Our usual provider was out due to weather. The clinic called early to let me know, but I was unable to check the message until the afternoon. Unknowingly, I sent my daughter for her scheduled time, and they still took her in and saw her with a different provider! Love this place… not too crowded and I feel like a person there.

I noticed a small growth on my Father’s face so we went to Seitze Dermatology and they removed the growth. They tested the growth and determined it was Cancer. We received a certified letter with the news and immediately made a follow up appointment. They removed additional skin from around the initial area and we are anticipating favorable results.

We went to another skin clinic here in Cheyenne that violated HIPPA, staff was rude and very disconnected with patient care, and when we left there my father-in-law was adamant about not receiving treatment for his skin cancer due to his experience there. Technically proficient but poor communication. "Bedside manner" basically non-existent. Never explained seriousness or implications or follow-up of what I had, just said I had a particular type of growth that needed to be removed and that's it. Almost as if Doctor was in a hurry to do something else. If you are ok with researching your diagnosis on WebMD then fine, but otherwise I wouldn't recommend them.

Dr.Gregory Sietz actually listened to my concerns he checked my areas of concern and areas I never thought were related to my complaints and illness like my feet I simply thought I just had dry feet. Plus when know other providers I was seeing would even acknowledge me cause they said I looked fine Dr. Seitz didn't care what they say said or that other joke of a skin clinic in town said he did his job and he listened to me about my issues and my concerns with my one year son's rash and other skin and with issues and symptoms I had he examined us both and did labs on me to check for any thing else.
