Our funeral spray was absolutely beautiful! I’m not from the Metairie area and I was a little worried because we only had one day notice because of the New Year holiday. I called and the lady on the phone guided me through the order process because I wanted to make sure it was delivered on time. She was very patient, helpful and friendly! Our spray was there on time and perfect! I’m sorry I didn’t get a picture! Thank you so much. If I could I would give you 10 stars!

If I could give this shop 100 stars I would!!! I live in North Dakota. When I found out my childhood best friends great grand mother passed away I immediately went on the hunt for a florist to order flowers for the service. I left a note on my order to please deliver the flowers by 10am because the service started at 11am. At 9:50am I received an email that the flowers had been delivered along with a picture. Let me tell you!! They were even more beautiful than the picture the website provided for ordering. They made ordering such a breeze and if I ever need flowers for the Metairie area I will not think twice about using Nosegay floral designs!! Thank you so much!!!

Jay went out of his way to get the flowers delivered for me on the same day I called. I was put in a tough spot because another florist that wasn’t local to the area canceled on me last minute. I am new to the area and chose Nosegay Floral Designs because of the great reviews. I was not only impressed with the gorgeous arrangements that I ordered, but I was also extremely impressed with their customer service. I ordered an arrangement to be sent to a school, forgetting that it was Columbus Day and they were closed. The florist said that they would send me a confirmation email with the photo of what was sent after it was delivered. I received a call from Nosegay Floral Designs from a cell phone line to let me know that they were having internet and phone line issues ,so I would not be getting an email. They were also calling to let me know that they tried to deliver the arrangement but school was closed. I felt terrible for sending them there on a school holiday and thought for sure that the recipient would not be receiving her flowers due to my error. But that was not the case, They were so nice and said that it was not a problem and would deliver to the teachers home. The other arrangement I ordered was to go out on the next day for another birthday. I received the email confirmation and photo. Super impressed! Later that week, I was made aware that the arrangement died quickly but Nosegay did not disappoint. The birthday girl received another arrangement. Thank you Nosegay for going above and beyond to make me and my birthday girls happy!!! I will be recommending you to all of my friends and family!

Absolutely beautiful fresh white roses and lilies for the funeral. Thick and full and classy. Lots of white flowers. Plush. Best looking, classiest 'spray' on a stand at the funeral, if I can say so. Would definitely use again. AND...they emailed a photo of the spray when delivered and it was EXACTLY as shown in the photo they emailed. Very nice to additional service.

I called last minute and about an hour before they closed for a cemetery arrangement and they did it in less than 20 minutes! The arrangement was beautiful and I was in and out. They were extremely sweet and helpful. I had no idea what I needed for a grave without vase and they had the perfect solution. I definitely recommend giving them a chance.

Absolutely beautiful job with flowers sent to Ochsner Medical Complex. These were part of a Teleflora order, which sometimes can result in getting something other than the picture. Not this time! Very fresh with meticulous care to making the order exactly right. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed! Not at all the quality I expected from this florist. Only half the number of flowers in arrangement as compared to the as is photo on the website and the vase was suppose to have a stuffed bear sitting on the side hugging a pretty vase and instead they had a stuffed bear tied and hanging on the front of a plan glass vase. Was hoping this would be my "go to" florist because my daughter just moved to New Orleans and I send her flowers often, but I won't be use these guys again. So sad. February 2018: I am changing my review to reflect the fact that I was contacted after my one star review was posted and the company has contacted me and has been willing to try and make things right with my situation. In the future the florist will contact clients before sending out items that FTD has been discontinued from their web site. I know they are a locally owned company and and things don't always go well, due to employee errors. I used them because of the great reviews I had read, I hope this was a one time goof up and wish them the best.
