Wonderful service. I’m from out of town, and I walked in (very last minute!) to order a special occasion flower arrangement. The next day, I was very pleasantly surprised to pick up a beautiful, flowing bouquet. Reasonable prices, lovely shop keepers.

I lived in Las Vegas for 10 years, and was a big fan of Gaia while I was there. I've since moved away and when I want to send flowers to someone in the Las Vegas metro area, they are always my go-to. I was disappointed recently, however. When sending a Christmas gift to a dear friend, I specifically selected the “designer’s choice” under the “Christmas” option on the menu, and noted that I trusted the designers to do something "festive and fabulous." While the arrangement was indeed lovely, they were not at all what I'd consider "festive" or Christmas-y. It was mostly pastels. While it was a welcome surprise for my friend, it was not what I expected or thought I had specifically asked for. For any other occasion, I wouldn't be bothered. But this was specifically intended to reflect the holidays. I did send an email upon getting a "how did we do" email from them, expressing my disappointment and received no reply at all, and it's now been more than two weeks, so I don't expect one at this point. Disappointing for a $100 spend, for sure. But I got the email asking me to take time to reviews, so I did.

I ordered from Gaia last minute to gift my mom an arrangement, and they did not disappoint! I am so pleased with how gorgeous the presentation is! This photo was taken three days after delivery - the flowers are still beyond beautiful. I will definitely be ordering from Gaia ONLY for all my floral needs ❤️

I love this flower shop so much, I am writing a second review (year #2 of using them). We got 7 BEAUTIFUL arrangements for our graduation ceremonies for such an amazing price! The quality is astounding. Gaia Flowers provides amazing communication, astounding creativity, high-quality flowers, gorgeous arrangements, inexpensive delivery services, and such a cute store-front. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will be using them for all of my floral arrangement needs. 10/10 Would Recommend!

Straight out of the hair salon I decided To stop in last minute for some babies breath for my hair and ended up with this amazing beautiful bouquet and boutonniere for my nuptials in a few hours. Flowers were beautiful, but unfortunately the extras to include the chocolate was never delivered. I even had the delivery sent 5 days early to avoid the mothers day rush. I sent an email about the missing item but never did recive a resonse back. The card that was used to send my mothers day massage was also strange and was not really mothers day appropriate.

Gaia is how I’ve always wanted a florist to be: - Unique, beautiful arrangements that can’t be found anywhere else. - The arrangements actually look like their pictures (or better). - Fresh, fragrant product that lasts a long time. - Arrangements that make me say, “That was totally worth the price,” as opposed to the familiar, “I can’t believe I paid what I did for that slapped together mess.” Also, after placing my online order, I got a follow up email from them looking to clarify my order so they would get it just right. And they did. A+. My new go-to for any floral needs in the future. Highly recommended.

I love this little store. Never know what you’ll find there, but it will always be something you won’t find at Home Depot. Healthy plants and fair priced. Not as cheap as Home Depot, but these plants are healthy and not as crazy high as that place in Red Rock Mall. You get healthy plants at a reasonable price. Check them out. Amazing eye for floral arrangements too.

**please read if you’re considering this shop for your special day*** I am indebted to this amazing floral and arts shop. They truly care about their customers. I had just graduated from grad school for ecology and my bad and I needed to marry quickly (like, elope). I urgently emailed every flower shop in Vegas begging for a break. I’m a botanist, so I wanted perfect flowers. I was a grad student, so I barely had any money, and I was getting married in 48 hours. GAIA answered my prayers. The flower crown and gorgeous bouquet would not only be done in time, but by using scraps they could make me a crown at a reduced price so I could afford it. And they were beautiful. Exactly what I had pictured. It’s not surprise to me that a shop that works with local craftspeople, supports community engagement, and that is eco-friendly would be the heroes for a girl in my predicament. THANK YOU Gaia flowers so much for helping make my day perfect.

We ordered some emergency wedding bouquets for my sisters wedding at Red Rock Conservation area. We found a flower arrangement with appropriate flowers and called Gaia at 10:30am on the day of the wedding to order 1 bouquet for the bride and 2 for the flower girls. Gaia had all three bouquets ready by noon and they were drop dead gorgeous... and most importantly exactly what the bride wanted. Best of all, we did not talk money over the phone, but when I came to pick up the bouquets, the price charged was completely reasonable and fair! Amazing service... would most definitely recommend.

I WOULD RATE GAIA FLOWERS 5 STARS A THOUSAND TIMES!!!! and I definitely admit to being a more critical rater when I do take the time to rate businesses like most people. A bit pricy, I didn’t end up using them which is a huge regret of mine. My worry was that the small size of the store might make it difficult to successfully achieve my big event. I wish I had more to look at in terms of portfolio so could feel safe choosing them. The service was lovely. Will 100% go back to that location for my next event.
