My mom, sister and I came in late Friday night (11/4/22), for a miracle to take place for us to get a funeral arrangement for my uncle's funeral (11/5/22). I spoke with John on the phone prior to coming in and he made it his business to make sure we left with some type of arrangement. He was very patient, understanding and kind to us. Even with it being last minute we were able to purchase a very beautiful piece at a very affordable price and was thrilled. When we entered the funeral home, the flowers stood on the stand with the beautiful ribbon (that had exactly what we wanted on it) next to my uncle's casket and looked amazing. I am pleased by the service and honored that my uncle had the best looking arrangement he deserved and was even buried at the cemetery with them. If needed again, will definitely use their business again. Thank you again so much for the excellent service John!!

Best experience! I’m out of state and I ordered some flowers for a friend in NY to lift their spirits. Marine Florist took care of me and were very communicative. Amazing flower selection and great prices. The flowers are of very high quality and last up to 3 weeks when taken care of properly. I've been shopping here for over 15 years and my family as well and never have been unsatisfied. Even introduced my father-in-law to this place and he doesn't shop anywhere else anymore. I would HIGHLY recommend this florist! We chose this florist for their location and from the online reviews. They are AMAZING! My husband's childhood friends' Father passed and we wanted to send Flowers to the funeral home in our absence. We picked what looked beautiful online but we did not read the measurements of the arrangement. George personally called us to let us know although the arrangement we picked is lovely for sending to someone's home, it might not be appropriate for the Funeral Service. He suggested for the same price he would change the vase and make it a larger arrangement. We are so grateful to him for caring enough to call and help us out of an embarrassing situation . He also sent a photo - The Flowers are Beautiful and they perfectly represent the respect we have for The Family and their loved one. I had such a beautiful experience with Marine Florists today that genuinely warmed my heart. I was scrambling to send flowers to a funeral home the day before the service for the sudden passing of a loved one. Fortunately, I was referred to Marine Florist by the funeral home staff (which is always a good sign). They picked up the phone immediately and it just got better from there. Not only did they assist me with my order, but assured me that if there were any issues or changes with the delivery, they would let me know - mind you, they were going to contact the funeral home for me to confirm what time to deliver. When I called back shortly after placing the order to make a change to the order (additions), I discovered that the gentleman (please forgive me for not asking for names) who took my order had already embellished on the arrangement and upgraded it to this absolutely stunning spray, standing six feet high!! (I was afraid we were discussing the wrong order). If I hadn't called back, I would have never known of this good deed! It turns out that this is a family business that takes great pride in what they do. He explained that his family member may have been moved by our conversation and took it upon himself to give us this gorgeous arrangement. I think he was touched by an angel!!.... By the way, the arrangement made it to the funeral home on the other side of Brooklyn in under three hours!! My family and I were so amazed and moved by this. It meant a lot to us during a time of such sadness. You won't be disappointed working with this family business for any event. We plan on using them going forward and will refer them to everyone!

Today I called Marine Florist at approximately 11:45am. I needed a floral arrangement delivered to a special someone who worked in a business (also in Brooklyn) no later than 2pm! I also requested that the arrangement be colorful and creative. I waited for the salesperson to laugh, hang-up, or decline my request. After a moment of silence, a man introduced himself as Gabriel and assured me that he would be able to handle my request - NO PROBLEM! He asked me about my budget range. I gave it to him and asked him if I paid a higher amount would make a big difference? He assured me that I would be very happy with the flowers at lower end of my budget and clearly stated that tax and delivery charges should be considered. In less that two hours, an arrangement busting with colorful, unusual flowers placed in a unique vase was delivered. It was a huge success!! I have to note that Gabriel, who handled by order at Marine Florist was friendy, knowledgeable and professional. The flowers I ordered were beautiful! They did a great job on the arrangement. They call as soon as you place an order to verify everything that you want. Very prompt delivery - they ask what time is good for you when they verify too. My only complaints are that, i ordered flowers in a smiley face mug - it looks very different from the picture. and i paid $7 extra for a handwritten card, but instead it was a small typed card. I don't know if that means there is no card at all without this but either way, they should change the wording if they're not going to do it.
