Alyson was so amazing! It looks like I’ve got me a new wax lady! We had casual conversation and she was very professional! Unlike a number of my waxes from other places, she held her hand on my waxed areas directly after waxing them as an esthetician should to relieve pain. She was so polite and lovely! She made sure to get all of my hair off and was extremely articulate! 10/10 amazing wax! GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE!

My first experience with going to Europen Wax Center could not have gone more perfectly! I had my eyebrows waxed previously at a simple family haircut salon, but these guys are the real deal! It is an experience from start to finish which began with a very friendly greeting from Ely. As I walked in the foyer I was impressed to see naturally light and inviting environment. Pops of red accents flowed throughout the room and drew my eye to several shelves carrying their products. Tara came out and explained to me that I was in good hands and that their specialty was waxing and ONLY waxing. They do it all day long and are passionate about it. She also explained that they always begin with a consultation in which she handed me a mirror and offered a brief education on how my brows naturally grew and what she thought might look good. She worked quickly and painlessly and then offered me a mirror to see what I thought as she worked. Then, she even applied a serum to help with any reddness. Then she used a brow powder and clear gel to help brush the hairs up and keep them from folding over. Her expertise was apparent and she was informative with every step.

The European Wax Center is a great place to go if it is your first time waxing. They are extremely supportive and kind. European Wax Center makes sure you feel comfortable and ready before they start waxing. The wax is great for sensitive skin and they provide skin relievers after the area of hair has been removed. They have good prices, great service, and good quality. They offer great prices and discounts as well. Edit: Make sure you are scheduled with the same waxer or that the water tells you if they are moving away. I switched between three different ladies because they had all left, making it difficult for them to know what shaping I wanted.

My waxer, Morgan, is absolutely amazing at what she does. She helps make it less painful, shes so quick, she's fun to talk to, and she helps me leave that place feeling so confident every time. I think shes the best one there but they're all good. It is a speed waxing center which I LOVE, 10-15 minutes in and out, so if you're looking for a more lengthy and personal wax I'd recommend going somewhere else.

Just got off the phone with Eli to cancel my appointment cause I am sick. He's SO FREAKING NICE!!! I could talk to him all day! I am super impressed with his customer service skills. That part of the job makes up for half of the experience, and while I didn't get my wax (I'll reschedule once I am feeling better) I did get a good dose of good service in terms of employee personality. It made my day.

Just got my first wax here! First wax is free on some services or 50% off. They did AMAZING. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and comfortable. I was set up with an 830am appt today. They don't open til 9. 😑 drove all the way there just to leave. I was hoping to get a brow wax before my flight. There was obviously issues with online scheduling. Edit to my review- Someone contacted me and apologized for the confusion. And they credited my account for a free wax which is very much appreciated but definitely not expected. They truly do provide amazing customer service and the best waxes. Highly recommend.

The EWC on Milwaukee is by far my favorite of the two locations here in town! I've been to the one on Chinden a few times, and just never had great services there! Tara at the Milwaukee location is my favorite Wax Specialist ever! She's so kind, yet funny and makes the unbearable pain of a Brazilian Wax bearable. She keeps you talking throughout the appointment so you're not focused on the pain. She's not just a great person, she's great at her job too! She loves what she does and it shows. So glad there's an EWC in Boise now! Just like their store in Meridian, this one is super clean and efficient. I know I'm going to get a great wax no matter who I see. Everyone here is so knowledgable - they are really good about teaching you how to maintain your flawlessly smooth skin and get your eyebrows back on track. So they aren't just giving you a wax - they are helping you improve your beauty routines. They have amazing products, too, especially the brow filler. It always looks so natural. Oh, and the exfoliating products are great - your dead skin just lifts right off without those harsh beads that scrape your skin. I will definitely be back! The online appointments make it so easy.

I have been a customer with European Wax Center for almost 3 years. I would always drive by and see the sign, hear the advertisements on the radio and was always skeptical about waxing. One day, I walked in and was greeted by front office staff with a smile. I confirmed that the offer on the radio is valid. She informed me yes first time guests get first wax service free. I decided to have my eyebrows waxed, something simple just to see if I was able to handle this type of experience. This tall, black haired sweet girl grabbed the ticket and brought me back in a service room. I was very uncertain of this experience and she made it enjoyable and it didn't even hurt. After my service was complete I checked out at counter and was asked how my service was and I said good. I did not owe anything and said I would like to schedule another appointment please. Let me make a long story short. Tara Martinez is an incredible person and waxer. I went from eyebrows and upper lip to currently Brazilian, eyebrows, and side burns. She is quick at pulling off the wax and efficient. I have been scheduled with other waxers in the past and I always prefer and go back to Tara. She always provides a positive experience and I look forward to my appointment with her every time. She has always informed me about the different products that can be purchased to help with maintenance on the waxed areas or enhance areas such as eyebrows and use of the eyebrow pencil. I remember when she talked me into a Brazilian and it was not even bad and she kept telling me your tough girl, you got this. Iʼm hooked on the Brazilian service. I am currently on my second or third wax pass. I always schedule my appointment on my day off from work, so I am able to shower before my appointments, I find it to be a courtesy. Tara always has a smile on her face, displays professionalism, informs all clients about promotions and helpful products. She is a rockstar and she needs a raise. I have referred all my family and friends to see Tara. She is a great asset to your company. :) :)

I liked my service here. They use a special wax where no cloth strips used. Cheaper prices then lunch box. They do want you to buy wax packages. But you don't have too. They do have computer issues aprox once a week though. Overall I would go back

She walked me through the process since it was my first time, and it was so much easier than I was expecting. At the most it was a 4 for pain, but the overall process averaged out to like a 2 on the pain scale for me :) I will definitely be coming back here!
