My boyfriend sent me flowers one day and they were beautiful! I loved the smiley flower vase too now I use it to drink hot chocolate. I’m mostly impressed how fresh the flowers were AND they literally lasted almost 5 weeks! The photo with the charger in the background is the flowers at week 5–moved them from the smiley vase to a vase I had at home. I highly recommend using this flower shop for long lasting flowers! 😍

My husband ordered me a beautiful bouquet from Seattle flowers for our anniversary! Flowers were amazingly fresh and lasted for a very long time. Also it came it a nice box and beautiful blue vase that matched the flowers! I was very happy with their delivery service too! They brought it up to the door at my apartment complex. Added review on 1/7/22: Seattle Flowers is the best. They went above and beyond to deliver a gorgeous flower arrangement for birthday surprise. I was wondering supply chain issue after freeze but I am glad I can always count on them. 👍 8/23/21 review: I am impressed by Seattle Flowers service, from online order to delivery probably less than two hours. Their website helps you choose the right flowers. It’s straight forward and user friendly. The bouquet looks fresh, pretty and fragrant. I am glad I found this florist and definitely will order again in the future.

Last Friday, 3 and 4 days before Mother's Day 💐 and My Mom's Birthday 🎂, I was a little 😟 worried, my mom wouldn't be receiving this flowers in time, but Seattle Flowers guaranteed that it will be right there. So, I am relieved and my mom took a picture of it for me since I am currently in L.A., CA, and my mom is in Seattle. Seattle Flowers is undoubtedly the best! It is challenging to send flowers to somebody across the country and want them to be a perfectly beautiful expression of how we feel about the recipient. We called on Sunday and spoke to the owner, Bill, about flower delivery for Monday morning. Bill spent time with us as if we were his priority. We told him what we were looking at and he patiently described to us how the arrangement would look as a "premium" upgrade (which we had wanted). Bill did not try to oversell us in any way, and instead, we were asking him how large the arrangement could be. His detailed description convinced us that it would be beautiful. On Monday, we received a picture from the recipient of the flowers and we were stunned at the arrangement in all its beauty and unique presentation. There was simply no better arrangement we could have ever dreamed of for this occasion. We were so thrilled at what was delivered that we called and spoke to the designer, John, who was so very modest. John is simply amazing at what was designed, created, and delivered. We posted a picture here for Seattle Flowers. It is the Seattle's Tropical Romance with the exotic birds of paradise. Yes, you will indeed love this arrangement! Thank you, John and Bill.

The arrangements are Beautiful, customer service is Superb and they deliver on time! I live out of state however prefer to buy flowers locally from the recipient's location; I've ordered multiple times from Seattle Flowers. I sincerely appreciate John calls promptly with any questions regarding the order verses emailing; he is professionally friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Seattle Flowers. I was looking for flowers to be delivered to my stepdaughter for her 30th birthday and I found Seattle Flowers in my Google search. Not only did they have beautiful flowers but champagne as well. I was a little nervous because I am 350 miles away and I needed it delivered the same day. They got the flowers and champagne delivered that day and also sent a picture of the bouquet and champagne where it was delivered. The owner was very responsive and professional. The flowers were beautiful and the champagne was perfect for my stepdaughter’s 30th. If you ever need flowers (and they have chocolates, stuffed animals as well as champagne) delivered in a hurry and competently, look no further - this company is awesome!!!

Yumi designed the flowers for our wedding. I gave her some general ideas of what I was interested in and she took charge. She made some suggestions and then came to a concrete list of what would be included in each arrangement. We loved the arrangements she made for us. It wasn't a totally smooth experience, however. Communicating with Yumi was easy and clear, but communicating with Bill was confusing and frustrating. At delivery time, they forgot one of the boutonnieres. They got us another about a half hour later that was close enough to matching the rest of them.

First, I want to note this review is solely related to the online order experience. The flowers may (and probably will) end up being beautiful. My issue is, they fail to mention the $16 delivery fee until the very end of the order, right when you are about to pay, so be warned of that. There was ample opportunity to do so before (like when outlining the cost of the order, including taxes). This makes me question their ethics, and though I went ahead and placed my order this time, I am unlikely to order from them again unless I see that they update this in their ordering process.

I've ordered from Seattle flowers on two separate occasions. Both times they were extremely professional. They stayed on the phone with me and help answer all my questions. I am currently in new jersey and wanted flowers for a friend in the hospital in Seattle, so I was nervous about how the flowers would look since it was my first time. The flowers looked STUNNING and fresh!!! They lasted pretty long. I would definitely trust them and will definitely continue to order flowers from them whenever I need them in Seattle !!

I can't say enough good about this florist! It was my best friend of 24 years birthday yesterday and (of course) I completely forgot. I live in Arizona, so I already knew it was going to be a challenge to put anything together for her the day of. After talking to a few other flower shops in the Seattle area (who seemed less than enthused to help me) I called Seattle flowers and was connected with Bill. Right away I knew I had found the right place as he was friendly and professional. She lives in Kent, and even though their deliveries had already gone out to that area for the day, he made a special trip to deliver them! They were there within a few hours and were absolutely beautiful. Seattle Flowers definitely put a smile on both our faces that day!

I am in Alaska so obviously I can’t come in and speak towards the shop or in person experience. Over the phone customer service was spectacular. My sister is having surgery. Thankfully I called these wonderful humans. Not only did they listen to what I thought my sister would love, she was very patient with me, very reasonable cost, and she even sent me an email photo of the bouquet she built. Truly Amazing experience. Highly recommend.

