I live in Michigan and have placed 3 orders for delivery to a family member near Milwaukee, Wisconsin. All 3 orders arrived on time for the day I had selected for delivery. I received pictures of all 3 flower arrangements and they looked as good or better than the example pictures on the web site. I am highly satisfied and will continue to use Mari's Flowers for all of my future needs in the Milwaukee area.

I am so completely disappointed and upset. I ordered flowers a week in advance for my Grandma and they look nothing like what was pictured. I understand that some flowers may not be in season but it literally looks nothing like what I ordered. It was pretty but the arrangement did not look worth the $50 I paid for it. The arrangement wasn't even "arranged". It looked like it was all just placed in it's own section. It wasn't blended at all. I thought if I went through a local flower shop it would be better than trying 1-800-flowers or something similar. I guess I should have tried that. Something similar to what was pictured would have been better than this. After contacting them directly the did attempt to make something similar to what I ordered which was very nice but still not what I expected. Although I do very much appreciate the attempt.

Mari's Flowers is beautifully decorated inside. It is a very warm and alive floral shop. Her quality of flowers is literally a cut above the rest. To top it off Mari is very sweet, caring and truly gifted with designing arrangements. She will continue to have our business for many years to come.

Called Mari from Colorado for a delivery. AWSOME roses and other flowers I don't know the name of but they were beautiful. Super fast delivery! And the wine is just a great touch! Thank you so much Mari! Would definitely recommend!

I called Mari's and spoke to Ann regarding 2 arrangements for a funeral that needed to be delivered the next day. We wanted Orchids in the arrangement which are harder to find this time of the year. Mari's came thru with 2 beautiful arrangements and got them delivered in time with the Orchids. I'd highly recommend using them for all of your floral needs. They went above and beyond for me. I will for sure use them again.

I ordered my sister flowers for her birthday, and picked Mari's because of their google reviews. I bought a petite, deluxe arrangement, which was absolutely beautiful. To top it off, Mari's included some cupcakes "just because." My sister was very happy. Mari's obviously takes great pride in their flowers and in treating their customers well. I will definitely use them again.

I ordered a bouquet for a friend for her birthday, hoping for them to be delivered between 5-6pm. On the day of the delivery, we received a call that orders can't be delivered after 1:30pm. (Very standard for florists, but this wasn't made clear on the website when I placed the order). I did call Mari's to get it sorted out and Mari herself handled the call. She said she would deliver the flowers herself to make sure the flowers got there at the time I needed them to be there. Thanks Mari! I really appreciate the service.

**update ** the owner called me after I posted this review to correct the situation. She didn't realize that after we spoke I still wasn't satisfied. She's giving me a complete refund. Which I greatly appreciate! My advice is to call the store directly to place an order vs online. She's very willing to work with you. Sometimes it's just easier to talk to someone over the phone vs the convenience of online. I ordered a beautiful full basket of plants. It was supposed to have 5 or 6 different types of plants. I ordered this for a male friend who just had a family member pass away. I wanted something more masculine since this was for a man. I specifically didn't order flowers for this reason. When my friend received the arraignment he sent me a picture thanking me. It was NOTHING like what I had ordered. Except for the fact it was in a basket. Which appeared much smaller than what I ordered. There was a HUGE stargazer lily in there. Also a bunch of orchids. So having a giant pink flower in this arrangement for a man wasn't what I wanted. So I called the store and spoke to the owner. She personally made the arrangement and delivered it. When I voiced my concerns she ignored them and said that she added the beautiful flowers to give the wife something to enjoy! I placed this order strictly under a man's name because that is who it was for. How does she know if he is married or not? Big assumption!! She said once the flowers die then you will have the basket with the plants. In the picture I received from my friend I could only see one green plant. Not the 5 or 6 in the picture. She explained that those are pictures provided by another company and not hers. If your ordering off line what else does a customer have to go by? I specifically researched local florists so I could get exactly what I wanted. Also to help support a local business instead of ordering from a huge national company. The owner ignored my concerns and offered nothing to correct the situation. She was very happy with the arrangement she had made and saw nothing wrong with it.

My dear friend, had a baby today and I'm out of state. I wanted to get some flowers to her at the hospital before she left. I found Mari's online and called immediately due to the great ratings and TBH, she was on one of my favorite streets in Milwaukee, Brady. I called at 9:00 a.m. and she had them to my friend the same morning and my friend called to say they were beautiful and even send me a photo - gorgeous. Buy local, shop at Mari's.

Mari isn't only about her beautiful flowers, she went out of her way to treat a customer in a specific special way simply because she cares. What Mari did for this customer caused a positive emotional reaction that only the people involved understand its significance. So if you wonder whether the flowers from Mari's are just flowers, or whether they are handled by someone who attaches that extra caring touch in a way you may not visually see, now you know they do.

If I could give Mari's more than 5 stars I would!!!! The flowers are absolutely beautiful!!!!! She does such amazing and creative work! She is very personable and goes above and beyond what is expected! We live in Kenosha and make the drive to Mari's because we know we will be overly satisfied with any arrangement we choose! My bf sends flowers to my work often and whether or not it is "just because" or there is a special occasion the flowers always look stunning. Given the fact that my bf trusts her and her judgement because he never gets to see the flowers until I bring them home says a lot about the type of business she runs! I highly recommend this place!! They do same-day delivery, I messaged Mari to see if they were delivered yet, not expecting a reply since while it was morning in Sweden it was the middle of the night in the USA. To my surprise I got a prompt message back from Mari at what was 1:30am in Milwaukee. This is a local business that really cares about customer service. Wow Wow Wow!!! I order 24 bright pink roses for a Valentines dance party at The Fred Astaire Dance Studio - Oak Creek, WI.. Each lady participant and coach would get one rose. I expected standard size roses. What I received were beautiful, fresh, large roses....long stem with leaves...!!! They are spectacular...!!! Mari's Flowers is amazing...!!! Mari's Flowers etc has earned all of my present and future floral business and referrals. Mari's even allowed me to barrow the watered bucket to keep the roses 🌹 fresh...!!!
