Courtney at Iris & Fig blew me away with her floral design for our wedding. We had an intimate backyard wedding followed by a reception at a Seattle restaurant, and we did not have a wedding planner. Courtney was a dream to work with and made the process so easy for me. We chatted about the overall vision, I sent some inspiration photos and a color palette and she took it from there. We had a unique day-of schedule that included several different drop-off locations, and Courtney graciously ebbed with the schedule to make it work. She was quick to communicate and problem solve and I am so appreciative that every step was completely stress-free. The final arrangements were above and beyond what I had envisioned and I was absolutely thrilled day-of to see how everything turned out. Each piece had just the right amount of whim and movement, and the florals brought the whole aesthetic of our wedding to life, since we had minimal decor otherwise. I could not be happier with choosing Iris & Fig for our wedding. Courtney is truly an artist and on top of that, so lovely to work with. Highly, highly recommend her for any of your floral design needs!

Courtney and her floral studio, Iris & Fig, created all the floral decorations for our Seattle wedding in June 2022. That included: a grounded arch, bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, boutineers for the gentlemen, and table arrangements for the reception. When we first started wedding planning, one of the most common pieces of advice I received was to skimp on the flowers... BOY WAS EVERYONE WRONG!! I really mean it when I say that the flowers were one of our most favorite parts of the day, and truly our only regret is that we didn't do more of them! We have Courtney and her team to thank for that. My now-husband and I were totally speechless when we finally got to see the flowers in the ceremony and reception areas on the wedding day. The flowers were stunning and conjured such a romantic and ethereal energy to match the day. My mom even said to me: “this is not a florist who did this... this is an artist.” I think she said it perfectly. Even months after the wedding, the florals continue to be mentioned by our friends as one of the most beautiful aspects of our wedding. Beyond the beautiful outcome, Courtney was one of the easiest vendors to work with too. From the first email all the way through to the big day, she was extremely communicative, responsive, and an excellent listener. After sharing our initial vision, Courtney created a mood board of flowers to give us a sense of what she intended to use. Something I love about her studio is that they use local and in-season flowers only, so it's sustainable and honors the local region's natural beauty. Even when I reached out ~6 weeks before the wedding feeling worried about our initial selections, Courtney listened, made a couple refinements, and reassured me that the flowers would turn out beautifully—and she was right. Yes, there are certainly cheaper options available out there... but I promise you that the outcome will not come within the same league as Courtney's creations. Courtney's work is art—it's expressive, jubilant, and it'll make your heart skip a beat when you finally see it all come together. Just like you wouldn't wear any old mediocre dress for your wedding, you wouldn't hire any old mediocre florist. I'd hire Courtney's team a thousand times over if I could—just with more flowers.

Courtney is AMAZING! We were planning our wedding all the way from BOSTON and she made it so easy. We didn't worry about our floral plans at all. She was respectful of our budget, found creative solutions and worked with us until the very end to make sure that it was perfect. She is very responsive, flexible, and detail oriented. I asked for last minute change to the bridal/bridesmaids bouquet and she delivered exactly our vision (thank you soo much for this!!). Everyone in the wedding raved about the flowers and arrangements, it was a definitely a highlight. I can't stop showing people flowers from the wedding, they are just sooo beautiful in both pics and IRL. Lowkey I almost cried when I saw the reception area, because it was way more perfect than I envisioned. I highly highly recommend Courtney - like you need to book her now. Her vibe and artistry is sooo pretty. The budget to artistry of the arrangements is *chef's kiss* Even with the bridal anxiety up to the day of the wedding, I didn't worry about florals at all because Courtney proved again and again that she's reliable, professional, and has everything under control.

I still cannot get over how amazing our flowers were for our wedding day. I came into my consultation call with Courtney knowing very little about flower types or how to make it come together for our small wedding. I just knew I wanted yellow and let Courtney run with that, and I am so glad I did! Every little detail of our flowers was PERFECT, but the arch she created was truly one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. My husband had no opinions on flowers but commented multiple times throughout they day on how well they turned out. If Courtney is available on your date BOOK WITH HER. You will not regret it!

Courtney was absolutely delightful to work with from start to finish. She is truly one of a kind and her florals for our October 2021 wedding were completely stunning. We received so many complements that I wasn't able to take any credit for because truly our floral designs were all Courtney. She understood exactly what we wanted with minimal direction and my extremely generic/mediocre explanations. I would hire Courtney all over again in a heart beat and plan to if I have any floral needs in the future. She. Is. The. Best.

