I live in California and order flowers for my Mom once or twice a year for her birthday and/or Mother's Day and I prefer to order from Floral Art by Tim. I chose Tim's shop because it's close to my Mom's house and the arrangements are BEAUTIFUL. I am so pleased with the presentation, quality, and they are always on time. Thank you, Tim and team! I appreciate all that you do! Photo in my review was the "Birthday-Designers Choice". She loved it. She said that it was very "springy" at such a cold time of year (February) in Minnesota.

Five stars! Floral Art by Tim went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience ordering through them. I forgot to note a delivery time and called because they were for a teacher at a school and needed to be there by the end of school day. The problem was, I didn't know when the school day ended. He called around for me to find out when classes ended and made sure the driver knew to make it within that time frame. Plus, the arrangement was beautiful! 10/10 would order again!

If I could give more stars I would! My son Lives in Brooklyn NY and ordered flowers to be delivered to me at my work place on Mothers Day. I ended up not working yesterday and was concerned that they would not be delivered before the store closed, I was planning on going to pick them up . Needless to say they were delivered right before closing time. Tim and the delivery person reached out to me. I drove to the store and they were there. The most beautiful arrangement of flowers I have ever gotten!

I recently needed a flower arrangement done for a funeral and Tim was so helpful. I had no idea what I wanted and put my trust in him. He did a beautiful arrangement and it was within my price range. Arrangement was done on time and Tim was flexible with me about picking it up.

I ordered an azalea for a friend after her recent surgery. Tim was very pleasant and helpful on the phone. Although he didn't have the color in stock that I wanted, he went to his wholesaler that day to see if he could get it. They didn't have the color either. He then texted me a photo of the one he had in stock so I could see what it looked like, and told me he could add a bright bow to it. My friend was extremely happy, and said it was the prettiest azalea she had ever seen. She was also pleased by the phone call she received from him prior to delivery. Thank you Tim for going the extra mile and for delivering great customer service. It is truly appreciated and I will highly recommend your shop to others!

Tim did an exceptional job creating 3 different arrangements for our Dad’s funeral service. He met with us personally to understand flower preferences, colors and styles, did a great job getting 3 very complicated cards correct, and personally delivered and arranged the flowers at the church. He even created a lovely little green plant arrangement for our family, gratis. A classy personal gesture. We are delighted with our choice to work with Tim. The flowers were stunning, in budget, and delivered with care. Thank you, Tim!!

The flowers were beautiful! My friends loved them! The customer service was also great. I found out the night before delivery that my friends ended up going out of town, and I emailed right away, thinking I would still have to call the shop the following morning. They responded that evening letting me know it was no problem to move the delivery to later in the week. They made flower delivery easy!
