Front desk staff are perfect! Quick check in and check out. They are friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. Smiles were genuine. My wax professional was Hailey. I hope I have the correct spelling. She was outstanding. If you have any doubts, she is the one to relieve you of any concerns. She is knowledgeable and answered questions before I could ask. She is definitely gifted and talks you through any discomfort you may feel. It was 99% painfree and that is awesome. I highly recommend this business for your needs. Based on other reviews this is a business that consistently provides great service. They do have a grace period for those running late, but I encourage all to arrive early so you can enjoy your experience without rushing and just to be considerate of your fabulous staff members.

9/20/22 Update: Savannah is still killing it! Please go see my girl. She's amazing! New management as well and running so smoothly now. Manager there has assisted me with a product refund and a GC issue in 1 day which took the former manager 3 months! Definitely recommend EWC Boca Park and Savannah in particular!!! Savannah is the best when it comes to my eyebrows. I have a bald spot in one of them and no matter what I try I can never get hair to grow there but shes able to sculpt my brows in a way you don't even know its there! Also they are taking great health and safety measures at this store. Everyone is required to wear a face mask and they have them available for those guests that don't bring one with them. They also restrict their waiting are to one guest at a time. Everyone else needs to wait outside until the waiting area has been cleared. Appointments are required to check in prior to entering the building and they are not taking walk-ins any longer. Although walk-ins can call on arrival for an appointment and they'll do their best to accommodate with an open beauty technician. Lastly, they take your temperature at check in.

This was my first time and the entire staff was so sweet. My technician was efficient, friendly and did an outstanding job. The front desk receptionist was very friendly, helped with setting up my next appointment and explained everything to me. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

This location is very clean and they expect you to be on time to keep everyone on schedule. There is a little pressure to purchase packages. Elizabeth was awesome and I would recommend her, she is very nice.

First time customer 💗✨loved the discount ✨💗 The place was clean and felt like a safe environment my only complaint is that my waxer seemed to be in a rush. At first I was impressed she got the area done so quickly but when I got home I was really disappointed that she missed more than enough spots that where annoyingly noticeable along with bits of wax still on the area. Im not sure if this is protocol for first timers and the type of wax I chose (meaning to leave some hair for pain, regrowth etc.) but hopefully next time she will slow down a bit to really get everything 😅 Other than that great first time experience and the staff where really professional with covid rules and sanitation/social distancing 👍👍👍👍

Amazing experience! Ally was sweet, friendly, and professional. Naturally it was a little painful, but overall it was the best, least painful lip and bikini wax I’ve ever had. Sarah at the front was very kind and helpful. Extremely happy customer here!

Had an amazing experience! First off as a healthcare worker I was very impressed with the social distancing and appreciated how sanitary they were. The whole staff wore masks and gloves. I was greeted at the door by Sarah who was very friendly and sweet. She took my temp and then Jessica took me to the room. Immediately I felt comfortable, she explained how it works and what ingredients the product had. She answered all of my questions which I liked since it was my first time doing this. Jessica was very gentle with me which I appreciated because I have rosacea and my skin is very sensitive. I didn’t feel much pain during the waxing and I look great! :) definitely going to be a regular at EWC, thank you so much to everyone!

You can book online or over the phone, but when you do book, ask for Gisselle! She's the best waxer there; so gentle touched, kind and fun to chat with while she's doing her esthetician thing! Bring a cash tip because I guarantee you'll want to show her some gratuity with how exceptional her service is! I personally get my eyebrows, nose, and ears done semi-regularly, and she does a great job cleaning up my brows, while simultaneously remembering me, and things about my life even if it's been months!

By far the best decision of life was to start waxing! These girls are actually from another location but my D lady is the best waxer no holds barre. I love her so much she doesn’t even know how much! She always is just so fast and efficient in getting my hair out the follicle. If you never waxed before European wax center is a great place to start!!!

I have been coming to this location for many years. Originally my waxer was Vanessa but moved out of state. Sarah helped me find the perfect waxer for my needs. Alley is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone. The front office staff is extremely helpful and friendly not to mention very accommodating. I recently read a negative review about Sarah being rude to a customer, That is just completely unlike her and it's hard for me to believe. Sarah has been nothing but completely accommodating extremely helpful and extremely polite every time I've ever had to call and reschedule or during check in or out, not to mention how informative she is on the products that are available.

Emily is fantastic. The facility practices excellent safety procedures. From the moment you arrive, you must wait to go inside, once inside, your temperature is taken and you are lead to a sanitized, clean room by your waxer who is wearing a face shield, mask and disposable rubber gloves. Always a Courteous front desk. I've been a member of European Wax Center for 10 years!!

I've been going to this location since 2013. There is a high turnover rate, but that is expected when this isn't the career you want, it's more of a stepping stone. Regardless, it's the best waxing experience out there. No one can beat it! My first time waxing was in 2013 and I've never looked back. The employees are friendly and professional. If it's your first time they have some free options. Always ask for the most seasoned waxer if you're looking to do the more delicate areas.

Quick, easy, efficient! I've always ended up at nail salons to do my brows and they are always too thin or too thick. So relieved to have a place where I can book an actual appointment, get waxed by someone knowledgeable, and get exactly what I want. Clean, professional- I will be going here for all waxes!!

Extremely professional and clean. In and out no time at all for a chin and moustache waxing lol. All the girls are super friendly. I recommend buying a PASS it's the best value for you needs and then you can return over and over without dealing with payments each time...just be kind and have a little cash for a tip!

I had my full leg wax done on Saturday morning by Victoria. She was amazing. Excellent job, I did not have to wait for my appointment, no upsells at the end of my waxing, which I LOVED. All the other salons upsell so much, that it makes the great experience HORRIBLE by the time you leave. Thank you European Wax Center Boca Park for making my salon appoitnment so enjoyable. I will be back!

My favourite waxer left and covid 19 is making me choose how many ares i can get waxed because of cost. Nice, clean, fair prices with waxpasses, n if the waxer didn't have to choose between waxing fast or good , the experience would be better.

The excellent brow wax was overshadowed by PUSHY sales tactics. I have no issue being told about other services like the Brazilian or even the package deals; what took me over the edge was the esthetician trying to sell me the most absurd products. She went as far as placing a bottle of "eyebrow enhancement serum" in my hands. When I set it down after expressing I was not interested, she moved it to the checkout counter! Upon checking out, the desk employees tried to push the product as well. NEVER again! I'd like to suggest a client questionnaire so the employees can better gauge if a client is interested without harassing them. It was terrible!
