Harkins did an amazing job on our wedding party flowers. The flowers were all beautiful and arrived ahead of schedule. The florist was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you so much!

Michelle and crew at Harkins helped in what I thought was an out of the ordinary order. My parents who would be coming in from out of town were taking a cruise on the Mississippi for their anniversary. So step 1. I had a sentimental vase sent to them and they held on to it until the big day. Step 2 they had to get this special vase and flowers to the port, in was a small timeframe, when the ship was at port and get it and into their room before they boarded. Not only did they come through on the delivery but the roses were beautiful, Great communication through the whole process, with no issues.

First time using this florist! I really love the arrangement. It was for my dad's funeral, not the best time to order flowers but this florist did exactly what I wanted. It was like she could read my mind. The arrangement was gorgeous and expressed his love of his favorite teams! He would of been proud and now my mom has a lovely arrangement of beautiful house plants that will remind her of him. Thank you for your lovely work. I will definitely order from you again and again. And thank you for your patience with me during my difficult time.

First time using this florist and will definitely use again. Called around noon and asked for same day delivery. They agreed. Asked for monotone arrangement. It was beautiful. Asked for late day delivery, they delivered late day. Also called me to say that no one was home so they left it in a safe place. Excellent service and beautiful flowers. Highly recommend.

Extremely helpful with supporting me with the choices I made for a birthday flower arrangement. Their sales associate was nice, thoughtful and patient. The person who hand wrote the letter had great penmanship too. The flower-deliveryman went the extra mile to contact the recipient to let her know they were there to deliver the flowers. I would strongly recommend Harkins to everyone for anything.

Sent a last minute vase to a friend in NO, this florist knocked it out of the park. I highly recommend, no job too big or small and they can help with a time-crunch as well. **Surpassed expectations**

Wonderful florist! Was able to accommodate my need for an early Monday morning funeral when notified on just the preceding Friday. Another NOLA florist which two different NOLA people had recommended was not helpful and claimed they wouldn’t have the flowers I wanted for Monday. I am from out of state, and over the ‘phone, amazing Annie at Harkins understood my description of the design and the flowers I wanted. She had even pulled up the obituary while I was on the ‘phone with her. Extremely efficient and attentive to detail. Arrangement was delivered perfectly on time. Emailed me a photo of the arrangement. So lovely, I could imagine the gentle fragrance of the flowers. Highly recommend Harkins and Annie! A+++++++ florist!

I called Harkins Florist to arrange for some orchids to be sent to a friend visiting New Orleans. John was super polite and helpful, as was his assistant. The flowers were delivered to the hotel the same day. They were, in the words of their recipient; "Stunning"! Thanks so much for doing such a great job of making me look good.

Amazing quality and customer service! My front office didn’t deliver my flowers for three days so by the time I got them they were wilted and dying from not having their water changed. I informed the florist directly and they sent me out a new bouquet the very next day. I was so appreciative of them fixing something that wasn’t even their fault! I’m glad to see they have such amazing reviews for an amazing business.

I recently moved away from New Orleans and my Grandmother still lives there. Today is her birthday and I wanted to send her flowers. I’ve never shopped at this location before but was thankful I did. The arrangement I ordered seemed pricy but she sent me pictures of her flowers and they are breathtaking. This florist is worth every single dollar. Excellent Experience!
