A team of wonderful women are involved in running the Boise location!! I know probably all of the receptionists by name and feel they are a part of my family, so kind and accommodating. I just love going for my treatments--not only to get my treatment but also to see them and get their hugs. The nurse I work with is Sarah W. I am certain all the nurses at the Boise location perform their treatments with precision and compassion, but I am so happy to work with Sarah. She is very attentive to detail, makes me feel like I am in good hands. I am always confident that my treatment with her will be top notch, and it always is! She is extremely skilled, professional, but also friendly. I highly recommend Boise LaserAway!

Can’t say enough about all the gals at Laser Away. Laseraway exceeded my expectations! First, let me say I just love the girls up front! Everyone I encountered immediately made me feel welcome and were extremely accommodating with beverages, their knowledge-tips and tricks, etc. The level of customer service I received from all the staff is top notch! All the girls and nurses made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Shout out to my nurse Sarah who performed my Clear and Brilliant laser treatment and laser hair removal! She was sweet, gentle, and patient with me throughout the procedure. My skin already feels amazing. My only regret is not doing this sooner. I am looking forward to my next appointment!

Went in to get some lip filler, and was absolutely blown away by the results! Sarah did the injections and let me check the mirror for every step to make sure I still liked them. Sarah and Anna talked with me before the procedure to make sure they understood exactly what i wanted and that our visions aligned. I wanted just a bit more volume and the top lip to match the bottom lip as it was a bit smaller. They were super nice and calming and told me exactly what to expect since it was my first time getting any sort of filler. Highly recommend this spa, will definitely be returning!

She was sweet, and gentle and made sure to check in with me throughout the procedure. My skin already feels amazing! I wasn't expecting to feel an immediate difference but I do. Tighter smoother skin in 30 minutes! I'm excited to see the changes over the next couple of days. My only regret is not doing this sooner. I will definitely be back!

I went to laser away to quote some prices and to see what treatments were available. All the staff were fantastic and super friendly. In particular, Jenna the lady upfront was very knowledgeable and happy to show me what they had on offer. She walked me through the clinic to show me what they could do to help treat my facial acne. The clinic was seriously spotless and super modern. It seemed like they had all the technology and equipment necessary to perform various operations. Overall I will definitely be back and was very happy with the Customer service!

My experience with the staff has been consistently outstanding. I feel like they actually listen to me and my concerns and needs. They don't push products they wouldn't use themselves, and they truly believe and stand by their services and results. Shootout to Emily and Jenna, they really care about every single person that comes in and I genuinely enjoy when they help me. The staff are endlessly helpful and will do their best to find deals and ways to get the best bang for your buck.

I have been a loyal customer since they opened their doors in October 2021. Employees are always great & always very welcoming. I have had almost everything they have to offer, my favorite is their clear and brilliant I have also tried their cool sculpting i even went a little crazy and purchased over 5k for different areas of my body. It's sad to say it did not work for me. It's been close to a year & I have not seen any results. I asked to see what they could do for me because that is a lot of $ i spent. All they could do was offer me another product with a discount. I'm a little disappointed.

My nurse, Sarah, is amazing. She is so kind and always makes sure I feel comfortable. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. There is no judgment and they always make sure you have the best treatment available. I’m noticing a big difference in hair growth as well. Most of it seems to be gone and the remaining hair is a lot finer.

Had my own personal fears about Lazer hair removal, but the nurses and staff answered all my questions with confidence, made it all pain free as possible, and ensured I was always taken care of as well as comfortable. I personally recommend this location and business to anyone with questions and curiosity. I will continue more with their other procedures in the future.

I had my appointment today with Amanda for lip filler. As soon as I walked in, Hannah was so sweet and welcoming. It was my first time getting any kind of filler, and everyone made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Amanda did such an awesome job and I am so in love with my lips. I’ve been going to LA since April of 2021 and always had great experiences, but this last appt with nurse Sarah was by far my favorite! She was extremely time efficient and had me in and out in about half the time I usually spend there and it’s the best botox I’ve ever had! If you’re considering a lip flip make sure she does it! I can still drink out of a straw 😂 and my results are even better than expected. If I could give Sarah 1 million stars I would 💖

