Talk about customer service and paying attention to detail. Just like Christmas shopping, I waited till the last minute to order flowers for my mom for Christmas because I live out of town. I was searching for flower shops closest to her and I found this shop. I decided to give them a call after looking through ALL their photos. I had to make sure my mom would be happy and surprised when she got her flowers because I usually get flowers from elsewhere (online) and they look the same. But when I saw the photos I decided to give them a call and I ordered their Christmas special with an extra dozen roses. My mom loves those huge lilies that have pink inside because the scent is sensational. Plus it lasts long. The call was quick - I only had 10 minutes to spare during my lunch while at work, and they were able to deliver on Christmas eve! I get a call 3 hours later and my mom is raving about how beautiful and unique her flowers were! She sent me a photo and I was truly amazed! Down to the detail from the vase, to each leaf and each petal of the arrangement - absolutely stunning and one of a kind. It was truly a Christmas gift my mother will never forget. She wished she could have bragged to her friends, but a photo sufficed. She did invite her neighbors to show off at least so that was satisfactory. Flower festival, Thank you for making such a memorable experience for my mother!

I was here several times for my flowers and I had a great experience with them. The owner of this flower shop was really kind and explain well every time I was there. Also the flowers that I ordered were fresh and beautiful. The owner has amazing skills in decorating and make it inexpensive while it looks awesome. I just love this flower shop and friendly owner! My experience here was nothing short of excellent. I am going out of my way to rate this business an A+ wherever I can leave a review. Recently, we lost someone in our family and my girl and I were not able to travel immediately from California to Las Vegas due to the timing. Being that our family members were firsthand most affected from the loss as they are Vegas locals, we decided to send some flowers for memorial. My girl was raised in Vegas most of her life and mentioned to me that there was a place on Flamingo that was always customer service oriented and always had quality flowers at very reasonable prices. So I found this place and confirmed with her that the name was Flower Festival. Upon confirmation, I gave the place a call and placed a rush order delivery. The owner or employee was extremely nice and sympathized with our loss and added cards, ribbons, and extras. Since I was not able to see firsthand at the counter how the finished product looked, he even went so far as to taking a picture of the flowers and sending them to me via text message. The flowers looked astonishing, the card he had written out in cursive for us by hand, and he included a few other bells and whistles! These flowers were perfect just the way I had imagined them. Next time I go to Vegas I am personally coming in to thank this wonderful place for making the difficult things possible. Thank you, Flower Festival!

I needed to order a bouquet for my mother for her birthday and I wanted it to be especially pretty. Since I live out of state, I am always a little nervous about ordering flowers from a local florist because you never know if they are going to rip you off and charge a ton for a tiny or wilted bouquet, etc... I spoke with the owner when I ordered the bouquet and even though she did not speak English well, she still made a clear effort to understand my specifications. I paid for a $85.00 bouquet with an extra delivery charge. My mom called me the next day and she went on and on about how this was the MOST BEAUTIFUL bouquet she has ever gotten!! The roses were as specified, it was a huge arrangement and my mom was just thrilled. By the way - my mom used to be an avid gardener and roses were her specialty and she said these were the BEST, MOST LOVELY ROSES she'd ever seen!! THANK YOU!!!!! Highly recommend - will never do 1-800 Flowers again. Will return!!!

I called as they were located near the hotel my daughter and husband were at -- it was their anniversary and he said he take good care of them. He certainly did--the flowers were beautiful and at a reasonable price. This mom thanks you as they brought happy tears to my daughter!!

My friend sent to me the most Beautiful Roses from this store. I never see this kind decoration of Roses. Its fresh, bright red color of big Roses. I LOVE It! I would like to share this good flower store. Soon Valentine day is coming, I highly recommend this flower store. Happy Valentine Day!!!

Alex is the BEST! Everything was PERFECT!!! I custom ordered at last minute & was still able to get same day delivery ON TIME to a casino. He made the impossible happen when everyone else was "too busy." GREAT price & GORGEOUS arrangement! He is so passionate & very informative about his work.
