We got married there back in October and we had a blast as well as all of our guests. The venue was perfect for the wedding we had imagined. It was the perfect blend of being indoors and outdoors. The outside patio is set up perfect for pictures with mountainsides in the background. The inside has a great cocktail hour area with a full bar and plenty of room for everyone to mingle. All the food was absolutely amazing. We had signature cocktails and it was no problem for the bartenders to make them. The whole staff was really professional and Deb was incredible. She had everything under control and would put all of our worries to ease. You can tell she really loves what she does. I couldn't have imagined having our wedding anywhere else. They're also very reasonably priced. I will say that they don't do dinners after the rehearsal, but honestly I preferred it that way. There are plenty of places to go for dinner afterwards that are great. It was nice going out somewhere else to hang out, relax and reset. Can't forget how nice the golf course is either. I definitely recommend Beaver Brook as a wedding venue.

Played today with 4 some. I must say this course is really turning around from what it was 10+ years ago. Put it this way, in the past if you hit the ball in the rough there was no chance in finding it without holding everyone up trying to look for it. I believe I almost lost a case of balls in the rough. Today 4/27/21 It was a totally rejuvenated course from the last time I played it. I must say greens were rolling really good! Had back 2 back birds on #14 & #15 which was a first for me on that course!! Give it a shot not bad for the $. Carts need to be updated to electric, gas ones are slow and cost more in the long run!!

I’m getting married here next year. Deb, the event coordinator, has been amazing, answering all our questions! Ryan, the owner, is very friendly! He bought the course right before Covid, but its apparent he is working hard to renovate the facility. I’m not a golfer, but my fiancé who is, has mentioned that the course looks awesome and we’ll maintained. The grill just opened for the season, and the food is great. My fiancé and I are big into trying new beers, and they have a great selection. We can’t wait to celebrate our special day here next June!

Solid course much improved from a couple years ago when the conditions were poor. The greens are in good shape and roll true. I have played 4x in the last 2 months. Two criticisms, the carts are under powered. A few times I could not get up a hill directly... had to switch back. The 2nd is the bunkers. They are all redone but there are places where the depth of the sand to the matting is only an inch or two. Twice just about broke my arms when I hit the mat-- now when in a bunker I test before hitting for depth. Good course for all levels.

As a Covid bride let me tell you how amazing Beaver Brook was for our special day. We had to postpone our wedding TWO TIMES. We could not ask for a better place to accommodate our needs. They were nothing short of amazing. They helped us pick our new date (twice) and treated us like family. They went above and beyond with understanding and commitment to making sure we had the absolute best day ever. Deb, Ryan and the entire staff were simply incredible. The venue is stunning. The outdoor patio is beautiful. They were always available and both present the day of to make sure it all went off without a hitch. Their presence on our day felt more like they were part of the family rather than our venues staff. I highly recommend booking any special event there because they truly do go above and beyond to make sure every single special detail is met and exceeded.

nice course... well kept.. very nice fairways and greens.. The staff are pleasant.also the cheapest golf course I played this year at $45 .. only gripe was our group was taking our second shot and the groundskeeper was dragging a sand trap with a tractor and kicking up a ton of dust while we were in play.. just thought that was a little rude and inconsiderate. Otherwise a great course!

We attended a luncheon after a baptism and this venue is beautiful well kept. The staff were very respectful and attend to each table diligently and with respect. I would most definitely recommend this venue for an event.

It is so nice to see that the club flies patriotic flags in support of our police and military. The staff is extremely professional and friendly and the course plays like a private course. Truly a great asset to our community. Keep up the great work Beaverbrook.

I played golf ⛳here. It's an interesting course. Challenging. Some holes seemed "quirky" to my eye.12 and 14 especially. Course was in good condition. After some heavy rain the night before, we were limited to "cart path only." Personally I thought they could have marked a few areas to avoid rather than restricting everyone.

