Good condition considering all the rain we have had continuously over last 2-3 months. Some tight Fairways with Towering Trees /Wooded areas; local Wildlife including FL Alligators. Avoid the Water on the right off the first tee box and start with a Birdie potential. Par 3's over water - pick your Iron, find your Tempo and hit the soft greens to make a little "Jingle" from your Golfing Buddies on Closest to the Pin.

Landsbrook has been slipping lately. I used to love it here but they seem to be skimping on maintenance lately. The muddy areas are just left as is, the bunkers are filled with water which happens but it's just been a mess lately. Last time I played I left with mud all over my shoes and clubs. Hoping to try again in a month or so, maybe it'll be better.

Great layout, nice little pro shop but a good restaurant and bar, very friendly service in both... Played in early February and the course overall was in good shape but the greens were in great shape and had to roll around a 10.5-11 which was great... It's a solid challenge from the tips, golf now had it for under 30$ so absolutely can't beat that deal at all so yes I highly recommend

Awesome course! Greens were fast! Played on super bowl Sunday and it wasn't too busy! Would go back for sure. Only downside was some of the bunkers were in bad shape

The fairways are in rough shape, lots of sand, not a lot of grass consistency (February). The greens are tight and difficult (good/challenging). Course plays narrow. Rate of play was good.

Golf course is half way decent everything is very messy due to carts and the course being to wet. Don’t go on the weekends unless you wanna pay $50 to play 18 in maybe 5 hours. Overall average

I'm telling you the pizza here alone helps me decide where to book my tee time 😂. But the greens were great, very quick and lots of breaks to look for. Fairways and roughs are in good shape as well, there's usually 2 holes on the front and two on the back that are cart path only due to low ground levels, but to be expected in Florida. The tee boxes seemed like they had a lot of the tees grouped together, not a lot of distance variances today.

This used to be such a nice course with friendly staff. The last 3 times I've been, the staff has been downright unfriendly and at times rude. The course itself is not in great shape, but we have had a lot of rain. Unfriendly staff sets the tone for your round of golf, so all in all, not an enjoyable experience. Especially with so many courses around with super friendly and accommodating staff.

This is an amazing course. Greens are nice and well kept. Staff is helpful, very friendly and if you want a great hamburger or slice of pizza , just try them they are that good. The course it's self is one of the best!!!

Prices are fair, carts aren't beat up, course was surprisingly not that wet considering its surrounded by low lying water. I just don't know why they don't do a seed sand blend for repairing club holes. Overall great course for the price. I will play there again

What an awesome experience today! Probably the best greens within 100 miles and I’ve played all of the top private courses in the area. When I first got there I was greeted by a very pleasant guy named Larry in the lot who asked me for my tee time and directed me to the pro shop. Once I was in the pro shop I was greeting by a guy named Tom and he was so helpful and professional. He showed me these new belts they got and He was so nice I actually bought one! I got to the first green and I thought I was at Augusta. Greens are running a 12 at least. I even stopped the superintendent named Mike and he took the time to talk to me about the course and his process on the greens. I highly recommend this golf course based on the staff, the layout, and the greens. Best value in Tampa bay hands down!!! I will %100 be back!!! Great job Lansbrook!!!

Ok, a little wet but that's Florida. There are issues with drainage but if you stay in the fairways, no problem. Greens running fast, fairways holding up and tee boxes are fine. I really enjoy the course for interesting layout of holes and decent prices. Seems like they booked heavy the mourning we played, a little slower than expected. Haven't had a chance to get out to play 😕 so fun day with friends even if my game wasn't up to par. Leave the house and play safely.

The course was in OK shape. Most greens were nice and some were not. The green on hole 12 was so fast and in bad shape, that the ball wouldn't stay on. We picked up and moved on. Lots of nice scenery. I have been playing this course on and off for the last 16 years, and it is about as good as it has ever been.

Good course layout. Not the best fairways. Greens are overall well cared for and challenging. Most of the course is practically unplayable after a good rain. In fact the last time I went it probably should have been closed. Golf price is attractive but food and drink prices are stupid. We go somewhere else afterward.

Course was a bit soggy but in great shape otherwise, greens are really fast, fairways are really tight a great challenging course. Played slow today though. Would have given 5 stars if they had a person on a beverage cart .

Great golf, course is pretty challenging. Plenty of holes on the back 9 with water that will be glad to take your ball. Course was in great condition when we went and it has been for some time now.

Don’t bother on weekends. They oversell or just do not know how to manage a golf course. Got to the tee box 10 minutes early and there are four groups in front of me. Four groups on the 2nd tee and three in the fairway or on the green. I see 7 total groups all on the same hole. Update Club house did not question my request for a rain check on the back nine so am changing to 3 👍. Worth going to just wqtch the time of day and avoid weekends.

For a public course, I find the staff quite helpful and pleasnt to interact with. Course is challenging and in decent shape. Greens have been fantastic as of late, though some of the tees and fairways could use some work in areas. There are some areas of poor drainage but since Florida is really one big swamp, you have to expect that at most places. I golf at this course on a fairly regular basis and as long as their rates stay attractive, I plan to continue to do so.

The greens are the best I have played this week in the Tampa area. Fast and true. The course layout is also very strong with well designed and challenging holes - a few require accuracy over length. Sand in the bunkers is very good. The drawback is conditioning of tees, fairways and rough. It's a strong value as it is.

