Oh my goodness where to begin. When we first found the venue my mom was super stressed about how it would look for our wedding because when not decorated, the venue is pretty plain and hard to imagine how the transformation would be. I am probably biased but it was transformed into the most beautiful wedding venue I have EVER seen. Even more beautiful than I ever could have imagined, and more beautiful than any of the previous pictures I had seen on their instagram or online. These girls truly outdid themselves. Marissa was an awesome event coordinator for me and had the perfect vision for my wedding. She went above and beyond for all my wants and needs. The flowers were stunning, the bar tender was fabulous, just everything came together beautifully. It was literally breathtaking. All of my wedding guests still reach out to me about how it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to and I could not be happier with the memories that I will have forever because of Pierpont Place.

Pierpont Place is a FABULOUS event center for all events but particularly weddings. I held my wedding there recently and I truly cannot complain. Marissa, my event coordinator, made sure that everything went off without a hitch. From the moment we inquired to the moment we were walking down the isle everything was covered. The decor was beautiful and was just how I envisioned. Her direction with my bridal party was immaculate. The coordination between the DJ, caterer, and everyone else was seamless. I would 1000% recommend.

I have been to many fabulous, top-shelf events at Pierpont Place. They are always outstanding. The one that stands out the most though, is having my 50th birthday there complete with live bands (including mine). Janice and her team's attention to every detail was above and beyond! We just had our wedding at Pierpont Place Aug 2021. We worked with Marissa and I truly could not say enough good about our experience. From the moment we met and planned everything to the moment we left the venue on our wedding day it was perfect. She listened and Brought to life all of my wedding dreams and more. They handled all of it- decor, flowers, DJ, food, bar, send off, etc. We barely had to lift a finger. We hosted 200+ people in the venue with ease. It was comfortable and stunning! If you’re debating this venue. DONT. It’ll be the best decision you make! Here are a few preview pics we received back. As you can tell.. it was a blast and absolutely beautiful. We have received nothing but compliments from all of our guests about the venue.

We loved having our wedding at Pierpont Place! From the moment we toured the venue we felt we were in good hands, Janice, Marissa, and Stephanie all took great care of us and made sure everything went off without a hitch (even though Marissa, our main event planner ended up in the hospital giving birth the day before our wedding!) They really made the whole process so easy! They were able to decorate the space and make it just to our taste after one quick planning meeting. Janice ( and her team) made amazing floral arrangements for our tables and beautiful bouquets and boutonnieres by hand. The catering and cake was top notch (everybody commented how good both were!) and the best part is we didn't have to worry about any of it, they took care of everything and we just got to do all the fun stuff! Lastly, throwing any event can be very expensive, let alone a wedding, but I feel like Pierpont was very fair with their pricing, and because of their great connections and suggestions I feel like we definitely saved money by having our event here. I really want to thank Janice, Marissa, and their team for making our wedding day so amazing and seamless. We will definitely come back to you for our next big event!

I was just part of the bridal party for a wedding at Pierpont Place this weekend and I have to say, it was one of the most lively weddings that I have been to! The staff was very meticulous in their attention to detail and inquisitive constantly throughout the event to address anything that could be done better. The reception seating was unconventional but allowed for fantastic movement and flow due to no seating chart. The food was fantastic and the DJ was great!! The photographer was great at capturing both the keepsake photos and pictures of guests mingling or dancing. Thank you Pierpont for a fantastic experience!!

What a fun venue! We loved the various seating options, so it wasn't like a stuffy sit-down dinner. There were some tables set for the older guests, as well as various sofa and seating areas. Guests were free to float around and enjoy conversations while enjoying the food stations, which is exactly what the Bride and Groom hoped for. Who wants to sit at a table and only converse with the few people who are seated beside you? Both the DJ and the bartenders were fantastic as well. If you are looking for a venue that is both fun and beautiful, Pierpont Place is it!

I attended a wedding here about a month ago. It was a beautiful venue; I loved it! Janice did a fabulous job at both the wedding and the reception in keeping everything flowing wonderfully from drinks and appetizers to dinner and dancing. I'm the mother of the bride to the Giardina/Yost wedding. Janice did an amazing job! The decorations were gorgeous, the food was amazing, and the location was perfect! Everyone I spoke too had a blast and also raved about the food. Janice meet with the bride and groom and helped guide them through the process. They did an amazing job picking out the colors, flowers, and style of reception that they wanted...a celebration! The ceremony was at a different location. Janice arranged for all the transportation, chairs, decorations, DJ, and water for the guest at the ceremony. When the family was done taking pictures, everything was already picked up and gone as we rode the bus back to the Pierpont. I would recommend Pierpont Place for your celebration!

