Nice staff and great location. Trucks can park just about anywhere fire lanes end caps and block other drivers from leaving. TA will only make announcements regarding paid parking and will threaten to tow. But don't worry the drivers parked everywhere else can stay there without being towed.

I'm only giving them five stars so that my review will show up, a lot of these companies have hired companies to protect their online reputation and so if you give one star, your review might not show up, this is the worst truck stop on the internet, they never have fuel when I show up to fuel. You could get yourself in real trouble if you are relying on this place for your fuel. Just a heads up take your business elsewhere

Mechanics are good and fast. In the store April, Bailey, Brittany, and Mandi are awesome. Other than having to pay too much for parking and shower this place is cool.

Friendly service all around with the TA staff. Pumps available out front, a dog walking area with picnic table. Picnic tables in front of the two restaurants for Popeye's Chicken and Subway. Clean showers and clean laundry facility for CDL drivers. There's a driver's lounge and an ATM on site. Lots of available parking on site. They have your standard Hot and Cold Case foods ready to go. :-)

Stopped for fuel and DEF. It is a very busy place and you will likely have to wait a few minutes before you get to a diesel pump. Prices are on par with other truck stops and they do have a service center there should you need it.

Really clean, great staff! Wide parking for trucks. The rest area inside for waiting to shower was large and the TV is really great. They have a small arcade. The food was good and they even have a Waffle House next door walkable from truck parking.

Parking is limited for rigs.... otherwise it's a nice stop over if you can find a spot. The restrooms are clean which is a huge plus for me.

I stayed there for 3 nights. I found it to be clean and the trash is taken out regularly. If you plan to stay here you should pretty much plan to pay. I walked around the Free Parking a few times with my dog. Never seen a open spot. Even early in the morning. Most seemed to be unoccupied. I talked to them about if I could Bob Tail around town and they said sure as long as you are in a Reserved spot. That was nice not have to stay there all that time. The Entrance/Exit did get does get jammed up pretty regularly. Doesn't take many drivers in line to get fuel to plug up the hole. If you plan to buy fuel there most times you will wait in line. They do a lots of Business. Good for them. Bad for Drivers. Another problem with that is the Red Light stays green for the road a long time and green for the entrance/exit for only a short time. All the workers there I encountered were nice and friendly. Security gets there at 1600 and that's when they start running drivers out of the Reserved Parking that hadn't paid. They also run off anybody parked beside the fuel island.

Most TA's are old and not terribly well kept up if you want quick hot food you need to go somewhere else if you want a cold pre made sandwich sitting in a fridge they're OK I personally would not go there if my company didn't force me

People are nice in the store and in both restaurant,but the showers have black mold , witch can be deadly, TA YOUR NOW THE ONLY place that has this issue . Most people do not know about it , unless you in a high humidity area like Florida, PLEASE do something about the mold

We stopped here for fuel their was no waiting so that was a plus. It was a little smaller in the store. But it had all the normal TA stuff. And it was clean and had nice large restrooms.

Today I sent my drivers to fix the truck. The problem was alignment, tire and software check engine light. So there is a technician guy Billy helped us to fix all issues. This place deserves 5 stars because Billy is communicative, helpful and he knows professionally his job. Thank you Technician BILLY for being very friendly and solving our truck issue))

Typical city truck stop. They check reserve parking, have security, and its very busy. Hard to get in and out during peak times. Great staff tho.

I got my trailer fixed and they left the trailer door open so I'm not sure if they forgot to close it or they are playing games but luckily it was swinging at the truck stop so I could notice it but other than that it was a smooth process.

Not bad, just be prepared to pay for parking ($18 at time of this writing). Lot is pretty small and most of the spots are paid parking. Might as well make the entire lot paid( and let us know in advance via trucker path or website etc.) Also, a security guard patrols the lot. Do not try to park in a place where there are no lines or you will get a knock on the door to move. And do not try to park in a reserved spot without paying or you will be asked to pay or move. Popeyes was great.

Usually when I go to gas stations or restaurant bathrooms, I have trouble finding somewhere to even change my baby. This was by far the best having a changing table and even hooks to hang a diaper bag. Restrooms were clean and it was nice not having to change my baby on a sink for once.

Stopped for fuel and a quick bite. Cashier was nice. Also had to have torque rechecked on a couple of new tires I got the day before at another TA. Shop tech quickly checked them and we were on our way.

Rating this place as a truck driver, parking in a disaster, always has been. If you think you will find a spot after 6pm est then good luck. Security is also a joke, trucks will stay parked in fuel island over night even though security patrols around this very small maybe 75 spot truck stop, half of them are reserved parking. Showers and employees (a side from security) are the reason it gets 3 stars. Very nice people and they keep the showers and bathrooms pretty clean. Pretty much all I know, mind you I have been here once a week every week for 4 years straight and this is my review based on my personal experience.

TA is perfect. Good showers. Security is great, they will even help you find a parking spot. Don't even get Popeyes food. That's why I didn't leave a 5 star rating. They never get your order right and last time I tried their food, I got sick.

