I loved the whole experience! I was a first time waxed and she made me very comfy. She was clean, professional, talked me through the service and even gave my poor legs a break! Lol I will definitely be back. I feel great about recommending! She takes her time and does a great job.

I’ll start by saying that I was happy to go inside of an actual building versus a home. She was also dressed in scrubs, I appreciated that as well…professionalism speaks volumes. I booked the combo facials and the luxury Brazilian. She began with the back facial. She communicated every step and product that she used. Same with the other services. I’m no rookie to facials or spas. She did a great job on the extractions. Some other places/people I’ve been to, only do a few minutes and/or small areas (as a tool to get the client to return…which doesn’t make sense to me). The massage portion was a nice treat. Definitely aids in relaxation. I’ve only received this add on in Chicago. I will say, the pressure could’ve been deeper for me but overall it complimented my services well. There was no pressure to buy products. I could tell she was confident in her work. Of course you can find someone else who may be cheaper but as the saying goes, “you get what you pay for.” I understand why the deposit is higher. It lets her know you’re serious but also so that her time won’t be wasted. I can tell she is a true student of her craft. She’s very knowledgeable. I’ve already booked my second appointment. If you’re looking for a new esthetician, look no further and book the appointment.

The spa is very clean. An inviting, relaxing atmosphere, Quila was very knowledgeable and honest with recommendations about how you should be caring for your skin and body. Waxing was the best I’ve had thus far by anyone I’ve been to. I would recommend this spa for anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing, calming, therapeutic experience.