I was just a MOH for a wedding done here and wanted to take a quick moment to say how wonderful it was. Janice was phenomenal and really payed attention to what the bride and groom wanted even without outside familial influences. This includes finding an amazing outdoor venue for the ceremony under a significant time crunch and turning Pierpont into a beautiful industrial garden. The perfect balance between the groom and brides styles. Before and during the ceremony either her or her assistant Jillian would check in with me to make sure both the bridal party and the bride were doing okay and if we needed anything. I know this was a particularly difficult wedding to do as there was a very obvious divide between the two families. Unfortunately only one was financially contributing to the wedding making it that much more difficult to juggle opinions. There was an incident where I guess the grooms family wasn't aware of the bride/groom's reception layout. They had no seating arrangements and a fun casual table set up to encourage mingling and dancing! All very intentional as both families love a good party. Unfortunately, the grooms family didn't love it and Janice very thoughtfully last minute was able to reserve two tables for them. She handled every hiccup with grace and made the whole experience beautiful. It's hard to have a wedding without stress but she managed to make it as stressless as possible.

The team at Pierpont Place really know how to take a wedding couple's vision and bring it to life! As a wedding photography, my experience working with the PP team has been nothing short of aces. The communication is quick and stress-free,. The decor for the wedding I photographed there was top notch, striking a balance between being elegant and modern. The overall ambiance and attention to detail was ideal. PP makes a wonderful and intimate wedding venue, and from a professional and personal level, I highly recommend it!

We recently had a corporate event at Pierpont Place and Taylor and the team there took our expectations and blew them out of the water! It was a pirate themed party and the level of detail and time that they put into creating an incredible experience for our clients was unbelievable. There were so many touches that went above and beyond, and the team that executed the event were top notch. The DJ that was recommended was brilliant! He was fun and accessible energy that everyone loved. We also had a photo booth and the vendor they used was great. The bartenders were slammed and yet were having fun with the guests and serving with a smile - they even dressed in pirate costumes! The space is awesome too, because it is so versatile and the way it was transformed for our event was beyond impressive. Everywhere you looked it was pirate/nautical themed, but a few highlights were: pirate ship sails with our company logo that were weathered/tattered to perfection, a treasure map that encompassed the entire back wall, and an incredible pirate ship (that they built). Knowing the attention to detail, and just how far they are willing to go to create the perfect atmosphere, if we did another event at Pierpont, I could tell Taylor what we were going for and then just I could just show up and be amazed. To have that level of comfort and peace of mind when planning an event for 400-500 people is nearly impossible to comprehend. From the initial contact, all the way through the follow up, post-event Taylor and the team were a pleasure to work with and they made me look like a genius:)

We had our wedding at Pierpont this winter and Marissa and her team made it the most magical night ever! Pierpont is a great location making it convenient for out of town guests to stay at nearby hotel and walk to the event. We also loved that they had their own florist, caterer, DJ, and decor set up so you didn't have to coordinate with as many people and it helped keep the stress of wedding planning to minimum. Marissa answered every question I had along the way and was always accessible. They allowed us to change details up until the week before which was very appreciated due to the ever-changing COVID-19 pandemic. For decor, I showed Marissa ideas of what we wanted and she exceed every detail. The night of our wedding, she was always there to check in and kept the night running smoothly.

Pierpont Place is a spectacular place for any event. From 80 to over 150 guests, we have had our Corporate holiday parties at Pierpont for more than eight years, and each one was completely different and stunning. Our company loved to go there, knowing they would have a great experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful in ensuring the event ran smoothly. They didn’t miss a detail. Janice was always on top of what was needed and suggested new and fun ideas. She was so easy to work with and took so much responsibility off of me. She met with me numerous times to insure that all our needs would be met on the big day. On the wedding day, she and her team had made my dream come true! My husband and I shopped around for months to find the perfect venue for for our wedding. I always felt really defeated at the ‘bare fare’ most venues offered. I felt like the cost/invoices always racked up behind the scenes and I would end up looking at something more costly than originally discussed. One thing they made pierpont so appealing to me was using their vendors and seeing my invoice reflect EVERY cost aspect of my wedding down to the nearest penny. No surprises. I still received everything I wanted from the caterer, cake, bar services, decor, etc. I was also amazed to see how everyone worked as a team to achieve my beautiful wedding, it was really great to work with Taylor and Janice (and team.) I was extremely hesitant pulling off a pandemic wedding, but I found their efforts to keep my guests safe extremely reassuring. It helped put our minds at ease and we were able to embrace every moment of our wedding day. I know there are a lot of brides out there nervous to pull off a pandemic wedding and more importantly just planning a wedding in itself. I can say confidently that you won’t find a more enjoyable/hard-working team. They offered so much more than just their event services—but a lifetime memory that we will never forget.

