Great course- a solid test of golf! Tee shots must be accurate, and the player must get used to elevation changes. The greens were a bit slow (thus only 4 stars), but they were in fantastic shape and rolled true.

First time playing here. We had a great time and the course is in great shape! Another great outing and the course looks great! (Just wish my game looked as good)

While the website said best public course in RI - we disagree…expensive ($59 riding each) and no junior discount (why no junior discount), fairways were covered in grass cuttings, greens are super soft…nice staff who allowed us to play in front of a foursome - thank goodness they were playing slow…

Course was in Great shape. My only complaint was we made tee times for 2:04 for 18 riding. Then when we arrived we were told we probably didn't have enough time to play 18 riding because of sunset. We would have made Tee times elsewhere if told that ahead of time. Disappointing

A good public golf course in very good condition - play was very slow bc it was crowded but it was a nice play nevertheless and I would recommend it - the price is very reasonable and some of the holes such as 7 are very very challenging

Course in great shape. A little slow as usual but a great experience. Wish they had starter and marshall to keep things moving along. A beverage cart on summer days.... They'd make a killing!

One of my favorite courses within 50 miles of me. A very long and somewhat challenging course with lots of parents 5s. Place is well kept and is never really too busy. Highly recommended if you've never played here.

Pop Sergeant (Pop)

A good experience. Be sure to call, leagues here, so don't expect to walk on in afternoon for a quick round. Staff is helpful and polite both in pro shop and 19th. With the exception of one long drive over water, this is a good course for the average bogey player.

The greens and fairways are in good shape, the course is very challenging but there are some holes that you can score well on!! They have 4 sets of tees and the fairways are wide open!!! The white tees play 6406 yards

Have made this course my second home since I moved to South County. Course is in great shape and the entire staff is wonderful. Course is long and challenging with some chances to score as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have played here for years. Just played last week, the course is in awesome shape and greens are beautiful. It looks like they are spending some $ keeping the whole course green. Will be back soon!

Exeter CC has a great design. Love the challenge. Conditions for March were excellent. I would add a beverage cart on each nine

It is nice but can be really slow play. I'm not sure if it is the design of the holes or just the amount of people that play here. But even when it isn't crowded a round is going to take longer than normal.

I hadn't played Exeter in a couple of years. I found it to be well-maintained and truly beautiful. Kudos to the hard-working ground keepers...its better than ever! Really nice....!

Exeter is in very good condition after a couple tough years. It is a beautiful tree lined setting and a nice layout. The greens are in good shape. This is now a good course..

The coarse was nice! The greens are in nice condition! Play was very slow 5 1/2 hours round !!! No ranger to move things along.

I have not played Exeter in many years, and I have to say it was in great shape, tee to green. There are some really nice views on the back nine with covered bridge and ponds and waterfalls. I'll be back soon.

Great Golf Course, it's a little long and you got to hit the ball really straight and then you'll be in good shape average score of most golfers is 94 discourse

I have played this course for almost 50 years and am amazed that they do not make any investment in the course. Conditions were fair at best and the greens were poor yesterday.