I went to LaserAway for the first time on Jan 20th, for Botox and lip injections. Amanda did my lip injections (juvaderm) and I was beyond pleased with not only her, but also the service and the results. She took her time making sure I got exactly what I wanted and let me look in a mirror after each injection, in order to see how it was coming along. She did such an amazing job and she was such a sweet girl. I would recommend her 100%. Sara, who did my botox, was the same exact way. Totally taking her time and making sure i get the results I desired. She did such an amazing job and was also very sweet. I feel like the owner really likes her practitioners to include the patient's opinions instead of just quickly doing whatever they think would look best. The service here is impeccable. The front desk worker, Hannah, was so extremely efficient and helpful. She also notified me of a free facial service specialist I was to get after purchasing a Botox bank, and then followed up by making sure I received and was booked for my free Clear & Brilliant facial, straight away. This was an outstanding deal as these facials run for $500+. She is very thorough, and just like the practitioners, made sure I got exactly what I wanted, and was extremely sweet as well. I will be going back to LaserAway for all my facial needs going forward as I really have never experienced service like this prior to that appt.I have to drive 2 hours just to get there, and that drive is 100% worth it for me.

I started my treatment at Laseraway and I am happy, from the first session I noticed changes in my hair, I had little growth and the hair fell just by touching it with my fingers, in the first session I had a little pain during the process, but a little I solved it with ice to numb it, then I had no discomfort, in the second session the pain decreased a lot, I am waiting to see the result, it will surely be amazing, the staff is very friendly and attentive, I always leave happy, they answer my questions and they are always there arrangement of solutions. Another thing I love is that some people there speak Spanish. I am very happy to be at laser away, they are very professional and careful

If you haven't checked them out yet, you need to! There's no commitment and they really cater to your needs. The employer's are great and eventually feel like they become friends. I've gotten cool sculpting and clear & brilliant treatment and I don't regret it. I've had really bad acne scars and pigmentation and it has helped alot with my pores.

I had my first laser tattoo removal treatment done by Sarah at The Village location here in Meridian. She was very patient (took breaks when I needed them) and sympathetic to my pain tolerance, which made me feel valued as a person instead of just a customer/job. Also, I was greeted by Hannah right away upon arriving, and wasn't made to feel out of place. Sarah, Hannah, and Jenna were all refreshing to engage with, and I'm grateful to them for making the experience especially pleasant.

I have had an amazing experience at this location of Laseraway. I’m approaching 50 & revelry started to become interested in aesthetic treatments. I’m a ‘natural’ gal and happened to notice a Laseraway next to a natural foods store in another state when on vacation. I went in to ask some questions and learned there was a Laseraway in the Boise area. I called and received so much great info from Josie at the boise location. I went in for a consult and had such a friendly, informative experience. No one was pushy about sales, and at the same time gave great advice on what treatments would suit me achieving my goals. All the ladies up front have been so helpful, friendly and informative (Josie, Jenna, Marie & Jessica). Nurse Julie was super skilled, and fantastic with delivering treatments as well as providing me with further information. I have had the clear & brilliant and thermage treatments for my face and neck. I’m looking forward to IPL and Voluma & Juevederm later this month. I’m amazed and so happy with results so far!

6/30/22 I am coming on to update my review! The more I invest in the services @ LaserAway @ the Village in Meridian, the happier I am. I recently had the Thermage treatment on my neck as well as some Xeomin in my "11". Sara is amazing, the injections hardly hurt at all and I am so happy with the results. I already noticed some results from the Thermage and am so looking forward to the next few months when I really start seeing the results. All the girls @ LaserAway in Meridian are amazing and are so sweet and caring. Jenna is fantastic and really helps you find what will work for you treatment wise. LaserAway is my happy place! ♥ I have been going to LaserAway @ the Village in Meridian for close to 5 months now. Every service I have purchased has been game changing. In the last 1-2 weeks I have redone my Xeomin and my Juvaderm. I am always amazed at the outcome. Lauren who does the injections, but has also done my laser hair removal and face treatments is a rock star. She really takes her time to make sure she does a great job and really listens as well as makes suggestions for what will make you look your best. Sara has also done my hair removal and face treatments and is wonderful as well! Of course there is also Jenna who assists me with suggestions and purchasing packages and is so kind and caring. Yesterday was my second laser hair removal treatment. Every time I’ve communicated with anyone in this office, they’ve been professional and friendly. All information has been provided in a frank manner with no room for misunderstanding. The laser treatments have been effective for my dark hair on light skin. Pain is minimal with an ice pack. So far, I’m quite happy overall and will probably treat other areas once finishing this no interest payment plan. Eventually, not shaving ever sounds pretty nice!
