My husband is overseas and ordered flowers to be delivered to me for our first anniversary. I really like the variety of flowers selected for the bouquet, BUT when my flowers arrived (close to 4 pm) some of the lilies looked a bit beaten up and were clearly not fresh (missing petals, stamens had already all fallen off). Some of the roses look like they’ve been open a while too. There were fortunately quite a few buds that hadn’t opened, so I’m hoping this will still last a solid week or two—but I know I’ll have to toss some of the flowers before then. For the price point my husband paid (~$75), all the flowers should be super fresh. My other issue with the bouquet is the arrangement itself. There are a lot of flowers, which is great, but the arrangement of them is uneven. There’s a clear “bad side” where it’s only foliage, and the opposite side is packed so tightly with flowers that they hardly have room to open. I feel the need to try to rearrange it—again, something that shouldn’t happen at this price point.

We chose this place for our prom experience, and it came out amazing. Customer service was the best I had in a while. We were in a bit of rush but that was not a problem at all. The boutonniere was beautiful, and matched our outfits perfectly. 10/10 would recommend!