I read all the reviews prior to going this Saturday 11/7. I can confirm the sand pits are redone, the cart path is alright, not many deep potholes as some reviews mentions. The tee boxes didn’t have any trash on the ground. I do feel during these season a lot of leaves have fallen and maybe they couldn’t get to them but there was plenty of leaves in the rough. So if your not in the fairway and saw your ball slightly off the side It’s a goner. The greens on a hot day where fast and had a lot of break. I would play here again, if your elderly the car paths are very steep. So yes it can be dangerous is your not a good driver. I had a good time, The pace is fast. The views are great. Nice place and well maintained

Awesome staff and golf course. Never fails, as a regular i usually come twice a month and its the most stress free golf course i ever played. All the holes are pretty close to each other and pace can be finished less than 3 and a half hour if you are single or two some. Don't let big fairway and big greens fool you, unless you are a precise putter, tricky greens can have you wishing for a three putt.

This is a great course, which has improved dramatically over the past year or so, apparently under new ownership. Greens and traps are now in good shape. Public rates remain very reasonable. It does tend to be very busy, but that seems true everywhere these days.

Everything was great but they should could have cut slices of the wedding cake bigger!!! Tiny pieces and family had so much cake left over. Someone at our table want a cup of coffee and waited over an2 hours before he got a cup. Not everyone drinks alcoholic beverages.

Unbelievable for the price. $27 with a cart late afternoon and got 18 in with plenty of time to spare. Bunkers are starting to come along but slowly. Fairways are in good shape. Rough is not high enough to lose a ball or grab your club face. Greens were the toughest I've played this year. Not that they were too fast but you really need to know the course to get the right read on the green. Definitely doesn't always play like you see it. Would recommend to any mid to low handicappers out there to get a tough challenge.

The temps were in the mid 90’s but the course was well maintained and looked beautiful. Found it a little difficult as a senior but we had 11 men and really did enjoy the course and the lunch. Hope to be back in the fall when it’s cooler.

Incredible customer service! During our groups round this past weekend we noticed a few hard bunkers on the course. I mentioned this in an optional survey sent to me after our round. Brian, the General Manager, responded immediately to apologize. He informed me they are aware of the bunkers and hope to have them rebuilt in the near future. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and will be playing at Beaver Book in the future. Overall, great course and delicious food. I would highly recommend.

One of the few golf courses that remains open all winter -- and in better shape than most of those that do. For those of us into winter golf it is a great treat. Because weather had been warm and wet, the fairways and greens were a bit muddy ... But there were no bare spots -- unusual for courses that stay open.

Played Sunday at 1:24. Got off right away. Course is nice. Carts need love. Our cart had no suspension left. Step on the gas pedal and a 20 second delay before the cart took off. Second cart had no brakes and no locking brake. Paths and traps need a little love. All in all the course was good and tough. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely play again.

Was a wedding photographer and shot a wedding here a few years ago. The venue space is well laid out was spacious enough for about 100-150 people I'd say. There is a very pretty fountain in the back with double stairs going down to it. Nice deck as well.

I really like this golf course. I've been playing here for a few years now. It's challenging, but not too difficult that it becomes frustrating. It's also a very beautiful course. Price isn't too bad either. Plus there is a very nice bar and a friendly staff. I definitely recommend this golf course.

Played on a Sunday. Golf course had NO carts left at 11am. People were lined up waited to tee off. We had a 1pm tee time and didn't get off until 1:30. course was in good shape, it's a shot-making course. You need to choose the right club for sure. Ladies tees are well placed without hazards. I will go back but they have to get that cart issue under control!

New owners are making progress on much needed improvements after years of neglect by the previous owners. Give it a shot it will be a five star when completed. Grill and bar patio opened tonight and food was great.

Pretty difficult course. Lots of uneven lies, undulating greens and in decent condition. Fairways and greens were nice but a lot of tee boxes were not flat and were pretty chewed up.