Loved, loved, loved this place. Janice and her staff are amazing! We drove all the way from Denver to attend the Saliva Sisters act. The show and the venue were the best! The food platters were amazingly beautiful and huge!!! Definitely come hungry because the food just keeps coming! The service is top notch, the place is very clean. I loved the Living room style seating, so relaxed and comfortable. We will definitely make the drive to do it again!

The Premier Services team is wonderful! We held a small backyard wedding and they helped me through everything! Janice and Taylor did amazing decoration and set up designs. Janice and her crew were 10/10! She made our dream wedding come to life! Janice made us feel like family. We did not have to worry about anything! Everything from the linens, decor, flower, food, drinks, etc was taken care of. All I had to do was show up and walk into my fairy tale wedding. I would get married every weekend if I could with the help of Janice and Pierpont Place!

We went with a classic black & white & glam theme and Ashley Francis and the Pierpont crew blew our mind with the decor and feel of our event. It was exactly what we were wanting, and more! Pierpont took care of all of the wedding stress and made everything extremely easy. I very highly recommend Pierpont as a venue and also Ashley Francis as your wedding planner. She was easy to communicate with, helped us stay within our strict budget, very creative, and super fun to work with. I appreciated how great a job she did on my flowers, catering, DJ, decorating, the whole nice. I was a maid of honor for a summer wedding here, and it was THEE BEST wedding I’ve ever been to. I got to see the before and after, and my mind was blown! The space is so versatile, it could be used for so many different things. The event coordinators basically brought a fairy tail to life inside. It’s also central to all the downtown entertainment and is across the street from a parking garage, so your guests don’t have to worry about finding street parking or anything. LOVE this place

We held our company Christmas party last year at Pierpont Place. They were wonderful; the hostess handled every detail from decorating and music to food services. It was definably one of our best Christmas parties. We will more than likely plan our next year’s party at Pierpont again. I also attended a New Year’s Eve party at Pierpont Place the following weekend and it was incredible how they were able to change the look and feel of the venue so much, they really do put the extra effort into making it the event YOU want. Both parties were classy and so much fun. I would recommend them for any event.

We held the 3rd annual Bike Prom at Pierpont Place this year, after Janice managed the catering and bar for us at another venue last year. I'm so glad we did. It made the event a dream to coordinate, and it came off better than I could have imagined. From helping us reserve spaces in the lot next door for bike valet parking, to completely handling the decorations (including hanging up all the wheels and frames we brought them), food, drinks, and DJ, Janice and her staff took care of everything. I've had dozens of people tell me the event was the best one yet, and that it was better than they'd ever imagined, and a great deal of that was due to Janice and all of the fine people at Pierpont Place. I would highly recommend them, both from the full-service event at their location, and from the catering and bar services at other venues. Amazing.

