This is the second time I have used Williams Flower and Gift. I was very pleased with the first time and they did not disappoint with this order either. Since I live in California and the flowers were being delivered in Washington, I have to rely on it being done online only. I feel they give the best customer service which was greatly appreciated. I was informed on a small change in my order and kept up to date on how it was progressing. They sent me pictures of my order before it was sent out in case I was not happy with how the arrangement looked and wanted anything changed. I was sent affirmation of when they were delivered. They go above on beyond to make sure the customer is happy and that is very comforting when you are states away to know how your order is going. They go a couple steps beyond with their customer service. I always get a phone call confirming my order and a photograph of the arrangement.before it is delivered. The note with the photo of the finished arrangement invites me to contact them to make changes to the arrangement. The arrangements are better than I ordered and really say “wow”. I ordered long-distance birthday flowers for a friend, in what turned out to be the worst possible weather and road conditions (which I didn't realize because I live on the East Coast and hadn't realized how the weather had handicapped Washington.) The delivery person was a champ, doing his very best to make that delivery for us, and the office kept me well informed of his progress. I would certainly use this company in the future because in addition to all that effort, the bouquet was beautiful!

I found them online by searching for a florist near Port Orchard, and knowing nothing about them ordered the flowers online and crossed my fingers. I received a call the next day confirming my order, reviewing specifics and getting asked if there was anything else I needed from them. I was pleasantly surprised to get that kind of customer service! Then on the day that the delivery to the memorial service was to occur, I actually received pictures via text of what the arrangements looked like along with a note asking if I had any other additional requests. I have never received this kind of incredible customer service from an online flower order! Highly recommend this florist (the flowers looked beautiful!)