The lily's that arrived in this arrangement are quite depressing looking.. The lily's specifically had marks on them that they had been damaged along the way somewhere. Roses looked pretty good though.. But it's a bummer cause when you look at this arrangement, it's all about lily's, yet that's the worst part!

Thank you for delivering such beautiful and fresh flowers to my cousin with such short notice. Wonderful customer service and beautiful arrangements! I sent flowers to a friend and they were delivered on time to her only because the driver, Travis was so amazing!!! The front office of the building told him they couldn't let him in and I missed his call... I would've had to go to the store to pick them up if Travis hadn't tried again at the front office and got them to let him in to make the delivery. Thanks for being persistent! :)

I asked her to what address because we didn't close on time and it was to the new house. We weren't moving for 3 more days but Jen offered to deliver it to the old house! My dad was in the hospital and I wanted to get flowers to him that day. After calling a different flower shop on line that advertises same day delivery to find they couldn't deliver the same day (it was only 10:30am), I called Seattle Flowers. Bill was so wonderful, and assured me his driver would be back and could then deliver flowers to my dad - 3 days before Christmas! I have used Seattle Flowers twice while my sister-in-law has had to have reoccurring surgeries, and both times the arrangements have been gorgeous and the customer service out of this world!!! The most current delivery was delayed (due to hospital error) and out of panic I reached out to the company through a Facebook message for help. The next day I received a personal call letting me know that THEY went by the hospital to make sure the flowers had made it to her room! I do not live in Seattle and the way this company has taken care of me speaks volumes! I cannot recommend Seattle Flowers enough!!!

My boyfriend sent flowers to my house last week and they're as beautiful as they were the day I received them. This is the second time he sent me flowers and both times they were GORGEOUS! Last year on valentine's he ordered me roses from "the big guys" and they came in a box and while they were OK I just found it to be sort of tacky that I had to arrange the flowers myself. That is the reason I was withdrawing for a renowned than standard wind up capable than pass on those to my mother.Good thing I discovered Seattle Flowers. The methodology is dazzling. The structure was vivacious. Not using all structures 60 minutes, I had beginning at now book a vehicle to my mother's zone through telephone. The correct hand was hating and decision. The vehicle was in like workshop on time so isn't incredibly bothering. The staffs were in like way kind. Absolutely, even the vehicle individual was attempting and amazing said by my mother. It really is jumbling. I unfathomably welcome that. In times when I'm a long way from my mother, I genuinely need to make her vibe she is beginning in the no so far away past regarded. My heroes!!!!!! I'm in CDA Idaho and I sent flowers to the hospital in Seattle. I didn't realize they were moving my girl at that time to her next hospital for physical therapy and they hadn't removed her name from the site yet. So the flowers arrived and she was gone. MacKenzie reached out to the owner Bill and Bill called me directly and in this Covid crazy world, he went back to the first hospital grabbed the bouquet and delivered it himself it to where she is at now after hours on his.own time. I received my yearly birthday bouquet yesterday morning from my partner, Doug. As usual the flowers and arrangement were spectacular! After checking out all the unusual flowers in the bouquet I noticed that a couple of the orchid sprays were a bit wilted and looked like they wouldn't last but a couple of days. I mentioned this to Doug and he called the florist to let them know. I would have been fine keeping the bouquet - I could overlook the limp orchids. Not 10 minutes later I received a call from the owner, Bill Sheehan, personally apologizing for substandard orchids. He explained the orchids should last quit a while, but insisted on having a new bouquet delivered right away. A couple of hours later an equally spectacular bouquet was delivered. This is how to do business. This is why we use Seattle Flowers and would/will recommend them to anyone!!! Thank you, Bill!

I had impeccable service! I purchased a a rose that was clipped of its stem and was sitting on a cute little ceramic dish -- only $5. It was a steal and as the gentleman that helped me was about to pack my purchase into a lovey little gift box the designer came running out with a fresh rose that she had sculpted and misted water on leaving it looking fresh and artistic. They have tons of options from fresh flowers to succulents and even other antique looking items.

Just called Seattle Flowers and ordered a wonderful White Phalaenopsis Orchid Plant for a business grand opening gift. I had tried to place the order earlier in the day with 800Flowers, but they would not hand write a card for the order. They have no greeting cards and all they can do is a small typed enclosure card, nothing special. The gal at Seattle Flowers just laughed when I told her about my experience with 800Flowers. She said they carried a line of beautiful greeting cards, and could certainly had write my message on the card. Lesson learned...always call the local florist...they will come through with the special details.

Seattle Flowers saved the day! We found out that a friend had had a stroke and was at Swedish. I called with an order after their delivery on Thursday, so it went out first thing Friday. When the delivery guy tried to deliver at Swedish, he found out she'd just been moved. He called me immediately. I found out she'd been moved to a VA Rehab facility, told him that much, but no further info. By the time I'd researched it and called the facility for room # etc, their receptionist told me he'd just delivered the flowers - he tracked her down himself! That's service! They got fresh flowers for ya! Then there's a magical shiny motorcycle sitting in the middle of the flower shop. When you enter the shop to you left is lovely cards and envelopes. Far down the shop near the counter are refrigerators keeping the florals fresh. The ladies in the shop were lovely and by the time you look around the shop. Theyve got your flowers ready . 5/5 stars would come again for the quick grab and go of a flowers.
