Kristina was the most magnificent, she put my life at ease. My wedding was October 1st 2022. As soon as I saw her and told her what I wanted she took everything off my shoulders. She ran everything by me, we made adjustments together until I had everything perfect how I wanted it. She would email me, or text me or call me. She was was the easiest person to reach in any format. She made sure I was 150% happy with everything and to the most intense detail. She was always happy, professional, friendly and fun to talk to. She made my wedding and bouquets etc the most beautiful and memorable. I would have never changed a thing. She made it absolutely perfect in every way. She coordinated my centerpieces with my rental vendor to make sure they were on the same page about what I wanted. And it was gorgeous. I highly highly recommend her, and have already told people to go to her.

After a different local florist wrongfully told me that the lead time on a bridal bouquet was 1 week prior to the wedding, I met with Kristina at Belaire flowers a week before my wedding and she was willing to pull together the most beautiful bouquet for me! Too soon to know what my arrangements look like...but this is the only florists locally that I could find..that spoke with me directly...helping me last minute...get flowers to a funeral ..being out if state you have to go to the "flower delivery services"...and sorry to say...not in the USA...nonetheless the state you need....hard to understand, etc... Bel Aire took my call at noon...helped me with decision (on a budget too)..with 3 arrangements...sped up my order...even tho they closed at 4pm..promised to get to the funeral by 4...customer service is something we unfortunately don't see anymore...I'm so glad this is who I found and chose.... We had the best experience with Bel Aire Flowers in West Allis for our wedding! From meeting with Kristina for design options to the delivery the day of the wedding to the absolutely beautiful jaw dropping job they did!!! I had to change the drop off location a few days before delivery & they were able to accommodate with no problems. My bridal bouquet turned out phenomenal, it was the most beautiful gathering of flowers I have ever seen. My bridesmaids & junior bridesmaids bouquets were also amazing as well as the wrist corsages & bouttonnieres! I have been incredibly impressed with Bel Aire. The first time I reached out to them I received a call back from the owner. I asked for a memorial daybwreath for our non-profit that was taking part in a ceremony at the Milwaukee Va Medical Complex and the wreath was absolutely breath taking. The owner even have me her cell number in case I needed anything further. The follow-up was some of the best customer service I've ever had. We recently partnered with Bel Aire for a bi-weekly recurring delivery. Again, the owner personally reached out to me and worked to determine the needs we had. I am nothing less than thrilled with this organization and highly recommend them. I called on a Thursday to make a same day appointment to order flowers for my grandmother’s funeral on Friday, the next day. They accommodated a short-notice appointment. Had a great selection of flowers and caught our vision for the centerpiece arrangement and an arrangement on a tripod stand. I called mid-morning to request a small but innovative arrangement be delivered to my daughter's workplace. Kristina put together a truly stunning arrangement and even managed to deliver it before lunch. My daughter wasn't expecting flowers and she said she was stunned when the envious receptionist brought them to her. She said it was TOO nice! Stopped in while going to visit my aunt in the nursing home. It was her birthday so decided at the last minute to get her flowers. Staff was so welcoming and friendly. They put together a really sweet tulip and daffodil vase, added a butterfly and bow on the vase. They packaged it for easy travel in my car. I couldn't have asked for a nicer experience. Shop around at last minute to get a florist to deliver on Mother’s Day. Paid for a product and service and received the flowers the day before Mother’s Day and not on Mothers Day as paid for. $68 dollars for their cheapest arrangement seems pretty pricey to me, more than I’d ever paid for Mothers Day flowers in the past. Kind of feel taken advantage of under tough times.

This was an impromptu stop to grab a couple roses for my girlfriend, and Bo was I glad I did. I asked for a couple roses figuring I would just get roses and move on my way. Instead, the woman working made a mini bouquet and had made a little assortment so that the two roses weren't plain. I was very happy to get great service and on top of it she went all out to make sure I gave my girlfriend a great bouquet of flowers at a decent price! Bye bye picknsace flowers! This post is extremely past due. I was in a jam, my best friends daughter passed away unexpectantly and she didn’t order flowers due to being short on funds. The day of the funeral she called crying cause she could not have her daughter not have flowers. Like most friends you convince her there will be flowers .....I went to Sams and purchased flowers to arrange when I got home just needed baby’s breath and ferns so I stopped in. Let me just say, when you lose your 23 yr old son, and are hit with what seems to be hundreds of decisions during a time of pain and grief. One of those many decisions is flowers for a casket. Luckily for me and my family Christina heard of our loss thru her hairstylist and mutual friend and offered to take care of the pertinent floral arrangements. We were overwhelmed at the time and grateful she offered her services, knowing my son he would have wanted something cool and unique,something for a young man with a little swag. How do you do that with foo foo flowers? Well she did it. With grays and purples mixed with some metal accents I guess you would say. They were perfect,and went well with his casket. This morning I ordered flowers from Bel Aire, I was a first time customer. I spoke with Jennifer when placing the order. There was a miscommunication when I ordered and got get well balloons delivered instead. I called and spoke with Jennifer again. I ordered Christmas centerpiece baskets and they were just awesome. They lasted from before Thanksgiving to after New Years. Update: Issues discussed with owner. We agreed to a resolve. Correct location - Bel Aire, Menomonee Falls: VERY DISAPPOINTED! Called florist directly to support local small business. Spoke specifically lilies, roses, carnations, pine cones (even 1 gold pine cone), maybe small bird for 2 centerpieces even referencing an arrangement. Stated did NOT want to end up with mish-mash of leftover flowers for 12/24 & reason calling ahead. Sent to work leadership for a large family gathering. What was received - a mish-mash of flowers - EMBARRASSING!!! although individually some beautiful NOT what was ordered. Centerpieces are not round bouquets which is what was received. NO lilies - unopened tulips - for Christmas, really? No pine cones but lots of pine needles. Spoke to Jennifer, manager about a week ago. Mentioned something about seasonal help, said she'd talk to owner. Over a week - nothing. Hoping to hear from Bel Aire BEFORE having to post - Here is my follow-up.
