Living out of state and wanting to order a sympathy gift for a dear friend, I was so blessed when the sweetest and caring voice answered my phone call (Shelley herself). She guided me toward a selection that sounded very nice. I learned that she knew the family personally. That made it easy to trust her. I felt that God lead me to that particular florist, and I am certainly glad he did.

Ordered flowers for my daughter yesterday because she was having a bad week. Talked to Shelly's Florist about what I needed. Something bright and a great pick me up in color. My daughter said they are beautiful and should have cost so much more than they did! It truly did brighten her day! Birthday next month. I will definitely use them again!

Had such a fantastic customer service experience with this florist! I live in Georgia and had to order a floral arrangement for my father's memorial service on my way to Indiana. Sheryl talked with me, asked some questions and then told me she would call me back. And she did!! The floral arrangement was BEAUTIFUL and the funeral director even asked where I ordered the arrangement from! Thank you so much for your great customer service and beautiful flowers!!

First-time customer ordered funeral arrangement online for my Dear Uncle's viewing that began on a Sunday at a nearby funeral home. After placing the order, I called Shelley's to confirm this could/would actually be done, since they are closed on Sunday. She said, "No problem. We will deliver the arrangement on Saturday and the Funeral Home will set it out first thing Sunday." All went perfectly well. Thank you Shelley's.

Ordered a fresh flower vase for a funeral from their website. Was a little nervous as I had never ordered flowers online, and had never used this florist. When I went to the visitation I was very happy with what they had sent. It was beautiful and very good quality. A member of the family even commented on them. I will be sure to use them if I ever again need to send flowers in that area for any reason!

Fantastic customer service and care. Fabulous product, my wife's flowers are still kicking after 2weeks!! Called in a pinch and they delivered!! (Figuratively and literally) More then reasonable price for what I purchased w/ delivery. Give it a try you won't be disappointed!

5 year anniversary of first kiss. My wife let me know early it is a big deal to her. She loves to get flowers and I try not to disappoint. I called Shelley's, told them what I wanted and they also did not disappoint. My wife loved the flowers, they were delivered to her workplace that same day. All of her coworkers also loved the flowers. I'll be calling on Shelley's from now on.

I recently ordered from them for the first time and I was not disappointed!!! The arrangement was beautiful and definately worth what I paid, which was very reasonable. Also, the nice woman that helped me (I think it may have been the owner or a family memeber) was no nice and helpful. I will definately be a return customer :)

I found the prices on floral arrangements to be significantly higher then other shops in the area. Does have a nice assortment of knick knacks and gifts as well as some boutique type finds.
