When we knew we had only a short time before my dad would pass, my mom and i went to the store to pick out some flowers. Theresa was so kind, and showed us many options. Mom was able to pick out things and theresa modified them to moms wishes. Once dad passed, i called them and also added another piece. The arrangements were absolutely beautiful and i felt the prices were very reasonable. My dad liked lilys and i have never seen any more big and beautiful. Thank you all so much!

I don’t shop for Flowers anywhere else. My arrangements are always the best. Liz does an amazing job at customizing funeral work. My mother and mother-in-law’s flowers for their funerals were simply breathtaking. My entire family couldn’t believe how beautiful the flowers were. Not to mention how cute the shop is! Don’t buy from others! Only come here. They are the best in show!

Shop local!! Twins is wounderful!! Very helpful. Staff is helpful also has exceptional knowledge in their field. If they don't know they will look it up. The shop also has lots of Community Information like 4th of July parade offerings in New Berlin, the fireman's pancake breakfast and the Historical Society events. The offerings are unique and go from your pocket to an elaborate event . Cards, soaps, air fresheners, wall art, large and small Decor offerings. But they're Floral is so fresh and unique offerings not your basic roses daisies. They have those common flowers but the offerings are so unique and special. It's like having a downtown sophisticated Floral in a big city right here in New Berlin. Do not miss the opportunity to visit this shop!!! 1. Easy in and out. 2. Two of the 3 buildings are easy for a walker to get in and out. 3. Store Isles are all so easy for Walker. 4. The third building in the back has a step up about 4 in tall. It's called the she shed. Very small inside. Just about wide enough for two people for browsing. 6. The second building is the Clearance Store. It is filled with items from past holidays and clothing items that are very unique and one of a kind. 7. The fresh flowers are truly fresh!!! From Modern designing to classics.

I buy flowers for my family friend from them. The flowers are always beautiful, no matter what time of year I'm purchasing them. They are great with the deliveries too. I had a special situation this month and I had to change the date and also place for my delivery. They were able to send her a beautiful poinsettia to the hospital and it brightened up her day so much.

They're very talented & knowledgeable. I've always counted on their uniquely beautiful flower bouquets and assorted gifts to put a big smile on my fiance's face. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. They always greet me as I enter the shop with warm smiles while going out of their way to make me feel welcome. I haven't used their delivery service yet. But, I live in Oak Creek and I don't mind traveling the extra miles. Because their expertise and professionalism are well worth it!

Last year I ordered a medium sized bouquet at a very reasonable price for mothers day. I wrote instructions, and being 2000 miles away, I was hoping it was going to go smoothly. My bouquets had ivory and red roses and they were just gorgeous! I almost didn’t want to throw mine because it was so pretty! I called and talked with Liz (I think) and told her I would like a plant for a friend that her spouse passed away. I asked what would she suggested for something that is extremely easy to care for. She suggested a peace lily with some silk flowers. I saw the plant and silk flowers today, all I can say is OMG the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. If you didn't know they were silk flowers you would have thought they were real. The peace lily plant was huge and very healthy. Gorgeous! Thank you!

Ordered flowers online to be delivered. On the website, it said that I had to order before 12pm for same day delivery - even on Saturday & Sunday. I ordered 11:40am and just squeaked in. Soon after, I received a call from the sweetest girl that they couldn't deliver same day, and after I raised a stink and asked to speak to the owner etc. etc., they took off the delivery fee. I know I wasn't being the friendliest as I felt they needed to adhere to what was written on the website, but the customer service was top notch, the delivery gentleman (Dennis?) was very accommodating (he even circled back after they weren't home on the first attempt) and the flowers were more beautiful than the pictures online. This went from a 1 star experience to a 5 star. Will order from them again - and this time, place my order way in advance.
