Reviews of Percy Warner Golf Course

Beautiful and simple, 9-hole course. Great course to walk but carts are available to rent as well as clubs. No tee time needed.
Note: the nashville.gov site lists 18-hour pricing for Percy Warner but again, this is a 9-hole course.
No water hazards. Only a couple of holes have sand traps. The tees and greens are a bit shabby but playable. All-in-all, a great value for money and lovely scenery.

Great little 9 hole track in the Cheekwood area. Beautiful piece of property. It’s a muni and the greens aren’t great but they play. Great walking course

Great public course. Really good for first time golfers and newbies . Very inexpensive to play.

Solid 9 hole track for a great price. A lot of short par 4s, but good variety. Beautiful tree lined fairways, very walkable. Greens were slow but smooth. Highly recommend for a quick 9 for all skill levels.

Have played this course many times. Overall, it's an easy track. But, holes #2 (411 yds par 4, 90 degree dog-leg, tree-lined) and #5 (185 yds par 3 with a small, sloped green) are challenging. 2-3 of the par 4's are reachable from the tee. A very big hitter could hit all greens from the tee except #2.
No tee times. First come, first serve.
This course can be walked easily. It's about 1.8 miles with the only climb worth note being on #8 which is an uphill 260-yard par 4.
The greens are rather slow but in excellent condition.
A couple fairways have some bare spots due to drainage.
No water on the course. The bunkers need some additional sand.
It's a good course for families and beginners. During the summer, Saturdays and Sundays are CROWDED after 9:00 AM. That can lead to 2-2.5 hour rounds due to the high handicap golfers.
Greens fees are $10 for 9 holes. By far the best golf deal in Nashville.

It’s not Augusta, but I love being able to play without a tee time. The course is short, but has a good level of difficulty. No water. Oh yeah, and the red tail hawk is awesome.

An older, mature course with plenty of trees. Wonderful course for after work golfing or if you just want to play nine holes. Moved away 15 years ago and sure miss playing here.

Fantastic time golfing with Dad, Tom and Kyle. Beautiful public executive course. No carts can be rented after 3 so prepare to walk.

I don't know about the golf course, because I don't play. But the mountain bike trails are fantastic! Well maintained, challenging and most of all, FUN!

A nice public 9 hole course in the beautiful Warner Parks. Easy to walk without par 5's. Friendly staff and a small snack bar.
