Such a good company all around, the owner Jason is very approachable and so kind, I never had a boss that was so kind and respectful in all of the other companies I worked for. Unfortunately I moved far away and I am no longer there due to distance, but otherwise I would have stayed forever. My coworkers were just as outstanding and respectful as the owner, everyone gets along and works hard, this company is definitely a 10 out of 10 place to work for. I’d go back in a heartbeat!!!

Jason came by to assess the work and provide an estimate - Duro was very competitive and had a better reputation than other suppliers that estimated the work. They were also recommended by neighbors on the Nextdoor app.
Team arrived on time as scheduled and completed the work which included furnishing and installing the 50amp wiring for a portable generator as well as running new thermostat lines from both the attic and furnace room.
Work was cleanly installed and area was swept clean upon departure. I highly recommend the Duro team!

Whether it was Evamarie and the office team getting my quote out in a timely manner, or Jason and the team of two gentleman who came out and reviewed and installed what I need to keep me and mine safe when power is out, Duro is the way to go! We had them install the outside plug for a portable generator until we have to get a more permanent solution. They were friendly, but focused on the task of updating the panel and putting in the outdoor plug. The work is impeccable, and they took me through every step I need to take to get the generator up and working when the power goes out. In a world full of jerks, these guys stood out—not all vendors are created equal, and Duro is an outstanding example. If you're thinking of/need something done that's electrical, give them a call!

Greg O'BrienThese folks are great. Extremely responsive, rates are better than most in Westchester county. 24 hour service as well for emergencies. Also, for insurance, they sped up the invoicing process for me and got to me within 24 hours. Really just easy to work with.
