I have been going to the laser loft for nearly a year now for laser hair removal. I did a lot of research on other laser hair removal businesses in the Columbus area and found the reviews for the laser loft to be the best. I have been very happy with my results in the two areas being treated and have intentions of booking additional areas in the future. Marshelle is so great and really tries to keep you comfortable through a sometimes painful experience. I’m very grateful for the use of the cold towels!!

Not only is she the kindest person, but she also is so careful and gentle with your skin and makes you feel very involved with every skincare step she takes. I have been getting laser treatment here for about 4 years now. Their technicians are phenomenal! I started with my chin. Dark spots went away and hair was gone. Next I did my armpits and then bikini area. Marshelle and Sarah are amazing! I have PCOS and one of the symptoms is unwanted hair growth in some areas. I also used to get those sebacious hair bumps where hair grows under the skin and creates those painful hair bumps. I had to go to doctor numerous times to remove those bumps and it hurt like hell! But I have not done ANY of that since going to laser loft. Their facilities have always been nice, but I am LOVING the new space!!!! This is one of THE best investments that I have made in myself!!!!

I had loved going to Carrie for laser hair removal treatment for 2-3 years now. I have had multiple areas done, and have been to another business for the same treatments, and The Laser Loft is most definitely top notch. You're in for a very vulnerable type of experience and they make you feel very comfortable, are very professional, and help you feel at ease. I've been to Sara for my past couple treatments, who is the sweetest and really easy to talk to. Their wet towel compression after hitting the sensitive spots is wonderful as well. And they were so willing and helpful to come up with payment plans for me to help me get the treatments done. I feel more comfortable in my skin thanks to these ladies and I cannot recommend this company for Laser Hair removal enough!

This place gets five stars. I have had laser hair removal from many different places and many different cities, and none compares to the Laser loft. I live in Charlotte NC now and would love to find a place that at least comes close to this company. I'll keep you updated. So far, Columbus Ohio is top notch with removing these chin hairs lol.

I am so happy that I did my due diligence in searching for a laser hair removal facility. I was in the process of going with another carrier, to the point where I was sent a “contract” to sign for services. With my expressed reluctance to signing the “contract” came the “special deep discounts just for me”. This is and always has been a complete turn off for me. Give me that pricing up front…not to get me to sign up or stay with you as to going to another carrier. Well this got me to searching for other carriers and Thank GOD I did. Since the initial call with The Laser Loft for services, I have been nothing but pleased! I was given up front pricing for services as a single treatments and also if I purchased a package, purchase 5 treatments and get the sixth one free. It was estimated that it would take about 9 treatments to have my areas taken care of. There was even a test patch completed to make sure I didn’t have any issues with the laser and to also make sure it wasn’t uncomfortable for me! After the test patch, I immediately signed up for services without having to sign a contract! Every treatment I have had (5) this far, there has been very little wait, if any & I have had the same aesthetician, Marshelle. Marshelle has been wonderful to work with! She makes sure I’m comfortable while performing my treatments and is able to work around my schedule for scheduling of my next treatment! As soon as I have my finished my treatments for my neck and jawline, I will be having other areas treated! If you are considering Laser Hair removal, contact The Laser Loft, you will not regret it!!!!

I've been coming here nearly weekly for 10 months and it's no exaggeration when I say it's one of the highlights of my week. Everyone - everyone! - is overwhelmingly nice and professional. Sara is an amazing electrologist and has become a really good friend, but the entire staff is exceedingly helpful and will bend over backwards to make you happy. I've gotten several different procedures at this point and the quality is always top notch and they always pay close attention to my needs. On top of the stellar staff the entire office is super clean and comfy and doesn't feel too clinical or "doctor's office"-ey at all - it's actually very relaxing. Laser Loft and Kelly changed my life! I looked a few places when I first considered laser hair removal. Kelly at Laser Loft made me feel the most comfortable and her prices are very fair. I initially went in for my lower legs, which had thick, course, dark hair that I would need to shave twice a day to keep smooth. (It was awful!) After 7 treatments I was able to move to just spot-treatments. Kelly was very honest about what to expect from each treatment, and overall results. Since then, I've also done my bikini and underarms. Results, again, are awesome. Laser Loft is very easy to schedule with through the Vagaro app. I've also had a couple of appointments with Kelly's employees who are also great. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Sarah Starkey at Laser Loft for a while now for laser hair removal. I have nothing but good things to say. She is punctual and always friendly. I am now going just for touchups but I still enjoy seeing her once in a while. The consultation was quick and informative, and the actual process to get the hair removal was all easy. There were no gimmicks or promise of 43% off (as with the larger commercial places). I knew what i was getting into from the beginning without weird tactics for business or pressured sales. The place was comfortable, friendly, and I didn't feel like patient 119273 of 293974. Everything felt right with both Sarah and LaserLoft from the first consultation. I am happy I chose to go here for my treatments! I would highly recommend Sarah and LaserLoft. Also.. not shaving twice a day is AMAZING.

I never realized how much until I started going to laser loft. Even when she was doing 2 area if she found other hairs she would go ahead n get them. Even if they were small areas. Ideal image would have charged me for that small area. I had Sara here at laser loft. She's great!!

I am a Black 65 year old woman who has suffered with inherited facial hair growth all my life. I tried electrolysis, hair removal creams, and every facial hair removal gadget on the market. I even tried laser from a dermatologist office many years ago spending a lot of money that I did not have with no success. When I noticed my twenty-two year of daughter was experiencing much worse hair growth than I did at her age I had to find something to help us with this embarrassing problem that destroys your self- confidence. My daughter found the Laser Loft in Gahanna online and we both went for a consultation. I was so impressed I bought the package of five treatments and had our first treatment immediately. Please believe me when I tell you that I am in tears of joy as I write this. If you are a Black male or female and is suffering with unwanted facial hair, please make sure that you go to a salon that has the “AG” laser machine. The “AG” machine is for “Dark-skinned” people. I was hairless after my third treatment. I never experience any pain nor was I ever burned. I am not afraid for people to get close to my face anymore. I now allow my husband to touch my face after all these years. But most importantly, my daughter has blossomed with confidence. She was so shy in high school and I knew it was because of the hair on her face. THANK YOU LASER LOFT IN GAHANNA FOR HAVING THE “AG” MACHINE!

I used to struggle with razor burn, ingrown hairs, and just overall irritation, but laser treatment has eliminated that entirely. I’m actually pretty blown away by the results, I haven’t shaved in weeks!!! And the texture of my skin feels amazing. I wouldn’t consider the process comfortable per se, it definitely burns and stings a bit. But in my opinion it was totally tolerable, and SO worth it!! Literally the only downside was that I didn’t know this existed sooner. If you’re debating laser treatment, stop debating and just do it!

The reviews of this place were great and Carrie explained everything perfectly and did not make me feel uncomfortable at all upon initial meet. Since then I have had 2 bikini area sessions. Carrie is great, talks to you the entire time so the time flies and it keeps your mind off the pain, which isn't too bad, little hot snaps. She also has appointments on Saturdays and evenings which is nice. I think the price is fair and am thinking of getting other areas done even!

You can either pay for all of your services up front and receive free treatments or pay as you go. Listen, I've had laser hair removal treatments prior to Carrie and they were not as effective; I was still conducting daily maintenance (shaving, plucking, tweezing, etc.) 6 months after treatment. What people do not tell you is that all lasers are not created equal. But this time at the Laser Loft was different, I don't have to do anything because I don't have any hair on my chin or the corners of my lip.
