I’ve never had a sugar wax before coming here. I can say it’s not as painful as traditional hard or soft wax. I believe Emily does my waxing. She is super nice and easy to talk to. She does my eye brows and she is so GOOD that she actually fixed one brow so it matched the other! The pricing are great! Def love this place

Today was the very first time that I’ve ever been waxed, and it was an amazing experience 😍🌈💓🌸. My wax lady ( Mari ) got every stitch of hair, and my first Brazilian wax was way better than expected. Mari is very professional, & descriptive with any concerns/questions I had. The atmosphere is very relaxing, CLEAN, and has a very refreshing energy in the space. I recommend anyone reading go see Mari you won’t be disappointed. I’m already excited for my next visit.

I love coming here! I use their wax services and have also gotten my lashes done. Everyone is really friendly and professional. Now since covid is going on they have used precautions such as wearing masks and they facility is clean. Emily does an amazing job on my eyebrows, but I've also used the other wax lady and she's awesome too. They offer a variety of services so go check them out:)

Always polite & very nice. The location is clean and super cute. I’ve never been a fan of waxing my eyebrows due to people never been able to get the shape right, but I found a place that can finally do it right! They take their time and make sure your brows are perfect

DShayla was very nice, I’d definitely recommend her. It was my first time and she made me feel like a regular customer. I will be going back! Update: DShayla no longer works there. So I decided to go Emily and she is my girl! I’ve been going to her for the past 3 years now and she’s the best! 100% recommendation! Update: Emily no longer works there so I now go to Mari and she’s the sweetest ever. Everyone who I go to always makes me feel more than comfortable. 100% recommendation!

This place is brand new and very clean! They have only been at this location for 2 months. I was highly impressed with the service. They use a hard wax which doesn’t hurt as much and then instead of tweezers. They use a sugar mix to get those scraggly little pieces. You will LOVE this place even if it’s your first wax experience.

I found my self in Columbia unexpectedly and while Stacey usually takes care of me in Charleston, Morgan took the time to fit me in for a full wax. She was totally amazing, friendly, and proficient. Thank you Morgan for taking care of me. If anyone is in Columbia you should definitely try sugar lily Columbia.

It's hard to ever get someone on the phone. Also, I always request the sugaring instead of the waxing, but each time I show up I'm told that Stacey is the only one who can do sugaring but she's never there. They also leave a lot of wax on you after they finish so I have to remove at home and it's very painful.
