I absolutely love Lumi. I've never had problematic skin but have noticed an incredible change since getting monthly facials and having a skin care regimen that is tailored to my skin type/needs. My face is consistently soft, glowing, and smooth. I can't say enough about Demi! She's so kind, thoughtful in her approach and knowledgeable. She's answered all of the questions I've had and has offered suggestions on what would benefit my skin. The products she's recommended are luxurious & well worth the price. I really look forward to my skincare routine twice a day! Lumi is a beautiful, bright and airy space and everyone that I've interacted with has been very kind and professional. As an immunocompromised person, I especially appreciate that all the estheticians are still wearing masks. I really can't say enough about Lumi and am excited to see how my skin gets even better in the future! 100/10!

I have been utilizing the VIP membership for a year now and it was the best choice! Every 4 weeks I get a facial with Bethany and my skin has improved a lot. The place is beautiful, relaxing and Bethany is always able to tell when its a session where I need to talk a lot or just relax. Highly recommend!!!

My best friend & I both have February birthdays and typically we go out to eat or do something else fun during the 2 weeks between them. This year we are 33 & 34 and she suggested we get facials for the first time. We found Lumi's prices to be the most affordable and their appointments can be scheduled together on their website. So on Valentine's Day we went & got the Turn Back Time Bar Facial- they offer 2 kinds of facial- one at a bar & the other is in another room. The bar facials are shorter and less involved than the room facial but we figured we would start small. Alexis was my esthetician and she was awesome about making sure I was comfortable, making sure she explained everything every step of the way as well as making sure I had no sensitivity to any products we would be using. She also offered advice regarding my issues with my skin as I don't have a great regimen established yet. The facial itself was wonderful & relaxing, making 30minutes seem longer and shorter at the same time, if that makes sense! My bestie was in the chair next to me and Jimmy did her facial at the same time- no one had to wait for the other to be finished or anything. The next day some of my problem areas had significantly reduced or had gone away! I went out that day & got some of the recommended skincare products to keep up my new & improved complexion. It was $80 including tip & totally worth it, we plan on coming back sooner than next year's birthdays!

The entire team at Lumi is incredible! Alexis and Morgan are super involved, dedicated and passionate co-owners - which is always a nice feeling when trusting people with your skin / appearance! The entire staff goes above and beyond each time you are in the building, regardless of service. I’ve gotten facials, spray tans, eyebrow waxing and threading. My most recent service was the lash lift and tint and WOW I am speechless. Should’ve done it sooner. I genuinely couldn’t recommend Lumi enough.

Alexis asked me questions about my skin, what problems I was having and what I wanted to focus before we began. I told her that my main concern was acne scarring so we ended up doing light therapy to help with the pigmentation and scarring – so great and customizable for what I needed! Overall it was a such a relaxing experience and I will be back often!
