I used to order on the phone from Florida for delivery of beautiful flowers for my sweetheart in Charleston. My new wife would send me pictures of the most lovely arrangements. They do a most wonderful job in making their arrangements look so colorful and always fresh. Now that I'm married and live in this most wonderful city, I can stop in and get a single red rose with baby's breath and fern for my honey. I also know they do flowers for weddings, funerals, and any occasion that you want, such as a proms, center pieces, etc. A most friendly and helpful staff. What a pleasure doing business here. This is my go-to place for flowers. Try it; you'll like it!

I work at Charleston Cut and honestly its an amazing place. Ive never worked for a company that is always willing to work with a family on every level to make sure they leave satisfied with what they are ordering. The heart in Charleston Cut is just hands down beautiful. The flower Arrangments are always fresh and stunning. I call it the Creme De Le Creme flower shop :) I love it.

February 24,2023, I called Charleston cut flowers and "Colissa!" Assisted me with my order, she was very patient, professional, she went above and beyond all of my expectations to accommodate me....my order,is a delayed valentine gift for my only grandchild who lives in Port St Lucie Florida, with a follow up call x2 from her to assure me it would happen on it's slated date,2/25/2023! Again my warmest thanks and gratitude, I've now found a florist shop to do business with and highly recommend this establishment,! Colossal, thanks again!

Stopped in for an arrangement that would be suitable for a funeral and saw several that were very nice, but ended up having one made for us while we waited 10 minutes. It was absolutely gorgeous and I can't thank them enough for stopping everything they had been working on in order to deal with a walk in 1st time customer. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

My husband's birthday is this Sunday. I wanted to surprise him with something at work today to make him feel special. I found this website and was super excited because for one, they do same day delivery, and for two, they have the "junk food" baskets, which is a perfect gift for a man in my opinion. I placed my order early this morning when I got to work. A very nice lady gave me a call because I forgot to enter what I wanted the card to say. She was extremely polite and a joy to talk to. Well, as the day went on I became a little worried. I expected his basket to be delivered in plenty of time. Around 2:30pm, I gave the store a call and another very polite lady answered. I asked her about my order and according to her, my order was not even completed yet. I asked her to please confirm with me whether or not my delivery would make it to my husband by the time he got off work. She said that it should, and if not, she would give me a call and let me know. I waited a bit longer and 3:15pm rolls around. I give the store another call because by this time, I am becoming quite frustrated. A lady answers and tells me that my delivery was put on the truck at 2:57pm and that it should be delivered any time now. It is now 3:53pm and my husband still has not received the basket, 20 minutes before he gets off work. I completely and totally understand that things happen, and I am sure the store was swamped because this is Mother's Day weekend. But when I ordered same day delivery, I did not expect it to be the end of the day. The whole point of my order was so that it could be delivered to my husband at work, so it would make him feel good. By now, most of his coworkers and friends have gone home. I really really wish that someone would have told me that my order would be late in the evening being delivered. If I had known this, I would not have ordered. I am extremely disappointed with this experience that I just can't even explain it. I was so excited all morning for him to text me saying that he received it, and that never happened. I am giving 3 stars because the staff that I spoke with were wonderful. I probably will give this place a try again, but I won't deny that I am very upset and disappointed right now. I also see that the reviews for this place are great, so I just don't understand what happened.

Totally the crème de la crème of Charleston! I have dealt with all flower shops in Charleston, and Charleston Cut never ceases to fail me. Always exceeds my expectations every single time! Living out of town here in FL, it’s hard when you can’t physically go into a flower shop and pick something out. But when they deliver their flowers, they are as pretty if not more than what shows on their website. You truly do get what you pay for as well. I will always choose Charleston Cut and I urge you to give them a try as well. You won’t be disappointed! 🌺

1st Class Customer service! We purchased 2 items for a family members funeral. We signed both cards the same in purpose because the items were from "our" side of family.. the flower shop called to confirm that I did infact want both cards to say the same thing and then went over my order & even gave there condolences. Very sweet and pleasure to do business with. Part of our family was able to attend the funeral and part were not. So it was nice to know while hundreds of miles away a wonderful flowist was handling things. Thank you

Ordered The FTD® Simple Charm™ Bouquet for my mom's birthday and it is absolutely the most beautiful arrangement I have ever gifted. I wish I knew how to add a photo on here because the website photo does no justice to how stunning this arrangement really is. I will definitely order from here again. Highly recommend!!

Love this place! We live in Oregon and have friends in WV, one of our friends was hospitalized. We order a cute and cheerful arrangement online after hours. Between ordering and delivery the friend got discharged, the staff was amazing. They called me for a home address and delivered the flowers there. Our friends sent us a picture of the arrangement and it was beautiful, much nicer than I could've imagine. I cannot say enough great things about Charleston Cut Flower Co. We will be using them in the future!

I originally ordered a same-day-delivery sympathy arrangement for my father from 1800-Flowers when his mother passed. The following day, I learned that 1800-Flowers never delivered the arrangement and would not be able to do so. Being a Sunday, I immediately hopped on Google in search of a Charleston WV florist open and willing to deliver. When I called Charleston Cut Flower Company they were extremely sympathetic to my awful 1800-Flowers experience and were happy to accommodate my request for Sunday, same-day delivery. I placed the order over the phone at 9am, and by 11am, a beautiful arrangement was sent to my father's home. Thank you Charleston Cut - all my appreciation, from Florida.

My nephew and his new bride used them for their wedding at the New River Gorge. Every flower they sent (from those to decorate the cake to the arrangements for the arbor and everything in between) were stunning. The flowers were the perfect finishing touch to an already beautiful wedding. They were professional, prompt, and exceptional in what they provided. I called Charleston Cut Flowers at 1 pm on Friday. They created a beautiful sympathy arrangement for my Uncle's funeral and delivered it the same day. I only expected it to be delivered to the funeral service the next day, Saturday. They went above and beyond and found out where the wake was being held and delivered them. I have bought flowers in many places over the years, but never have found such a value for my money. The arrangement was huge. This florist is top notch!

When online ordering failed me on delivery dates, Charleston, Cut Flower Co. came through. I needed same day delivery to a local hospital, and ordered later in the afternoon on a Saturday. CCF gladly took my order, took time to write a greeting and was extremely friendly and to top it off, delivered on a Saturday later afternoon as well as an email confirmation that the flowers were delivered.
