Giving this a 3 only due to the course conditions compared to Browns Mill and Chastain/ North Fulton courses, which are also City of Atlanta Golf Public Courses and priced similarly. Layout is fun and wide open most of the time, but with a handful of really challenging/long par 4s thrown in. Loved the elevated tee boxes on a few holes. Front 9 is much harder than the back, and specifically the last 3-4 holes give you a great chance of ending your round with a birdie or two. I would say the bunkers are in good shape. Definitely better than Browns Mill. But the greens are in pretty bad shape. A bit mucky in sections and just really beat up. Hard to read when the ball is bouncing most of the way. Fairways are also not great on many of the holes.. Sandy, patchy, weeds, uneven, etc. Similar story with many of the tee boxes. Overall, had fun for a cheap round of 18 and will be back. Loved being able to snag a tee time before 7am (impossible at non-City of Atlanta courses) and I was finished by 10:15am. However, when I was leaving the course looked very backed up, so I'll probably only come back if I can secure an early tee time.

You get what you pay for. Cheap course, some of the fairways were pretty rough. Appropriately priced. Not busy on a Monday morning. Will be back again!

Awesome area and clean! This is a great place for the children's play time at across the way at Adam's Park. It's also a nice place for couples to frequent at the lake. You can always enjoy a great safe time here.

This is a very nice course. I enjoyed the course. The sand traps may need more sand but other than that, this is a great 18 hole golf course.

Great course to be included in the forepass deal. The greens could use a little maintenance and it's in a rough part of town, but the staff was very friendly.

The course could be better. It needs a lot of improvements. Other than that, it is a fun place to play, with varying challenges on all 18 holes. The club house managers are very kind and helpful too

I played this course this past sunday 30 JUN 2021. Wow, this course is a treasure in the city of Atlanta. I had so much fun playing on this challenging course and even fed some of my balls to the awesome greenery flanking the fairways. Staff was real cool. However, the appearance must be addressed 😄. The appearance of the course needs some serious TLC. There are toppled trees everywhere, some of the greens look like your grandmothers 80 yr old living room after the cats got to fighting 😄 But you know what? The course is FUN AS ALL GET OUT. And after all that I've told you, I will still GO BACK. Sunday was an awesome vibe, lots of different types of people all out there in the name of fun. Mayor, we need you to throw some $$$ @ this course and clean it up a bit though. Please.

Love this course! I call it my "home course" now. I would give it 5 stars except that the bunkers are in poor shape. Hopefully they will repair those soon! Otherwise great layout. Some challenging holes. Staff is awesome! Everyone you come in contact with greets you will a genuine smile!

One of the better public courses I played. Greens, even in the fall were well maintained. Fairways were good as well. Course had a few challenges... but wasnt so hard it couldn't be enjoyed. Bunkers need to be improved pretty much on every hole-- not sure if it was like that due to recent rain, but they werent in good condition (I try to stay out of them anyway so it wasn't too much of an issue lol). Facilities (bathrooms, etc) on course probably need some attention and update. Overall, I had a great time, and will come back when I come back to ATL.

Worked out perfectly for me. The greens were fabulous. The fairways could use some improvements. Not far from the airport. Very nice and professional staff. They even recommended a great breakfast place to me. And the price was very affordable.

Was pleasantly surprised at how well the course is improving. Cudos to Denys, Ian and other staff who seems to be doing a really good job!! Grass is growing in the fairways now. Only things to improve are the bunkers. Overall, great improvement!!

I played twice this week for the first time. Pros: Great layout with plenty of blind shots. Holes 9 and 17 are intimating where you hit over a 100' deep valley to the greens. The wooded areas are ever present, where you can lose plenty of balls. Cons: The FAIRWAYS need more grass, too much dirt. The grass that exists in FAIRWAYS needs to be cut, so that you can find your ball. The GREENS are rough and worn and need some TLC. OVERALL, I rate the golf course 6 of 10. I hope they step-up and address these issues, because I want to continue to play there. Vince

Nice large park. Pool 🎱. Playground, baseball ⚾️, football 🏈 are all well maintained. Park also has ample parking. Adjacent to a police department and golf ⛳ facility adds to overall atmosphere. …