Courtney is AMAZING. We first fell in love with her work when we came across her instagram account. We had been searching for a florist that really spoke to us, and immediately knew she was the one. We filled out the online form and heard back from her within an hour and that really set the tone for the next 5 months. Communication was so easy with Courtney. She was always checking in with us to see where we were at and super adaptable to our needs while we navigated our way through planning a wedding during a pandemic. She put together a flower recipe for us, and it was something we would have never imagined yet it was PERFECT. We are so happy to have been able to sit back and let Courtney work her magic because we couldn't imagine our bouquets and arch being any more perfect than they were. Courtney is incredibly talented and such a pleasure to work with. Her attention to detail is top-notch and she definitely went above and beyond on our big day! We would highly recommend her for any event you are considering!!

Courtney is truly an artist but also a great listener and a hard worker. I had such a fun time having her apart of my wedding in Palm Springs, she went above and beyond for our day. We met and discussed look/feel, Courtney has the perfect questions to understand your vision/budget and how she can be of help. Her process prior to the wedding was extremely simple and sorted out pre-wedding so I didn't have to worry about a thing on the wedding week. When it came to execution I could trust her to do everything to make sure all of our florals were perfect and aligned with what we discussed. She is detail-oriented and a creative thinker which is exactly what I wanted for our wedding, even if I was asking for flowers to be installed from a tall tree :). Everything was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we wanted, I cannot recommend using Iris & Fig more. Courtney, thank you for everything you did even driving to LA the day before the wedding to acquire all the special flowers I wanted. You are truly amazing at what you do.

Courtney did an AMAZING job on putting together our floral pieces. They are whimsical, unique and overall beautiful! We were in constant contact, and her response was always prompt, flexible in our requests, and quick to let us know of any changes. Since I had to get my flowers picked up by someone else, she sent me videos on how to hold my bouquets, plus other recommendations for ensuring I got the best angle of our flowers. I will certainly be using her again for any floral needs in the future!

Courtney was super flexible when my wedding was cancelled due to COVID-19. We had an elopement ceremony instead, and she was right there with a darling bouquet and a big hug. Courtney is outstanding. I gave her one photograph and a single color palette to work with, and she absolutely nailed it. The flowers she used were fresh, perky, and exactly what I had in mind. Her style of flower arranging is very chic and modern, and I felt so honored to display her workmanship. She was responsive and communicated any changes that had to be changed once it was time to order the flowers. Courtney did an incredible job with our wedding flowers. She is so easy to work with and very responsive and professional. Our wedding arch, centerpieces, bouquets and every piece she did for the ceremony and reception were perfect. They really made our day perfect. She is so good at what she does and you can see how passionate she is about her work through the amazing floral arrangements she creates. My husband and I are already thinking of what other event we might be able to use Iris and Fig for in the future! We highly recommend going with Iris and Fig for your wedding or event.

Courtney with Iris & Fig made the most beautiful arrangements for our intimate wedding celebration. I do not have the professional photos back, but I’ve attached a few photos of the arrangements taken by an iPhone. She also made a hair piece for me (highly, highly recommend getting a hair piece, it was so delicate and beautiful) as well as a few other small things. I was probably a more annoying customer with my indecisiveness and all of my questions (sorry, Courtney!), but she was patient with me and I really appreciate that. I really didn’t know what I wanted, but had some ideas. She dreamed up the most gorgeous floral recipe and the real life arrangements were dreamier and more romantic than I could have ever imagined. I wish I had ordered even more floral arrangements from her even though I technically didn’t “need” more. I loved ALL of the arrangements (honestly, everyone loved them!!) and can’t recommend Iris & Fig enough. Thank you, Courtney!!!

We hosted our friends’ intimate wedding this last weekend, which meant I got to watch Iris & Fig work her floral magic. I loved the romantic fall palette she created with the blush pinks and creams paired with the dried ferns, amaranth, and miniature apple branches. It was a gift to get to watch her construct and thoughtfully place each piece. Aside from her actual talent, she was great to work with. She was extremely flexible and communicative and her demeanor on site was confident and enthusiastic. I used to say a good photographer was essential to a wedding, but now I believe a good florist is too.