I can't give this place a 4 because of the bunkers, they're simply put, unplayable. Other than that, the greens rolled.l true and overall the course was in nice shape too. Not good value at $72-80 though. I think the course is a $59 round at best. Not sure if I got lucky, but played under 4 hrs on a Sunday at 7am. That is rare in NJ

Was there for wedding...food was good, could have had larger portions. Salad presentation was beautiful, only ruined by servers who didn't know how it should go on the table and that there was a direction to put the plate on the table. ,4 stars for food . 1 Star as the bar was backed up all night long. One bartender, wasn't set up properly, kept running out of things, sour mix, etc. Lady who I assume was manager, came to help for a few minutes, using glass to fill ice from ice bin in sink ( what if this glass broke? , Contamination of bottles to ice) , Ice used for beverages also had bottles of water being kept cold on it. Anyway...' Manager' complaining to bartender that she needs to go let her dogs out, bartender complaining that people are drinking too fast. Both items shouldn't be discussed in front of wedding guests. I recommend, but insist on multiple bartenders, or maybe a satellite bar in the hallway, even if they charge an extra 150 for the salary for a satellite, it would be well worth it.

Greens aerated but no prior notice.. no discount. . Since change of ownership is official 9/26 bunkers still not maintained. Tee boxes is so-so shape. Hoping next year bring BB back to a place we want to play more often. Staff still friendly...

Beaver brook course is a fun and challenging 18-hole. The staff was friendly when I arrived for my tee time. Cost for a time varies but was fairly priced. The layout of each hole was unique, so it didn't get boring.

Carrie and Natalie were wonderful to work with, we had my older sisters baby shower there and the food/set up/ wait staff everything was absolutely amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with and everything about this venue is amazing. We are already planning on having the Christening there this summer!

Beautiful backdrop on every hole and for the most part the fairways were like beautiful green carpets... but what's up with the bunkers?..no sand in any of them.at $50 a pop,you would think they could afford to buy a few truck loads of sand

Carrie, Natalie and their staff were wonderful to work with. I had my son's Christening party there and everything went better than expected. All of my guests, my wife and I raved about the quality and quantity of food and how professional the wait staff was. Beaver Brook is a great golf course!!!!! If you put your ball in a green side sand trap.....you deserve the penalty stoke...this is a fantastic gem.... Please don't come here..!!!! .you are not good enough.. only 5% of the players break 100.....only 10% shoot 90 and lower.. this course challenge The staff...is excellent very friendly ...they are young and willing to give great service...very smart.. college students !!!!!😎😍😎😎😎😎🌣⛳⛳🏋

I had my 60th Birthday Party at Beaver Brook on Saturday, June 11th and I was so pleased with the results. As in the past Carrie and Debbie's attentiveness to details were superb. Their cooperation in letting us test and bring everything on Wednesday evening helped considerably. The room set-up was spot on and you have to admit the place almost looked like a Disney event in Disney World. The food was scrumptious. I even got a chance to enjoy my burger and hot dog! Despite the hot and humid weather many people enjoyed hanging outside. The views are breathtaking! Both Debs could not have been nicer. It was a pleasure working with you all. I don't have any special parties on tap for the near future but I will truly recommend Beaver Brook to others. Thanks again! You made my party extra special!

I knew Beaver Brook was the place I was going to get married from the very first day I met Deb at a Bridal Expo in Secaucus, NJ. I remember leaving the table after talking to Deb and I turned to my mom and said “that’s the place! I have a good feeling about her”. And we were right! Deb was exceptional from the very beginning of planning all the way to the end. She was there for us every step of the way and was an amazing help and support when we needed her. The venue was everything we dreamed of! Absolutely stunning! Surrounded by greenery, overlooking the mountains, what more could you ask for it was the perfect setting! The food was fantastic! The Mac and cheese station was an absolute hit! The staff was beyond nice and friendly! Everyone did such a fantastic job making it the perfect day! My husband and I and even my family are so grateful for everyone at Beaver Brook and we can’t thank you enough for how magical you made everything for us!
