I am extremely pleased with the laser hair removal therapy I have received. The best thing is once you're a client and receive services and your treatment is complete you are covered with hair removal in that area for life. So all touch ups are never an extra charge! The atmosphere is very much a judge free zone and I have felt comfortable and confident the whole way through. They also have complementary drinks while you wait in the lobby for your appointment. This place is extremely welcoming and friendly. The staff is cordial and easy to get along with. Im treating areas such as my face, neck and abdomen and such. Elizabeth has been especially helpful with my treatment and assisting in providing me advice on things to do when at home to ease the process for future treatments and after. She also works with me in addressing more problems area of my hair. They also work with my schedule and adjust treatments when parts of body aren't on the same level of need and treatment. I'm currently near the end of my treatment and will submit another review upon completion.

I had gone in for my consultation to get my full leg laser hair removal and the entire staff was helpful and kind. They really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering me a drink, took me on a tour, and were very in depth about what laser hair removal does and why they do things the way they do. They did a fantastic job making me feel safe and comfortable with my procedure. I had some tan lines from a vacation I had taken earlier this year and they were courteous enough to do a couple test strips to ensure that my skin wouldn’t react badly to the laser, instead of just doing it all over my entire legs. I love that they care for their patients. They did my first Brazilian treatment for free the day of my consult which was nice because it was something I was also interested in potentially doing in the future. I had my full legs done today and I had another great experience. I felt very comfortable and Rachel answered any questions I had thought about since the last time, overall a great experience. Every person I've dealt with here has been so wonderful, they're beautiful inside and out! Ive been doing the laser hair removal for 3 months now and it has been the most amazing journey. Each session shows me the results ive wanted. My hairs had started growing less. I don’t have to shave as much. My hair used to grow back every day or two. Now after only my 3rd session my hairs take almost a week and even then they don’t grow back as bad as they did before I started the treatment.
