The best beauty clinic in Boston! I just moved to Boston and did an IPL somewhere else in Boston last week. I regret I have done that since after a week my skin becomes super sensitive and has breakouts. I do IPL 3 times per year since 2019 and it never happened to me before. I turned to this beauty clinic for a cleaning. I had my custom facial with Johanna and it was awesome 👍 The best facial experience I’ve ever had so far. Will be back in 2 weeks for LUMECCA.

I’ve been coming here for years and just had another wonderful facial with Johanna. The space is so clean and inviting, and the skin care services are truly customized to your needs. I have seen a massive improvement in my skin since getting treatments here and following the skin care guidance they have provided. Today Johanna was really patient and took the time to listen to my concerns and closely review my skin before advising what she recommended. The facial was lovely, the extractions were really gentle, and I walked away feeling like my skin was glowing. She also recommended a product that would be really helpful to address my sensitive skin and it’s not something that they sell, so I appreciated the honest advice and not a generic upsell. This is the place to go for all of your skin care needs!

Everyone at the spa is so great! Erin does a great job of explaining the packages and helping choose the best options. Francesca is wonderful and so easy to spend the hour with plus she is so kind to explain what is happening and offer suggestions without feeling like she's forcing anything on you. I could not be happier with my experience and I cannot wait to go back! I also took my teenage brother who suffers with bad acne and he loved his first facial and was shocked about the results!

Andy is the best!! I started my monthly membership for customized facials and he has always done amazing work with my face. I had severe acne in my previous life, therefore I have always been skeptical about my facials and products used on my face. Andy has done tremendous job keeping my face clean and glowing. We have tried different masks and facial types according to my needs and so far we are making great progress. I recommend this spa and Andy Berard.

Just got laser hair removal done yesterday on my backside. Johanna was exceptionally friendly and made the process extremely stress free. I felt right at home and the procedure went by without a hitch. The receptionist was equally welcoming and all in all, I felt at complete ease during my appointment. Zero complaints; I am confident returning here for all upcoming laser treatments.

I had two treatments here, a deep tissue massage and a hydrafacial. The hydra facial was good although I did experience some redness, but that’s normal since I haven’t had one before (skin was perfectly fine the next day). The deep tissue massage was okay. She started with some stretching which was fine and the proceeded with the massage. For some reason she did not do both sides of my body, just had me lay on my front the whole time and never had me flip over to do the rest (head/neck,chest,quads, etc). That’s the only part that was disappointing as that’s usually the process for every massage.

As a man, I did a lot of research on where I could get laser hair removal, not only for the results (many places just cater to women) but also my own comfort level. I'm so happy to have found Johanna at New York Skin Spa. She is not only professional and that within itself brings results (the difference is night and day), but she also is very caring to her clients and their skin. I strongly suggest to anybody looking for hair removal to come here.

They deserve more than 5 stars! I had my first Hydrofacial there the other day and I could not be happier with the results! I stared at myself in the mirror all day afterwards and my skin looks so even and clear that I feel no need to wear foundation. Francesca is incredible and so knowledgeable! I absolutely adore her and recommend her for everyone! What I really love about Skin Spa NY - North Station is that everyone is so passionate about doing what is best for their clients versus selling products. I've been to other spas in the past and they have really pushed their products to the point where I have felt incredibly uncomfortable. Francesca tells you what she is using on your face, if it is available to purchase, and then drops it. No pressure at all. More of a FYI versus a sales pitch. The entire experience is so relaxing and comforting, and the staff is completely focused on your during your appointment.

So I was in desperate need of a facial... I like to use Classpass to find places nearby me and was in the area of North Station when the desire to get one struck me. I was excited when the classpass app showed an open appointment and let me book it same day, but unfortunately there was some mishap and the appt wasn't actually available when I showed up. I was bummed, but understanding and ready to just head out and maybe try again some other time. Erin at the front desk was extremely kind and actually figured out a way to accommodate me anyway. I was SO appreciative for this. Andy, who was my esthetician, was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and recommended the right service for my parched skin. He was also super sweet and provided a great experience. Thank you both for accommodating me when you did not have to. I was about to give up on trying to book here in the future, but both of you provided such great customer focused service that I will surely be back again! PS. my skin feels and looks great, and the facilities are immaculate. 👍

I can't say enough great things about this place. Had my first ever microdermabrasion here and was given a detailed overview of what to expect and what the expected results are. It made me want to come back! I just finished my second appointment here, this time for laser treatment of my underarm for hair removal and a Brazilian wax. Monica was incredibly kind and helped me feel comfortable the entire way. Kudos to this team!

Great service 🧡, especially at their North station location. Just had the best custom facial with glycolic peel (psst..ask for Mei “pronounced May” 😃). They take their time to listen to what, if any issues you want to address. Then carefully access your skin and give you feedback on how you can best address it. No bs, and you definitely feel relaxed during the sessions. Haven’t had a less than favorable experience since I started going there in 2019 😊.

I used to go to the Back Bay location but followed Johanna to the North Station location. Both are great. North station is a little more spacious and easier to park/get to on public transit. Couldn’t recommend this place more- probably best esthetician experience I’ve had!

I enjoyed the membership facial, Anca is very professional, gentle and gave great recommendations for my skin care routine. Great value, I will be going back. Negatives: The membership is not easy to understand and there are very limited services available, I couldn’t find a single massage appointment all the way out to April. Front desk staff didn’t seem to understand how membership billing worked and had trouble finding my membership but all was sorted and everyone was very nice. The building is cold and doesn’t have a relaxing spa like atmosphere.
