was only my second time being waxed so was a little nervous. Joe immediately made me comfortable with small talk to keep my mind off the process, also gave me tips on how to treat my skin after the waxing. I’ll definitely be returning and possibly look into a massage or other skin care services offered.

My first waxing ever yesterday and I have to say I am highly impressed. Joe went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable as I was getting my private areas waxed, and he made it almost completely painless. Not only that he was extremely nice and a great conversationalist and knew so much about where I am going on vacation to, even being kind enough to provide me tips for my vacation. I will DEFINITELY be coming back here.

One word to describe this place, serenity. It was calm and quiet. Joe was amazing and he really took care of my facial. We had great conversation and he gave me alot of great tips as to how to take care of my face. The best part of this place is the puppies they have. It’s like spa puppies in heaven. I definitely recommend this place if you wanna get facial done. They also have other service available. I am definitely going on Monday to get scrubs or haircut done. ☺️☺️☺️

Excellent service. Not many places offer waxing for men in certain areas. Place is discreet if you care about that. The person that attended me was so nice. He went above and beyond with his work and not a single hair was left. I think his name was Joe. The business also has all sorts of products to help your skin and in my case thats uneven skin tone.

I would post a picture but that wouldn’t be appropriate for google. I have an event and zero time to go back. Very nice people but NOT a thorough job. Unhappy. After getting tired of having hair in places I didn't want (primarily on the back side of my body), I decided to take the plunge and try getting waxed. I'd never gotten waxed before, but Rick made me feel super comfortable and safe, despite the sometimes awkward positions I had to get into. The facilities are clean, the guys are awesome, their dogs are adorable. They're super professional - my text for an appointment was returned within minutes and they were accommodating of my schedule changes. I highly, highly recommend.

I booked my appointment via text with Rick. The booking was fast and easy, all my questions were answered. I treated myself to a Brazilian Wax, Facial and 120 minute massage as my Valentine’s treat. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile went over my services and I was brought to the grooming room where Joe took care of two of my services. I felt comfortable and relaxed, the ambiance was perfect. After Joe Finished I was walked over to the massage room and Rick did my massage. I’m someone who carries their stress on the shoulders, neck and back so I was in need of a good massage. Rick knew exactly where all my trouble spots were and he worked my knots out and did a great job making sure he worked every part of the body. I felt so good and relaxed that I actually got a good nights rest. I definitely recommend Rick and Joe and will come back soon for my next day of pampering for Mother’s Day.

Many of my friends recommend that I check out Totally Smooth Skin since I'm never completely satisfied with the service I receive at my local spa. I work long hours and have chronic neck and back pain, so I decided to give them a shot and booked an appointment through Ricky via text for a 120 min massage, waxing and facial. I had a very warm and professional welcoming by Ricky and Joe. I'm very sensitive to new energies but I imediatley felt comfortable . The establishment is very clean, sanitized with cheek decor, with that being said, the experience and services Ricky and Joe delivered were superb to say the least. I'm very happy and proud to call Totally Smooth my new spa and will be returning soon. Highly recommend this place

I immediately felt safe and comfortable on my first visit. His place is very clean and set up for a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. He has great hands. I decided to treat myself for an early birthday gift by getting a body scrub treatment for the first time ever. I had the Lotus Touch body scrub treatment and it was amazing!! After doing the dry scrub, the oil felt incredible so rejuvenating. The massage was absolutely relaxing and I enjoyed every minute of it. My aching muscles feel loosened up and relieved. The esthetician and owner were very warm and welcoming. They definitely made me feel comfortable with their friendly personalities and treated me like I was special. Id say this was a perfect birthday gift to myself. I will return for another treatment soon. Highly recommend checking this place out.

Made an appointment for a massage after my wife raved about how great she felt after her massage. I arrived a little early so I waited outside where they have outdoor seating and a beautiful fountain and scenery. I was greeted by Joe and brought over to the massage room with Rick. Both Rick and Joe were wearing their face masks and showed me where I can get hand sanitizer if I needed it. The massage room was dark with minimal lights and the room had a scent of eucalyptus which sets the mood for relaxation. I really enjoyed my massage and Rick would ask me throughout If the pressure was ok. I've been to other spa salons and I have to say that this was the best experience. I will definitely come back. I know my wife already scheduled her next massage.

I got a brazillian wax from Joe and never has getting your pubes ripped from your body been more enjoyable an experience! He was incredibly sweet and friendly, and waxes like a man who knows what hes doing. I'd never had a male waxer before (I'm female) but he immediately put any anxiety I had to bed with his cool and calm professionalism and all around good vibes. Really dope atmosphere too, nothing like the hospital vibes of European Wax Center. Never going back there. Also his dogs are cute. Highly recommend Joe for all your waxing needs!

I had a great deep tissue massage by Rick, which was amazing. I have two slight curves on my spine that cause a lot of pain and stiffness. Rick helped my back in a way that I've only ever experienced with a chiropractor. I felt great after! On a second visit, I got a facial (with Joe), and my skin looked fantastic after.

Went in for a hair appointment and ended up getting the whole chiabang! If you go there ask for Joe he is an amazing stylist and so fun and comfortable to be with. Rick always does the most to make sure im fitted in to the schedule, regardless if im a last minute appointment. Rick always caters to my schedule. Mike gave one of the best massage I've had. Their spa is on a nice street with plenty of parking. I was greeted at the door and shown to a very clean room and allowed to undress and got on the table. Mike came in and checked with me on pressure that I would like and began. From the moment he started I knew he had the training to do a world class massage. He checked in several times and worked the knots and relaxed my muscles. This was a wonderful therapeutic massage I highly recommend Mike and I'm going back whenever I need a fantastic massage. I love Toatlly Smooth Skin!!! I never post reviews but I absolutely had to this time! I went in for a facial with their esthetician Joe and I my experience was top notch! My skin is very sensitive, so I'm very cautious when it comes to people touching my face. Joe knew so much about taking care of my skin and gave me tips on maintaining my skin after the facial. I even had a few black head extractions that I couldn't get out for months. My skin is brighter, cleaner and I honestly feel more confident. Joe is very nice and great to talk to. I'm coming back for sure. I recommend booking with Joe for ALL facials. He is truly the best!!

Got a last second spray tan, these guys were awesome! Never have I had such a responsive/friendly spray tan experience. Located in a residential house, I first thought it'd be sketchy but I was more than surprised. They were ready, experienced, capable and got in the nooks and crannys - no joke...its like they know where every other spray tanner goes wrong and account for it without you asking + they are both super friendly and disarming (which is nice when you're basically nude). It is so relaxing having a spray tan done by a guy (not in a weird way) - he knows your body, knows how to be quick and knows how to get the job done. Big success and I've never had such an even/all over tan before in my life! Thanks guys!
