I received the most beautiful arrangement of flowers on 1/4 (yes during the huge snowstorm this week) from you guys. You felt bad because you weren’t able to do the arrangement my daughter requested due to shipment not arriving due to weather. Well, you did an amazing job with what you had! I’m visiting from out of town and needed a last minute bouquet. This was one of the few florists open on a Saturday in our area. I walked in 30 minutes before closing expecting to buy whatever they had left in the cooler. The gentleman working instead crafted a custom bouquet for me right on the spot. The flowers look amazing and were very well received. This is the kind of customer service that is becoming more and more rare these days. I highly recommend Artisic Floral to anyone looking for anything floral.

Flowers were very pretty and buying them online was simple but my fiance's name isn't Natoshaw so this was kind of awkward when it arrived to her work....I don't know...if someone is about to write down the name Natoshaw on a card, you'd think they'd check the online registration or give the buyer a call to check the name first but... Yeah, pretty flowers though

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my sister’s birthday and I was overjoyed with the result! The flowers were absolutely beautiful, significantly larger than I had anticipated, and my sister absolutely loved them! The delivery fee is way more reasonable than other companies I’ve previously purchased from and I was super impressed with the handwritten card given to my sister rather than an impersonal typed up note. I will definitely be purchasing from them again and I recommend them to anyone in the Twin Cities!

Fantastic customer service- when they didn't have exactly what i ordered online, Shawn put together an even nicer arrangement for me. He is also the most pleasant person to speak to on the phone-he brightened my day! Highly recommend this florist

Not what I ordered. The arrangement I ordered did have white roses and lilies, but that’s about all they got right. Pictured arrangement had a nice earthy ceramic container, succulent and eucalyptus variety, not tons of leather leaf, green hydrangea and a plastic or tin container. I would not have ordered what was delivered, looked more like a sympathy arrangement. And won’t be ordering again.

I do not live in Minnesota, but my son and daughter-in-law do. When I wanted to send flowers for their anniversary, I picked Artistic Floral from the web because of the good reviews--and now I am writing one. I asked Sean to make a pretty arrangement for them and he did. They loved it and raved about it for days. Naturally when my daughter-in-law's birthday rolled around, I thought of Artistic and again asked Sean to make a pretty arrangement. On the day of her birthday, I found out that my son and daughter-in-law had gone out of town unexpectedly and would not be there to receive the flowers. I quickly called Sean, but the flowers had already gone out. Sean said he would try to retrieve them. He called back later in the day and told me they had retrieved the flowers and to call him when my daughter-in-law was back in town and he would make and deliver another arrangement! This was way beyond my expectations. You know Artistic Floral will be the only florist I use in Minnesota, and I'm sure my son and daughter-in-law will not only use them but recommend them to friends once they hear about the extraordinary service I received.

First time I used Artistic Floral. I placed my order very late in the afternoon and still had them delivered same day. They didn't have the exact flowers for a part of my order , but what they made in place was just as fabulous or even more beautiful than what I wanted to send in the first place. I was very pleased with my experience with Artistic and WILL be using them again in the future!

After looking over the Artistic Floral website for funeral floral arrangement ideas, I selected a standing spray. Sean called me the next day to discuss the limitations of this selection due to what flowers were in season. Ultimately I took a leap of faith and asked Sean to design a floral display based on my departed loved ones' colorful radiant nature. Sean did an amazing job creating an absolutely beautiful arrangement, with a fantastic mix of stunning flowers & greenery! Several people asked me from where I ordered such a gorgeous display, it was so impressive! I will definitely use Artistic Floral again with my future needs!

Beautiful floral arrangements!! I have used them twice and they do great work. They even re-made a flower arrangement and re-delivered for me. They had to leave at a neighbor's house and then the neighbors said they didn't have the flowers, even though the florist had a signature. Artistic Floral made it right by re-making the entire arrangement and delivering again to my grandson.

Shawn and his team are spectacular! Their arrangements are of the utmost quality and gorgeous design. I have a number of folks I give/send arrangements to who are, let's just say, floral snobs. Well, all it takes is a delivery from Artistic Floral and I'm getting calls and texts (with pictures) saying "spectacular!" "How beautiful!" You can't go wrong with Artistic Floral!