Kind of disturbing how half the lot is paid parking, I've never seen such a parking lot in any truck stop before. I rolled in here at 10AM and ALL the parking spots were full. Had to pay $14 for a parking spot to take my 10 hours. Inside and showers were very clean. T/A needs to stop taking advantage of a parking shortage with us truckers. Other than parking, no complaints.

Mostly pay to park but all are very easy to back into. This stop is in a high traffic area so it's full fast so trip plan accordingly as the security will move any truck not in a actual parking spot. Both restaurants close at 10pm but Waffle House is nextdoor.

Not a bad place to overnight if you don't mind paying for parking. At least half of the lot is reserved parking and it will set you back $18. Other than that it is clean and well staffed. Food options are limited. Subway and Popeyes in the store and a Waffle House next door.

Nice people. Clean shower. Five stars if they drop reserved parking from 17.00 to a reasonable rate. Especially as all paid parking is on a hill that means you are spilled into, out of, or across your bunk by gravity all night. Not good for aging backs.

The shop and restaurants were above average. Parking lot is terrible(giant, tire busting potholes)and always full except for reserved which also fills up quickly. The lady I dealt with at the diesel desk is clueless when it comes to methods of payment aside from cash, Visa, or Mastercard... food selection is not good, especially at night.

First of all, these truck stops that are converting most of the parking spots to reserved paid is crazy... I can totally get that you want to make money for your business but you already get it from us truck drivers that are subject to paying super high prices on food and other things we need. How about lowering the process inside the stores for us as a starter. Remember truck drivers are your main source of income.

Not too bad, found a free parking spot pretty easily @ 1600. Haven't eaten yet, but walked in, Popeye and Subway looks good and fresh. Speed way across the street has a great beer selection.

Has a Taco Bell and Country Kitchen built in. Food was good, the gas station didn't have the best snack selection. Bathrooms were fairly clean, about what you would normally expect. Popular with semi drivers, sometimes have trouble getting in or out.

Typical T/A. 80 % of lot is "pay to park." No restuarant. Fast food. Bucket of cluck, Sub par sandwich shop. Lots a nightmare. Everything is on an angle/sloped. Locals parked everywhere. Store is clean and so are bathrooms. Staff cordial and pleasant.

Would have been 5 stars but no real restaurant and too many paid parking places. This truck stop company had slowly taken free parking spaces and turned them into paid parking. I used to enjoy parking at these places and having supper, buying stuff while on break. Not so much anymore since elogs limit my time to stop places other than where I plan on staying for my break. I'm sure they're making money with three places, but losing past customers who buy alot of fuel. I'm one of those.

Not as big as most. Parking is okay but most spots are paid parking. The best thing about this stop is that it's not far from any type of store that a trucker may need to go to. It is very convenient to other stores, mall and etc but as far as the truck stop itself it's okay.

Garage is trained to allow the operator be more closer to an understanding of the maintenance that is being done. Store staff is professional. Housekeeping staff is smiling and working to present a home feeling. I have visited this place 3 maybe 4 times, so anything can change. I may have just selected the good night's. Also there is security there and they will treat a person with respect, not walk around with the chest of Johnny Bravo.

We had a pleasent visit. Showers were clean and bathrooms were clean. We didn't eat here we have our own food. Trucker lounge was clean and staff was friendly. Yes parking is limited but use an app to tell you what's available before going. City parking is always at a premium.

Parking fills up very quickly. They do have security and they will ask you to move if you are parked in a no parking zone. That goes for reserved parking as well. That being said, truck stop is very clean Well organized and stocked.

While on our way to vacation my girlfriend heard a noise. I didn’t think much of it until I looked at my dash and noticed my tire pressure was rapidly going down. I usually don’t have good luck until this experience. I exited I-75 and had 2 options (11 pounds of pressure at this point) so I turned into TA. I walked up to a group of employees and begged for help. Without hesitation one gentleman (sorry I didn’t get everyone’s names) he tells me to go in and buy a patch kit so I did then 2 of the road gentlemen pull up behind me and use the patch kit and inflate me tire back to specs all within minutes. I ask how much I owe and the gentleman says “you don’t owe a thing”. I did give the 2 gentleman enough to at least buy lunch. I just want you guys to know that you saved the day and my vacation. What can I say? TA is a truck stop. I will say that it is nicer than most that I have seen. You can get pretty much everything that one would need if you were a truck driver. The gas and diesel are priced competitively. Furthermore, there are a few different restaurants that you can swing by and pick up a decent meal at a fair price before you have to hit the highway again. It's an important place for all the good people that haul us so much of what we need. As always, Enjoy!

No problem fueling. I don't like the reserve parking because it takes away parking from the rest of us drivers. Popeyes not Bojangles as always is delicious. it would be nice to have a restaurant but you're within walking distance of many restaurants. Overall I give it an okay. I mean it's better than a lot of them that I've been to.

