I went here for my first time getting a Brazilian. My wax specialist Katelin was professional, informative, made me feel very comfortable and did a great job! She also did my brows, lip, nostrils and legs. She did a fantastic job, leaving me smooth as can be. Definitely recommend this place and Katelin for your waxing needs!

Hayley is a PHENOMENAL wax specialist! It was my first time getting my under arms waxed and she made sure I was comfortable and really made the process so smooth. Definitely recommend her and the others at Waxxpot. :)

I was in town visiting family and decided to have a "pamper day" with nails, hair, wax, etc. so after doing a quick Google search I came across Waxxpot and decided to give them a try! The booking was super easy and can be done online or over the phone. Upon arrival, The location was easily accessible with free parking. The staff greeted me with a friendly and warm welcome and already knew my name which made things more personable. I worked with Lo and she was very informative and definitely made me feel more comfortable as a first timer at their location by sharing her background, walking me through how she prefers to wax my body based on her examination, and also by just holding a regular conversation. I love that she waxed in smaller sections to insure all hair was removed since I told her I wanted everything gone! Lol. Afterwards they of course recommend a few products and tell you about their wax pack options. I loved that they have locations in multiple states and the wax pack can be used in my current home state of GA! I'll definitely be back if I'm ever in need while in Louisville.

I've had waxes done by both Katelin and Natalie and was happy with both experiences. I love waxxpot for the environment and options. I also got a free chapstick that day and loved the add on. I've tried the serum for ingrown hairs and it last such a long time. I will continue using this company!
