Wow. So impressed!! My husband & I own an upscale flower shop in the Chicago area and Spruce is our go-to for flowers for our family in the Minneapolis area. The arrangement they created for our son-in-law's family Thanksgiving celebration was gorgeous. Truly, it looked like an arrangement that would come out of our shop. That doesn't happen very often when we order from other florists. Spruce has artistic designers and they use high-quality flowers. I highly recommend that you give them a few details and let their Creative Directors work their magic with a designer's choice arrangement. You will always get the best flowers when you let the artists handle the details! Their online ordering was quick, easy and still very personal. I loved that they sent a photo of the arrangement when it went out. We do that too and now I know how great it is from the "customer" side!! Thank you, Spruce, for always making us look good from afar. We will continue to recommend you too!

I have been so lucky to receive flowers from Spruce in the past year for a milestone birthday. Spruce was the first place I wanted to call for a friend's milestone birthday. Dean was so accomodating with change of plans and delivery and the birthday girl was so happy. In a quick text with a photo of the flowers, she said: "Is there a way to send a fragrance by phone? The flower are intoxicating in the very best, most amazing way. I love, love, love them ..." Thanks, Spruce!

I had the best experience with Spruce! I ordered flowers for delivery to my friend for her birthday, and the night before realized she booked a last minute trip and would be out of town. Dean was so accommodating and flexible, and was able to move the delivery date on short notice. Not to mention the flowers are BEAUTIFUL! I will definitely be using Spruce again in the future!

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop for your next floral arrangement delivery! I contacted the shop on Friday and placed an order for delivery the following Monday (ONE business day). Dean, from the shop, contacted me within an hour, alerting me to the fact that I had entered the wrong delivery address, and we corrected it. Today, I received a great note from the recipient of the delivery letting me know how gorgeous the flowers are. GREAT service - above and beyond - and they're LOCAL!!

I ordered wrist corsages and a boutonniere, and they were even better than expected! The corsages were SO large and beautiful, and Kyle did a fantastic job translating my request for matching items. Cannot recommend Spruce Flowers enough! We chose the “Creative Director” option which allowed us to select a color scheme (white with some green flowers too) and flower types. The flowers arrived on time, even during what I’m sure was one of their busiest times (leading up to Mother’s Day). Their communication is great! They texted a picture of the bouquet before it was delivered, as well as delivery notifications to me and the recipient. And speaking of the recipient: My mom is a bit (cough cough) picky and she described them as the most beautiful flowers, and even loved the glass vase they came in! I’ll be using Spruce for all future flower purchases.

This place is AMAZING! I placed my order (a Pot) last night (I don't have a lot of experience ordering plants) as a birthday present for a friend of mine. Kyle noticed that in my delivery instructions i had the word "Plant" in it and thought that i misunderstood what I ordered and he was correct. I forgot to order a plant with the pot thinking that the plant in the photo came with it. I called back and Amy helped me with some selections of plants via email. I chose one and then called back and got back in touch with Kyle. I was asking questions about the size of the floor pot and the proportion of the plant that I chose and it ensured me that it looks great. I trusted his opinion. And, everything was done! I was very satisfied of the help! Minutes later, I got a text message (from assuming Kyle) of a photo of the Pot and Plant put together! It looks GORGEOUS! I really didn't expect to think to ask to send me a photo of it and they thought of that. Make your pot/plant purchases here. They're awesome!

Super helpful staff - I chose the "you direct, we design" option and just wrote a quick few sentences about the occasion and my significant other (and how she isn't really a "bouquet of roses" type of gal). They came up with a super creative and fun arrangement that was the perfect balance of "modern" and "whimsy". They texted me a photo prior to delivering as well. Only thing I would note: if the flowers are meant to be a surprise, be sure to only use your phone number when checking out and filling in the recipients info / delivery address - rather than using the recipients number. They have a delivery tracker that sends text messages with status updates along the way and to make sure the recipient is ready to meet the delivery driver, but it could spoil the surprise. I knew they'd have no issue delivering my order, so I used my own number and all was good, but it's not clearly labeled so just a friendly FYI as the outcome may catch others off guard. But overall, 7/7 would recommend this business to others!

Vessels options are also thoughtful and elegant. Delivery is reliable and flower bouquets are well packaged and easy to unwrap. They also have some nice options for house plants. I had an arrangement delivered for a memorial service and had incredible customer service. The service was over a holiday weekend, so I was a little worried about proper delivery. They worked with the venue's hours to make sure the flowers were on time with the flowers in peak condition, and called to confirm the changed plans to the original delivery time. The arrangement was stunning. Overall, it was the best experience I've had with a florist in the Twin Cities!