Security guard on a power trip. Cussed at me and threatened to throw me off property and my truck towed! Why? Because I tried to apologize to him for my tone when he banged, not knocked, on my door for my reserved receipt....he watched me back in and I had just set the brakes, not even a chance to go get it. I told him I stop in here quite often and never had security do that before. He then started to act as if I was lying, cussed at me and threatened me again. I don't remember ever seeing him before, but when I told my boyfriend about what happened he said he had seen him the last time he rode with me and we parked here...in the reserved area...and nobody knocked on the door. This guy is a lunatic. So, I usually would have given 4 stars, as my experience in the past here have been favorable. Shop work never a problem or unreasonable delay, showers clean, store stocked. Now, put a real restaurant back in here and it would be perfect.

Paid this place a visit to have my brake shoes done they Anthony there did a great Job. Honestly thd best service experience ever!!!! Also spoke with a gentleman named John who was super helpful and willing to provide super helpful information about the Egr system and dpf although it’s a service they don’t handle at this location. She told me she didn't have any done yet I said the younger woman close to 7am told me to come back because they don't do them until 8am I asked her if I could get 2 she said im busy so no. I love seeing everyone at this truck stop when I come through KY everyone is polite and friendly and they always have such a pleasant attitude when I stop by. They aren't afraid to have a conversation when they aren't busy because they know it's pretty boring for the driver's when we're on the road.

Went for truck service and annual inspection at the Florence T/A. I was able to get in and out in 2 hours. Waiting facilities are nice, with a comfortable Drivers lounge and a small game room.

One of the better TA truckstops I've been to. The parking lot is policed and the reserved parking and no parking areas are strictly enforced. I wish all truckstops would do the same. I will definitely be stopping here again.

If you want to park here either get off the road early before 1700, or make a reservation early. Fills up most every night, including sat and sundays. Lots of bobtail parking but some jerks still park in spots for trlrs. Subways or popeyes on site. Waffle house walking distance. Rest is typical TA

In the wee hours of the morning on 10/26/14 I had to do my laundry, I'm not talking a little bit of laundry, I mean 100lbs. The girl that was cleaning showers during that graveyard shift was so awesome! She even helped me get my massive laundry bag to my truck AFTER she was already done with work! Talk about service! This girl went above and beyond her job to help me and I wanted someone to know!!!

I have had a pretty crapy day with two tire blow outs at two different times In two different jointing states. I just pushed in t/a on my gps and it took me right there, plus each time it was less than ten miles away. They had a get it done now attitude that got right to it and I was back on the road. Nothing special. This place is a very popular truck stop. The staff you can tell are friendly because they have to be. But that’s ok. There’s a Popeyes Pizza Hut express and you country kitchen for food. It’s nothing special just ok. Could stand to be a little cleaner.

Here you must pay for parcking if not alots for free parcking are available... U cannot parck in a prohibited area. Inside there are not country pride rest. Only Popeyes and subway.. In the other hand everything clean and very safest place.

this ta is really clean the showers were really nice they had you know it all the towels and it was cleaned hair dryer available for you it was really nice there they have a lot of those reserved parking and a lot of dropped trailers so I was fortunate I got here early but if you can't get here early I don't know because a lot a lot of reserved parking and they allow a lot of drop trailers and it's a good location because there is a Kroger half a mile away to walk and it feels good to walk it and I like this location I do

Not the biggest truck stop but has all the amenities. Friendly to travellers on foot. Has lots of picnic benches outside and outdoor seating. Popeyes chicken place attached to the side.

I've had the pleasure of coming to this TA for years now, and it always been interesting to see the lady Katie who works the late night/early shift. She moves like a humming bird stocking the food and getting the store ready for the early morning driver rush. She's a very pleasent, helpful yng lady and never to busy to smile and say Hi to her regulars, and make new friends. Come on in and say Hi to this special lady.

Racist people, tiffany/ chyanne was straight out rude and manager had nothing to say. I will never visit another TA or Petro again/ Store manager called me and was very nice. Thank you sir.. made it much better.

Always stop here. Prices are usually lower than anywhere else in the vicinity, and good quality fuel. Ladies are friendly at the register. A lot of reserved spaces. Repair shop available

I'll give the service department two thumbs up! However, the staff at Popeyes and subway are extremely slow and disorganized, but the food was prepared properly.

The problem is NOT that there isn't enough parking. The issue is that this TA would rather use the majority of the parking spots and CHARGE truck drivers, who are out there on the road working, and are limited where they can park and when they have to park, so this and other TAs have decided to take advantage of that fact and take more than half their lots and make it reserved parking. Maybe you should also charge the car drivers to park. Oh no, you would never inconvenience a car driver who can park anywhere.

One I locked my keys in truck Lawerance works at Ta he did everything to help me get in my truck if u ever need any help it’s a great guy name Lawerance that will help u out look him up... great attitude and service with a smile even though he didn’t help me.... It is very sad they are afraid to say anything to these drivers who park anywhere they want!!!! Saw a few near miss because trucks are parked in no parking and fire lanes...hope they never have a fire, getting in the driveway is difficult.

Fills up very quickly and early for trucks. Takes a while to exit with a truck during the day because of traffic and the stoplights. Go park at the HUGE rest area 8 miles South on I-71/75; Northbound and Southbound options.
