On a bit of a whim I made an appointment for a “brow makeover” at Lunchbox Wax in the Hingham Shipyard. Angelique greeted me in the very clean and pretty reception area, had me fill out some paperwork and took me back to a treatment room. Angelique is very personable and professional. She’s very easy to chat with and I was very comfortable with her. She tinted and shaped my brows and then waxed them perfectly. Angelique is a pro! She did such a great job. I’ve already made my next appointment with Angelique. Such a great experience!

Went to LunchboxWax in Hingham today for my first visit. Tess was extremely welcoming and friendly. This wasn't my first bikini wax, but it was my first Brazilian... Tess made sure to explain everything about the process thoroughly to make sure I wouldn't be surprised by anything. The salon itself was very clean and bright. I didn't have to wait at all when I arrived. The two other employees who I briefly interacted with with very friendly as well. Currently they have a BOGO special for new clients, so I already have my next appointment booked for next month! Looking forward to making this a part of my regular routine.

Took the plunge with my first wax today and am extremely happy with my choice of having it done at Lunchbox. The facility was clean and welcoming. I only met with the woman who did my wax, she was friendly and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. Walking me through what she was doing while also engaging with me as a person. I don’t have anything to compare it too, but the waxing process was less painful than I anticipated and did not take much time.

I had my legs waxed today and it was such an efficient, painless and relaxing experience! I saw Hannah - she is the absolute BEST!!! I’ve been getting waxed for a long time now and have tried other salons like European wax center, etc. However, the customer service at those other salons does not even come close to the women at Lunchbox Wax. Hannah was so fun to talk to the whole time that I didn’t even feel any pain from the wax, and she gave lots of great tips on how I should treat my legs post-wax. I can’t wait to come back to Lunchbox wax and request Hannah! She really knows her stuff!

I booked an appointment for my first ever Brazilian wax online. There was a glitch in their system where I didn't get the person I was booked with, but that was okay with me. For some reason, it was showing her as available when she was not scheduled to be working. They were very nice, and my waxologist Dominique was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions and she also was circumspect about making sure that nothing negative would happen post-waxing. I found the actual room to be colder than I was comfortable with, but others might not be bothered by that. I expected the process to be much more painful than it was, it really didn't hurt much at all. The room itself was large, the entire facility appeared to be very clean, all of the staff was pleasant and accommodating. I can only speak for the Hingham branch of this franchise, but I would recommend it highly. I don't know if they always do this, but when you buy one waxing, your next one is free. Can't beat that!

i seriously love this place. it was my first time coming i filled out the intake paperwork and then the woman at the front desk took me back to a very nice room. i put my items down and laid on the table, she removed my eyebrow filler and then really took the time to clean up my eyebrows and really explain what she thought would look best for my eyebrows. she also gave me a wonderful deal on tinting them as well and they’re running a promotion for bogo eyebrow waxes, so my next wax will be free. the tint she used was perfect my eyebrows look amazing and the woman (who’s name i didn’t catch) was so sweet and she talked to me the entire time. she was very funny and made me feel extremely welcome, i will definitely be returning!
