Great experience with Katie for my first ever laser hair removal session. I was nervous that the procedure would be painful but Katie explained the whole process, made sure I was thoroughly numbed, and it was much easier and painless than I anticipated. She went slowly since it was my first time to make sure my skin tolerated the treatment well. She didn’t make me sign a contract or pay for multiple sessions at once and her prices are affordable. The space is very calming, clean, and quiet. Highly recommended booking laser hair removal with Katie!

I seriously cant think of a better place to go for laser hair removal! I’ve never had laser hair removal until today but have always heard how nice it is especially in the Brazilian/bikini area. I just got tired of shaving, ingrowns, razor burn, all the things. I was nervous to have it done because of the horror stories I’ve heard; but let me just say that Katie made me feel SO comfortable, used medical grade numbing cream so I literally felt nothing, and the session was incredibly quick. The machine she uses is also top tier so its efficient. She will work with you to make payments easy and is one of the more affordable techs in the Denver area to begin with. You can tell that Katie is passionate about her craft and helping others regain their confidence. I will write another review at the end of my process but my first time ever was 10/10. Can’t imagine it going any smoother..(no pun intended)… but seriously if you’ve been contemplating getting laser done then this is your sign!

Katie, the owner and practitioner, makes the entire experience comfortable and relaxing, and shares her knowledge along the way. The laser she uses is the most painless and effective I've ever experienced - the areas she treated have already dramatically decreased in hair growth in just a few sessions! Go see Katie for laser hair removal! I’ve always wanted to do it because the climate in Colorado is so dry and shaving really irritates my skin. I was super nervous about how much it would hurt but the discomfort was minimal and the treatment was much quicker and easier than I thought. Katie is knowledgeable and competent. She knows a lot about different types of lasers and how to customize your treatment…she explained that everyone is different so every treatment regimen is different. It put me at ease to have her undivided attention. Looking forward to doing additional treatment areas and so excited to not have to bear the physical pain and financial burden of waxing anymore. Wish I had started sooner!

Best Laser hair removal experience by far! Katie is so professional and kind. She makes the experience of receiving laser hair removal quick and easy! After failed attempts of eliminating my unwanted hair from a plastic surgeons office, I decided to do some research to find an advance laser that could help eliminate my hair. I've never been happier that I found Novalune Laser and Katie!!! If you are unsure or indecisive, like I was, this is your sign!! Do it!! I just had my first round of laser done and couldn't be happier. I am instantly already seeing some results. If you are LGBTQIA+, this is a safe space. Katie is extremely trans friendly and made me feel right at home within minutes. She called me before hand, sent me preinstructions, and has since been following up with my treatment to insure everything has gone perfectly. She has continuously gone out of her way to work with my price range, goals, and even worked effortlessly to make time with my crazy work schedule. Katie is extremely open about her practices. She explained everything before hand to insure I knew exactly what she was doing and what it was doing to my body. Again, I really cannot express enough how happy I am with Katie's services!!
