I was always nervous about the idea of laser hair removal but Tina was very helpful, patient and kind! She made sure to provide all of the information I needed that I barely had any questions. Customer service always elevates the clients experience and I had an amazing one going into my first appointment. I was greeted with smiles and excitement! Diane is who treated me for laser hair removal and she was just outstanding!! She made me feel comfortable and she's a fun person to talk to in general. I look forward to future services and thank you to all the ladies for their efforts and kindness :)

I have completed 6 clear and brilliant treatments, and today I start my 2nd set of 6. Not only am I incredibly happy with my results, and looking forward to seeing the results of the next round of treatments…. Im equally impressed by the enthusiasm, knowledge and professionalism of the staff. I look forward to my visits….. each time I am greeted with a smile, treated like I’m important, and leave feeling better than I did when I arrived .

I’ve had the best experience here! I got to have my laser treatment (clear and brilliant) with Alyssa! She was amazing and treated me so well. Answered every question and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She answered all my questions, and did super well. Definitely recommend her if you are wanting the clear and brilliant laser treatment! 5 stars for Alyssa 🌟

I just want to say I was really nervous about coming in, but the gal Hillary working there made the experience so great. When I first walked in she greeted me with a great big smile, she was very professional and she answered all of my questions. I plan to return and get the laser hair removal services we talked about. I’m very impressed with this place.

I’m getting treated for laser hair removal here and I have to say this place is AMAZING! Not only is the service immaculate but the staff is sooooo kind and friendly and hospitable. I’m getting treated by nurse Sara and she is very knowledgeable and she knows what she’s doing. She’s always prepared to answer any questions you may have and she is super helpful. She is also super nice. Also the laser was not too painful and very much tolerable and I was able to see results from after just one session! The receptionist who greeted me, Rebecca, is so so sweet and she offered me coffee/water/tea while sitting in the comfy waiting room. All the receptionists are super sweet tbh but I don’t know all their names 😅 But if you’re looking for somewhere to get laser hair removal treatment this is definitely the place!!!!! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m very happy with this location first off! It’s very clean and inviting the staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the services that are offered. I’m currently focusing on facial hair removal and Was expecting the service to more uncomfortable than it was!! I’m two sessions in with my treatment and can already tell a difference in the hair growth!! I would highly recommend this place to all or my friends and family in a heart beat. 💖

I have been coming to LA ABQ since they opened and i can’t say enough about the team, the atmosphere, and the results. I was always getting my barber to give me shape ups weekly and decided enough was enough. Got my neck and back of my neck treated and now i always look like i got a fresh cut. It’s painless, quick and easy and the team here treats you like family. Everyone is simply lovely! 10 out of 10. Highly recommend

I had two treatments so far, first with Dianne and then with Olivia. Both of them are licensed nurses and very knowledgeable about how the equipment worked and pre and post care procedures. Both were really good and helped me feel at ease during the session. Everytime I came in, the front office ladies welcomed me in and asked if I would like a beverage before my session began. They even provided me with hydrocortisone whenever I didn't have any of my own.
