They have helped me so much with my transition. They are great LGBT allies and are very supportive of trans women who need hair removal. Vickie is super knowledgeable and will talk to you in depth about every step of the process through laser and electrolysis. She is very professional and is the most renown tech I found in Columbus with a lot of experience. I've had fantastic hair removal results here and feel like I have gotten my money's worth!

The team at About Face are as friendly as they are effective at (in my case) getting rid of skin abnormalities. My experience was primarily with Jackie who was always energetic and friendly and extremely open about my treatment and what she thought would be the most effective. The treatment that she gave me was able to get rid of the skin abnormalities and in even less time than I expected! If you want effective treatment, a fantastic staff - particularly Judy, Jackie, and Vickie - and an affordable price unlike many of the other laser treatment centers then you can't go wrong with About Face. The staff at About Face has been amazing- you can tell that everyone there truly cares about each and every client. I have had two eMatrix treatments for acne scarring. The procedure was near painless (my opinion) due to the numbing cream. My first one was with Jackie and the second one was with Vickie; both technicians took the time to check in with me during the whole procedure to confirm my comfort level and followed up with me afterwards to see how well my skin healed. Great place to go- they really know their stuff!!

I've been coming here for over a year for laser hair removal, and it's changed my life! As an Italian woman, it's GREAT to no longer worry about sideburns, facial hair and the dreaded 5 o'clock (underarm) shadow! I've seen both Vicky and Cassie, and love them both. I never felt like they tried to 'sell' me on anything - they were honest and told me it would take several treatments (over a couple of years) before I was pretty much done. They also always make sure to tell me about any promotions they've got going on, so I can always take advantage of them.

I tried laser hair removal several years ago and did not complete the treatments. It was painful and the scheduling a royal pay. When I decided to maybe try again-- several of my friends suggested About Face. Still I did nothing. Until finally, I was tired of the cycle of shaving, in grown hair, regrowth-- rinse and repeat. Vicki and her team are amazing. She explained the laser, what to expect and even offered me solutions for the in grown hairs. Me remembering to use the cleansing pads regularly is now the issue. But they work! Even today we discussed options for the irritation I have. The laser has helped tremendously. The office is is peaceful and calm. I've never waited more than a few minutes. The reminder calls are helpful too. There are solutions for unwanted hair. About Face can help you decide what is best for you. They are the best!

First off, Judy greets you before you can even see her. She has a nice demeanor and is always conscientious about office and reception area. If you place a call, Judy will get back to you, whether or not you leave a message! Jackie, my technician is very proficient at her job. She explains everything, gives good advice and does A GREAT JOB! She knows what she is doing and is great fun too. They cannot be beaten and btw, I love the results already...

I can’t describe to you how much Vicki has changed my confidence, my life literally. I struggled with upper lip hair for a really long time and I was very ashamed of it, always getting a wax or shave in that area. Literally once a week.... after spending a year going to Vicki (I chose my sessions spread out) i feel like a whole new woman. My confidence has increased I don’t feel like people are staring at my upper lip anymore, I have one session left (Vicky gave me a free one because she wanted me to be happy) which I’m sad about was because I’m not going to be coming to the office anymore, but man let me tell you!! I’m going to buy another package 6 treatments, to keep up with it because I have a caramel/dark skin complexion and it’s something we have to do sometimes depending on how much melanin we have. But seriously Vicki is the best and no this is not something she asked me to do. Like she’s a boss! Can’t tell you how much she helped a girl feel GOOOOOOOOOOD!!!!

Vicky and Felisha at About Face are wonderful. They are friendly and very patient and will answer all your questions. The About Face website is very useful. I used it myself to determine which treatment would work best for my face. All faces are different so it is up to you to make sure you explain everything that you are using on your face to Vicky so she can choose what will work best for you. Ask a lot of questions and you will get your answers. Be bold and tell them exactly what you are looking for and they will help you. I know I will be back. Thank you so much Vicky and Felisha. I purchased a Groupon for a laser procedure on the face and neck. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was told to first come for a consultation, then the procedure would be scheduled. Scheduling the consultation was difficult, in part because I travel fairly frequently and in part because the ONE person who does the consultations is only in on certain days of the week from 9-4 - not at all convenient for working people. (BTW, I can't imagine why a business would issue a Groupon then limit their ability to bring clients in the door by having such narrow bandwidth.) Anyway, the consultation was perfunctory at best and at that point the merchant didn't have any appointments for the procedure that worked with my schedule. Furthermore, there were no appointments available at all for the following month so I walked away without scheduling the procedure. After waiting a few weeks to hear back on a date that I could come in for the procedure, the merchant called to tell me that they had ONE DAY during that month that the procedure could be done. I had my pick of times, but only on that one day which as it happens doesn't work for me. Again, hard to understand why you'd try to drum up business then limit availability of delivering service. SMH.
