Randy VaccaroThis Florist has the Best Customer Service and Friendly Staff. They were able to fit in a Delivery order just before they Closed the Day before Valentines Day. I called a Handful of other places and had no Luck and was close to Giving up. Thank Donna and Nicole for Your Help. The Arrangement was Very Beautiful and my Girlfriend Loved it. Her Boss even posted pictures of it on their website. ❤️

- NLook no further… J R Florist delivers the most breathtaking Roses and Flower Arrangements. Donna is a true gem and provides excellent customer service making the experience enjoyable. My daughter was so astonished at how beautiful her surprise birthday arrangement she received of roses were with her favorite colors. Also, she could not believe how long they lasted. Lauren WhiteWOW talk about incredible service... I received an arrangement from my boyfriend, was not exactly to description - was missing my core favorite flowers and was the reason he ordered it. He was a little upset that I didn't get what he paid for.
HOWEVER! I received an additional arrangement today, with the flowers I love, and a heartfelt note from the florist apologizing that they didn't have the right flowers the first time around. This was probably the best customer service experience I have encountered, and I couldn't be more pleased with this florist. They truly care about their customers, and their product is breathtaking! Thank you SO much, Donna! You have gained a lifetime customer and made me (and my boyfriend) so happy!
Anthony LucianoI have been using JR since they were “Just Roses” and at they're previous location - many, many years ago. They have always over delivered on customer service and quality. I just ordered an arrangement for the grand opening of my girlfriends new business as well as roses for Valentine’s Day this year. The roses lasted over a month and the arrangement was the nicest flowers I have ever seen. I am in the landscape business and I am around flowers all the time, so please believe me when I tell you - JR is the best in the business.
