Unbelievable! Just received phone call from florist asking when to deliver arrangement they are working on due for a funeral service in 30 minutes! Order was placed online 5 days ago and since I am Type A called to confirm. Reviewed all details and time & place of service for delivery. Not sure when they were expecting a funeral service to be by calling at 1130AM on day of funeral? How about take some initiative and look it up with the church? Never had an experience like this- ordered from local florists for family all over the country because they are usually aware of services, delivery options etc. No excuses. Now let's see if they handle the refund with the same attention to detail? Not likely. Follow up to above: To her credit Annie made full refund timely and attempted to deliver flowers to my relative's home address on two occasions. She even made an attempt after hours. My initial review may have been harsh and emotionally charged. New businesses all have growing pains.

I walked into Annie's Flowers and needed a floral arrangement immediately. They were busy, yet put everything aside and took care of me right away, in a friendly and courteous manner. The flowers were fresh and colorful, exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this wonderful mother/daughter team!

Annie’s Flowers is such a cute store, the floral design they did for me was high end looking, but affordable in price. The customer service was great and it was very convenient since it right across the street from West Allis Aurora hospital. I will definitely be back again.

Such a lovely store, carries one of the best smelling candles I ever bought. The staff is very friendly and not only the flowers are beautifully made but are great quality. I love Annie’s flowers.

Such a cute apothecary! I got a beautiful birthday arrangement for my mom’s birthday! My mom loved all the bright spring colored flowers and smells! Super happy! I will definitely be back soon!
