I needed to order flowers for a centerpiece at a conference. This was my first time ordering something like this, so I was a little nervous about getting things right. The florist was very helpful in listening to our needs, providing recommendations, and she pulled some flowers to show what it might look like. The flowers arrived exactly on time, and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better arrangement, and we received so many compliments on the flowers. I also feel that the cost of the flowers was very reasonable for the large arrangement that we received. I'll definitely be coming back!

Thank you so much to Theresa and Cardell Floral for a beautiful arrangement. I came in on Saturday morning needing flowers for a memorial on Sunday, and she came through. The custom arrangement with flowers she helped me select from the cooler was so beautiful that it was placed as the centerpiece in the chapel. I found a pair of figurines that suited my loved one, and they were perfectly placed in the basket among the flowers -- everyone commented on the wonderful extra touch. I'm so glad to have found my new local florist!

I order a lot of flowers for personal and professional occasions and I always try to order from local florists rather than using the national websites and it usually works great - I get a better deal and the florist doesn't pay sky-high fees to the outside service. So, I ordered directly from Cardell for a funeral in Crystal, MN. I chose an arrangement on their website and checked the box indicating that substitutions were fine. (Since this was just a few days after Valentine's Day, I figured they might be low on stock and I wasn't too concerned about the specific flowers used.) I attended the funeral and my flowers were very disappointing. The flowers used were correct when compared to what I selected and seemed fresh, but they were not arranged. If you've ever bought a bouquet of flowers from the grocery store or farmers market and just plunked them in a vase without cutting/arranging them, that's exactly what this display looked like. All the flowers were the same length, very little greenery, nothing that made it look interesting at all. Compared to the other displays from other florists, mine looked very poor by comparison. I assumed maybe the $150 I spent was less than others spent, but then I spoke to my mom and found out she paid LESS than I did and got a much larger and prettier arrangement. I'm not disappointed in the amount of flowers I got (although it was small for the price), but I am disappointed in the presentation because it was completely underwhelming. Maybe if they weren't sitting next to other arrangements they wouldn't have looked so dismal, but they really were kind of sad.

I have ordered a few arrangements from Cordell Flowers and have nothing but good things to say!! I ordered the birthday flower cake for my mom to try out something different not only did it look amazing but the flowers still looked fresh after a couple weeks. The last few arrangements I received lasted more then 2 weeks I was so impressed!! All the staff are super welcoming and friendly I definitely recommend giving them a try!!

Jill, a talented, eye for design & detail floral artisan, came in special on Sunday to create a perfect arrangement! My friend’s widow & Family were very moved. Reasonably priced & delivered on time. We've used Cardell Floral for table centerpieces for special occasions for many many years. We've always been satisfied with how receptive they've been to our ideas, how dependable they've been, and the quality of their flowers. We recently worked with them on a funeral spray for a family member and several additional arrangements of all sorts. They were absolutely beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Even relatively simple arrangements were done with appreciation for style and were lovely. The funeral spray was gorgeous. Jill and Nancy were a delight to work with. We had thought briefly about using a bigger chain store and I'm so glad we went with Cardell.

Roses look just as good or even better than the photograph on the website. Ordering online was easy. Delivery on Valentine's day was great. Good selection of flowers in different price ranges, very competitive with bigger stores. Support a local business!

Service was great, and flowers were beautiful. I called at 8:30 in the morning to order a custom arrangement for a 10:45 am pick up. “No problem!” I asked for a purple, white, and pink arrangement with no- and low-scent flowers for my mom’s birthday. They gave me a huge vase filled with pink roses, calla lilies, purple tulips, purple and white stock, and tons of cedar and fern greens. Couldn’t have been easier, and Mom absolutely loved it!

For a husband trying to brighten his wives day, Cardell went above and beyond. There is not one floral shop in a 30+ mile radius that values the customer as if it were their own family member. I called after a very frustrating experience with other "local" shops and was so sick of the corporatized workflow and schedule conflicts that I was starting to think everyone is going the Amazon way. Luckily this is not true with Cardell, they care about your significant other and don't tick you down as just another delivery. If your looking for another florist, stop. Give this floral shop a call, call clueless and confused by the hundreds of assortments and you will end up with a magnificent arrangement the next day. -Early Delivery, Great Customer Service, Beautiful flowers- This is what you will be provided at Cardell.

I had some special requests and they were more than accommodating- they bent over backwards in order to make sure I was happy with what I was purchasing. I’ve been using Cardell since buying corsages for Armstrong HS dances 40 years ago! Always superlative service and floral arrangements! I haven’t lived there since the 80s, but I use Cardell to send flowers twice a year to my mom and they ALWAYS crush it. The first time I ordered they didn’t have the flower in that I chose so they gave me a call to let me know and instead of just switching out the flower with out telling me they gave me a chance to pick a different set.