Hit the ball straight and this is an easy course. Zoran in the picture has really small hands which makes his ball go straight!

Pleasantly suprised with this course. Especially for the price. I arrived late 5:30 and although it had rained quite a bit before 9/8/15 I headed out with no delays. The back 9 fairways were waterways but i enjoyed the layout. 17 and 18 being my favorites. Closest to the 17th hole. Challenging due to the wet conditions. Wherever the ball hit it stayed. There were deer and critters on quite a few holes.

You have to consider Lansbrook in the price point that it offers. It's not an expensive golf course, and because of that, they had to cut corners on maintaining the course itself. It presents an interesting challenge, it's Titan many places, and it's an overall enjoyable experience. Good value for the money

Nice public course. Play was slow and no ranger to maintain pace of play. Greens are very fast.. almost impossible to stop a downhill putt, short grass and rolled. Still a great time.

Let's start off by saying that our tee times that we set were back to back because our group had 6 people. When we showed up, by the time that we all paid which took 45 mins itself put us behind our tee time because the guy behind the counter moves at a slow pace.. then when we did pay, no carts were available at that time. Some of our guys had to jump into another tee time screwing over the other guys. 2 of our guys wanted the little scooters, but both died, and so did the replacements. The course was nice, but some spots need to be taken care of.

At first glance, Lansbrook offers very good appeal. Nice clubhouse, decent looking fairways and greens. But then the trouble starts. At each of our four rounds, there was a shortage of carts. This delayed groups from starting anywhere near the scheduled tee time. On each round, we were at least half hour late. On our fourth even later. The starter explained the delays were due to a shortage of carts. Made us wonder why not get more carts? But what do we know about golf course management? Recommendation: shop around before you book a tee time.

Not my favorite layout but the greens were very fast but roll true. I'd imagine it was a Stimp 13 or higher. Range is always mat only. Course is not know for its drainage so if it rains the night before be prepared.

Played out here the other day 8/17/15 to be exact. The course was in great shape despite all the rain the area has received. Still some of the best greens in the area. Cant beat the price either. Im sorry I missed the happy hour but I will certainly be back!

Unless you're good at keeping the ball near center of the fairways bring a few more than usual. Back 9 fairways pretty tight. I only lost 3, but two of our group one lost 10, and the other a dozen.

Nice coarse, reasonably priced. Some holes can be challenging with narrow fairways. It seems that some days they overbook, play can be slow pushing round time to nearly 5 hrs. Well maintained.

Can never go wrong playing at lansbrook. Great course and great staff. We had an issue when we went due to golfnows REQUIRMENT for them to provide at least 2 tee times a day which means they HAVE to have a tee time for the public, even when they have a tournament going on and cant really get you out to play. They did their best to get us out to play and compensated us for the inconvenience even thoigh it wasnt their fault. I always book through golfnow but because of this, will no longer book through them

Good course. Easy but the greens were in good shape. Few dry spots here and there but it's summer and that's to be expected. Wildlife is everywhere. Gators, birds, deer... pretty cool place.

Greens are very good, everything else, fuggeddaboutit. Most of the tees are beat up and full of grab grass. Unless you're smack in the middle of the fairway your ball will be on sand/dirt or on crab grass/matted weeds. The grass on the fairway, the little that is there, is just a think layer on top of dirt, so you cannot compress the ball properly and get the right distance. The areas around the greens are likewise terrible, making getting up and down an adventure. I played from the back tees because they are usually in better shape. No such luck at Lansbrook. The management needs to spend money overseeding otherwise this course will be a dirt track in short order, which would be too bad because the layout is good. One thing more, they need to move the two palm trees obscuring the view of the green on #3, a par 3. There's water in front of the green, which is enough of a challenge.

This is one of my go to golf courses when in town. Tight course, reasonable price, with fast great rolling greens. Friendly staff. For the money this course is hard to beat.

This course always seems to be in great shape, and with some of the fastest greens in pinellas Co. And let's not forget one of the toughest holes ( #5) in the County as well. Always a good time with friends and family.

The course is decent which is why I give 4 stars but the country club needs to get their act together. They always have that going out of business vibe going on. Please remodel and hire a cleaner.

Great experience at Landsbrook. Lovely spot and the food was great. We had the Cuban sandwich and lasagna and two big fresh salads. David the chef was great and the owner Tom was friendly and accommodating!

(Translation) Visited on 17/02/2020. Course difficulty, battlefield, condition were all good. Green management was great. There is no shortage of light 18 holes. Club renters must finish before the house closes at 6pm. Value for money is really great. (Original) 17/02/2020 방문했습니다. 코스 난이도, 전장, 컨디션 모든 게 좋았습니다. 그린 관리도 훌륭했고요. 가볍게 18홀 치는 데 전혀 부족함이 없습니다. 클럽을 빌리시는 분들은 오후 6시에 하우스가 문 닫기 전에 마쳐야 합니다. 가성비는 정말 최고입니다.

Schöner grosser Platz , Fairways könnten besser sein und breiter kurz geschnitten da man keine Bälle findet auch wenn sie knapp neben den kurz geschnittenen Fairways sind. (Translation) Nice big place, fairways could be better and wider cut short because you will not find any balls even if they are just next to the short cut fairways.