I fell in love with Pierpont Place after one look at the venue. I loved the raw industrial feel to it. The final outcome of the actual wedding day was more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed of. Luckily, Ashley Francis was there to help dream it up. She did wonderful design work and coordination. I must confess that i was a little worried about everything coming together (as many brides are with wedding planning) but really, I had nothing to worry about. I have had endless compliments on the look, feel and style of the wedding; which I would like to take credit for, but in reality it was all Ashley. I just had my wedding at the end of August 2016. Words can't describe how amazing my experience was working this venue and all of their amazing staff. They made the big day feel so special and that no one could have made it better. You can tell that they love what they do and that when you work with them, they really care about you as well. My wedding will be talked about for years to come. I can't thank them enough for how amazing they were. If you want your wedding or event to have every detail that you have dreamed of come to life, this is the place. And the bonus is that they fit in budget so well. My husband and I had our wedding at Pierpont Place last summer. And it was absolutely fantastic! First, let me describe the venue. Pierpont is a perfect combination of vintage and modern. The venue is pretty much a blank canvas and it can be decorated any way you choose. I liked the open floor layout and I also appreciated the sufficient bathroom space (you would be surprised how many venues have inadequate bathrooms for large gatherings). The biggest draw of Pierpont Place; however, is it's awesome location. It is in the heart of downtown Salt Lake, and EVERYTHING is within walking distance. There is a huge variety of hotels for guests, in all price ranges, and extremely close. There are plenty of dining options, bars, spas and things to do. Honestly, my husband and I flew into town for a few days to check out venues, and this was the first and only place we looked at. It was just perfect for us. We loved our event coordinator, Ashley Francis. She was absolutely fantastic. It is very difficult to plan a large wedding from out of town, but she helped to make it easier on me. We did a lot of email communication, and she was always happy to answer any question or soothe any worries I had. We only had a few chances to meet face to face. I had an elaborate and specific "vision" for how I wanted my wedding theme to be. I was worried that I would be unable to communicate that vision to someone in just a few short hours. With some small help from Pintrest, Ashley understood exactly what I had in mind. She even contributed some great ideas that I hadn't thought of. I didn't understand how well she understood my vision until the day of the wedding. Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff set up all the decorations (I am a do it yourself kind of person, so trusting this task to someone else was hard for me), and they set them up better than I had expected. Ashley had even managed to help satisfy my picky husband's beer taste. As well as find some obscure items that really contributed to the wedding. All of her recommendations, down to the DJ and the baker were spot on. I was most impressed by the staff's reaction when we ran out of food. Instead of letting us fend for ourselves, some phone calls were made and more food of really high quality was delivered. I was never even aware that there was a problem. It was taken care of that smoothly. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at Pierpont. I have had other friends tell me their own wedding horror stories, of hidden fees after the wedding and poor service. I had none of these issues at Pierpont, they went above and beyond my expectations. A wedding is a very stressful day for the bride, and I think that since I trusted the staff so much, that my day was not as stressful as I had thought it would be. Thanks to the wonderful staff at Pierpont, my wedding was well and truly a very special day.

Pierpont is the most gorgeous Venue because they completely transform the space to exactly what you want it to look like, ceiling to floor it is what YOU want, which i believe is what it should be for YOUR day. The modern / downtown atmosphere is great! I got married at Pierpont on October 20th, all i can say is it was absolutely BREATH TAKING! They made my vision of a romantic fairytale come to life! Janice Boes is the best wedding planner you will ever find, she takes your ideas and makes them even better than you could ever image, not to mention she is just SO fun to work with :) The moment i walked into Pierpont on my wedding day i was completely taken back, it was so beautiful! it’s been over a month and I am still getting complements, the decor, food, bar was absolutely amazing. Pierpont is a "one stop shop" no one wants to stress about their event whether it be a wedding, birthday, or corporate event, they take care of everything. Thus the hunt for the perfect space began. The venue had to be unique yet high quality, creative yet refined, modern yet classic at the same time. Once I walked into Pierpont I fell in love with the place. What a space ! After meeting with Janice I knew this was the team that could execute my vision. The Pierpont team didn't dictate what I wanted, they let me tell them how to set things up. They were quick to offer options when requested and were efficient in executing my choices. I loved that Pierpont didn't offer any set "packages" but created each event entirely from scratch. Only the walls and beams are permanent. I had a very specific idea in my head when I decided to get married at Pierpont Place and Janice Boes and Ashley Francis completely aligned with my vision and made my beautiful shabby chic/vintage wedding a dream come true. It was an incredible gift to not have to worry about a thing when I was getting ready on the morning of my wedding because I knew absolutely everything was being taken care of and everything would be ok. When I arrived at the venue my breath was taken away. Chandeliers were hung, flowers were placed on the tables and I truly was about to have the wedding of my dreams. My husband and I were having such a hard time trying to find a venue... Such a hard time that we came to the point where we thought of just going to Vegas to get married. We went on Google and searched for venues in Utah. We had seen Pierpont Place. At first I thought it would be too small of a place. But we decided to check it out anyway. We met with Ashley Francis (wedding coordinator). My husband and I just fell in love with the venue, the location being that it is in the heart of Salt Lake City and HER!! We knew that was the place. She was so friendly and very focused on what we wanted to see and happen for our reception. We wanted to have Filipino and Mexican food. A lot of the venues we had seen did not allow outside food. But Ashley made that happen for us. She was helpful, and you can tell she wanted to help us have the reception we had envisioned. We told her how we had wanted our reception to look and feel, and she put that all together. Everything turned out PERFECT!! Our guests were in AWE for how amazing our reception looked. The lighting, the decor, flowers, etc. were BEAUTIFULLY put together. Our DJ, DJ Erockalypze was AMAZING and played awesome music. He didn't have any of our guests give requests until we told him it was okay. Ashley and her crew really worked with us to bring a simple idea and brought it into reality!!! Even while pregnant she was very dedicated to the task at hand and excelled beyond expectations!!! We wish we could go back in time to have it happen all over again!!
