Antonio's team was great to work with.Antonio came personally to give the estimate.They were on time, very personable & very efficient. They tried very hard to please. Due to the weather, they weren't able to work on the outside lights, but I'm sure the return shortly to attend to that. I am adding an addendum because despite multiple attempts to contact them to finish the job, I didn't get anything response, other than to please place a review on Google. The work that they did was good, but I had to search for other electricians to finish the work. Fortunately, I did find a very reliable company who I will use going forward. Antonio seems mostly interested in getting a good review on Google, rather than satisfying the customer & finishing the work that he promised to do. I won't be using them again.

Solid outfit. Upfront. Responsive. Honest. Fairly Priced. I'm performing a major renovation including an 1,000 sf addition. My original electrical plans done by the Architect were generic, so to speak. However, we decided to customize our plan for the space - for the way we live (functionality), furniture placement, and some higher end details. We didn't update the construction/electrical plans because of the time it would have taken (behind schedule !) and the added Architect fees (SSS). We decided to design the electrical & lighting with Antonio and his crew. Finding the right contractor was crucial - and we did ! Antonio (and his Foreman) are doing a fantastic job. I am meeting the Foreman daily to go through the next phase. He asks a lot of questions, is patient, and provided consistent updates. And their work is impressive ! I've hired many sub contractors thus far and I can tell you, it's difficult to find the right one at the right price.

We've used Antonio Farrao twice, and both experiences were great. The first time was to install a Tesla charger. We thought the price was reasonable, communication was clear and responsive. The second time to replace a breaker the was shot, which put our well pump out of commission (we had no running water). I recently remodeled my bathroom and needed to hire an electrician to install new outlets and recessed lighting where none existed previously. I met with four different electricians before I met Antonio. His responsiveness was incredible! He sent me a reasonable proposal price and filed a permit with the building department within a few days time. When it was time to start the bathroom remodel, since I was also separately hiring a general contractor and a plumber, I had to make sure everyone’s schedule would line up to work on their respective scope of the remodel. I had to make a last minute request for Antonio’s team to come in one day earlier than when we agreed to and he was able to accommodate my request. His team arrived and worked quickly and professionally on phase one of the project. Even though I had to move the schedule a day ahead, Antonio was able to schedule the electrical inspector (required step in the permit process) to come the next day - of course all things passed. When it was time for phase two of the project a couple of weeks later, Antonio’s team arrived and did an outstanding job and completed everything to my satisfaction. I was very happy with the results.

Antonio Ferrao Electric has visited my home twice. The first time we had an issue with an outlet. They came out inspected and fixed the issue. They explained what the cause was, what needed to be done and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional and knowledgeable. The second time, we had 1 light post down and the other tilted. They came out and recommended 3 light post would look nice. Replace 2 and add 1. They also put a light at the doorway. I have to say the job came out better then expected. They did such a beautiful job. Once completed you couldn’t tell the grass was dug up. I will recommend them to anyone who needs service/installation. I moved into my new home in 2018 and it was outdated in a few ways. Antonio Ferrao installed an updated electric panel to handle the new mini-split air conditioners that were being installed. Everything went smoothly and my lights never went out, even if I had 6-7 air conditioners running. They also installed new ceiling fans with lights in four rooms of varying sizes (rooms did not have a center ceiling light); they worked very clean and if they could access the ceiling from above without making large holes in the ceiling....they did so. The outlets in my kitchen were not GFI and as a result caused a mini circuit fire during the middle of the night (Early Saturday morning to be exact). Searching around on the internet for an electrician to come in and repair my outlets was a challenging task as a new homeowner. I needed some electrical work done for my pool and pool heater. I contacted Home Advisor and they sent me three references. I interviewed all three and received various prices. All three gave the same recommendations for what was needed to accommodate my pool and heater which seemed very extensive. It required digging a trench that would be about 50 feet long, 2 feet wide and about 18-20 inches deep. Electrical lines had to be run from the main box all the way to the pool, the pool had to be bonded. It was definitely a lot of work. Two of the electrical companies wanted extra for the trench whereas Mr. Antonio Ferreo's price included everything and was definitely less than the others. His workers arrived at the time promised & explained thoroughly everything that was to be done. They went to work and two days later the work was completed exactly as described. The only thing that needs to be done is installing the pool heater which Mr Ferreo promises to come back in the Spring to connect. I found Antonio to be extremely friendly & experienced. I will definitely use his company again.
