Great customer service. Flowers always fresh. Love a great bouquet of flowers for every occasion. We never been disappointed by this shop. We went in today for a last minute order and in less than 10 minutes they built us a beautiful arrangement. Prices are always good as well which is a major factor when you don’t know about flowers. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely outstanding customer service! I got a beautiful arrangement from a friend that was meant to be delivered with get well balloons but mistakenly they sent me Birthday balloons, I got a good laugh out of it, I called them and they sent me the correct balloons with chocolate and an apology note the next day. They have gained a new customer!!

I ordered a standing basket floral arrangement for same day delivery. I called a little after 11 am. I needed the arrangement by 6pm for a Memorial Service. I was surprised when they said they could have it done. The customer service was outstanding! The young lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice, soft spoken. She was very knowledgeable and informative. She was patient, kind and professional. She made sure everything was correct and all expectations were far beyond exceeded. My best friend lost her mother and I was not able to attend the service. I live out of state. The purchasing process online was easy as well. I found this business through Google search. They had amazing reviews. I now understand why. I’m am so grateful that they were able to accommodate me during a difficult time on such short notice. My friend sent a picture. The arrangement was breathtaking!! This was my first experience with them. Won’t be the last. I would definitely shop again and recommend to others!! Thank You!!

For years, my husband has bought holiday and anniiversary bouqets for me from Beautiful Blooms Florist. So, when we finally got engaged, we knew that we'd go to them for our wedding flowers. We had some general ideas, but they helped us develop an aesthetic that was beyond our wildest dreams. The best part, is they worked within our budget. On our actual wedding day, I was blown away by how beautiful my bridal bouquet, the wedding arch, and the centerpieces came out. We had a vision that they executed perfectly. Everything was beyond our expectations. Of all the vendors we worked with, and we worked with a lot of great ones, they were my favorite.

I ordered a large the Love's Divine Bouquet - Long Stemmed Roses deluxe arrangement and it was just delivered to my wife. I must say, I was taken back by how beautiful the arrangement was. I have ordered from many other places and what arrives leaves a lot to be desired and always looks different. I understand substitution within reason based on time of year, but this arrangement was a replica of what hoped for and stunningly beautiful. My was was speechless. I called them to let them know how impressed I was and that they now have another permanent customer. i will absolutely order from them again. If you are looking for a spectacular florist - this is the one and only for you. If there were more than 5 stars, they would get them. I ordered 3 dozen long stem red roses and they not only got delivered exactly on time but the arrangement was STUNNING! The bouquet was full and beautifully arranged and the roses were incredibly fresh! They even included a balloon. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this florist and will order from them again!!

My husband and I order a large standing spray and an open heart on a stand for my mother-in-law's wake. We asked that the spray be made large with only exotic flowers (various colored roses, tiger lilies, orchids, and other flowers that I cannot even name) and a basket to fill in the bottom of the wire stand. We also asked that the open heart be composed of only similar flowers, and gave them the colors we wanted. We told them we had used them before and were always pleased, but of course we wanted these arrangements to be special. We gave them a price range, knowing that our requests would cost considerably more than the average price. To say that the arrangements were SPECTACULAR would be an understatement! They literally took our breath away. Everyone who saw them asked where we had ordered them. It did our hearts good to honor such a special woman with something so beautiful. We cannot thank the people at Beautiful Blooms enough for their professionalism and consideration. They helped put our hearts at ease during a difficult time.

This week I ordered a casket arrangement and I cannot express how pleased we were with the final product. Given the current pandemic situation that has been so disruptive to inventories and deliveries for so many businesses, we were anticipating (and gently warned by the florist) that the arrangement might not match the Web site photo and description exactly but they would do their best to maintain the same colors and overall look. It was stunning and exactly represented what we had selected on the Web site. We received so many compliments from the few who attended the graveside service and we also felt the price was very competitive. Thank you again for making a very difficult time just a little better by leaving us so pleased with the flowers. Would definitely recommend this florist and ourselves have used them for prior arrangements and have been pleased.

This is the best florist I’ve found in the lower westchester area. Stumbled upon it when I needed a birthday bouquet and have been back multiple times since. The owner (forgot his name) is friendly and efficient. The flower selection is fairly large and the flowers last a long time!
