The customer service here is fantastic. I still remember a few years ago I was running around to the local grocery stores to get flowers for a co-workers last day. The options were horrible and I couldn't find any decent enough to buy. This place was my last resort as it was a few blocks away from my work and I was running late. They were able to quickly make an arrangement exactly how I had wanted based only on my descriptions. It was fresh and beautiful, she loved it!

This flower shop is also my first choice when it comes to buying flowers for relatives, family, and a variety of other people. The building was stunning and immaculate. The flowers have opened completely, but I won't be able to see them for a few days. I'm sure you remind me of my family's habit of buying flowers.

Can't say anything bad about the shop itself but DO NOT order flower delivery from this place. There is no confirmation on when flowers delivered, there absolutely no guarantee on when they are going to be delivered and if you call their system is often "down" so they can't even say if it been delivered or not. Very frustrating experience.

I live in Tulsa and placed a direct order today 4/9/2019 to Floral Masters. They not only delivered when they said they would they also did a great job with the floral arrangement. I'm so glad I called them instead of calling and 800 place that doesn't deliver what they say on their site.
